Great rental experience. Easy pick up and drop off. They even offered to let me leave my car there while I had the rental. The truck was awesome. Easy to load using the built in ramp. When driving the ride felt a bit bumpy, but when it came to unload I noticed nothing in back the was disturbed. At the last minute I put a flimsy wooden two shelf shoe rack in the back of the truck. When I opened the door I noticed the shoes were still sitting neatly on the shelf. The shoes didnt even call off the flimsy shelf. Unbelievable. Returning the rental after hours was easy. You must use a phone app for self check out. Go through the check out phone app BEFORE you drop your keys into the night deposit key box. You need to take pictures of the odometer, gas gauge, interior of the truck, and the back of the truck. And you need to take the pictures while you are checking out. You cannot take the pictures in advance so if you locked up the truck and turned in the keys you wont be able to take the pictures. This location has many vehicles. Make your reservation here!

Not the best start, but after talking to the manager he understood and made things right. I think you can save a lot of money if you are not lazy, and here is a place to start.

We go here all the time when we need a uhaul for moving. All last week and weekend we had went there and the same lady was giving my man an attitude saying he could only rent the vehicle out till 10pm (we got there around 730ishpm) we explained to her that we needed it all night till the next morning. She then told us we couldnt do that since someone has a reservation for the vehicle at 10. Now I dont know if its just me or not but if you have a reservation wouldnt you not give that vehicle out to someone than or tell them BEFORE they pay for 24HOURS that it needs to be back by 10..... its always a problem with her and I have no idea why. He went in for boxes earlier that same day and got attitude from her and being disrespectful towards him. Because he asked for like 3 boxes and she told him no there is a minimum amount you have to purchase. So he ended up buying 5.

I bypassed 5 or 6 U-hauls closer to home because of their terrible reviews. This Uhaul has better than average reviews. Pickup went quickly and smoothly. Returned truck after hours, next day staff had already checked in truck and recorded mileage correctly. I had left unused boxes in truck and these had been credited by end of day. Only demerit is with the truck itself where the mirrors could not be adjusted and the transmission needed an overhaul. Otherwise very satisfied

Very nice staff. Average cleanliness for uhaul rental business. My only complaint would be that the trailer I rented was full of dirt and debris. The last person never broomed it out.

I asked for quote for a car dolley ( first mistake) in which cause was questioned on what would be towing and towed. Then they told me my car wasnt capable of being towed with the rear wheels on the ground ( guess I shouldnt be getting towed then) and that I needed a full size trailer. So after giving my card info ( they said that I had to because they were flying off the lot) I make an appointment to pick it up. I drive an hr to find out first of all it looks like they have barely any units rented out. Second thing I find out is that my 5.4L f150 apparently isnt rated for the car and the trailer( I didnt want the full trailer to begin with) even tho I have literally pulled a house with it. The manager said they must have thought I said f250 but the representative mistook which vehicle I was towing in which case I corrected her that obviously the truck is doing the pulling so I cant see how this mistake was made but I always coulda pulled it with one of their rentals... If you need to move a car go somewhere else or lie about what your doing. Personnally not going to be doing business with uhual and there monopolistic practices.

Worse customer service ever provided by the general manager, Patrick Potter!! I have never left bad reviews/feedbacks in my life but this one deserved it. I rented a truck, a trailer and bought 2 tow straps from the waters road Germantown uhaul facility to tow my newly purchased motorcycle that I was towing back from Pennsylvania, roughly about a hundred and fifty miles away. I get to the dealer and the bike was loaded onto the trailer, I took out the straps that I had purchased from Uhaul, dealership tried using them and stated that one of them was defective, therefore do not use them because its a long journey and they could not be trusted because they lacked integrity, also for my own safety and others on the road. Therefore, I took them back to U-Haul in Germantown to return the unused/defective straps and the Uhaul general manager states they cannot accept the return because they were out of the packaging, even though the package was nicely opened nothing was torned or cut.. They could have been stapled the packages shut again. Why should customers eat the cost for something they are selling that lacks integrity and could have endangered individuals on the highway? I asked him that question, he stated the packages are open and we cant sell them, I can only take one back..what kind of customer service is that? Over $7.95, you lost a long-term customer. I will be escalating this to U-Haul upper management for their awareness. I will NOT recommend using their services or recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Picked up the truck from another location and the truck was ready when I got there no walk around. Returned it here and Peter Potter was very nasty and rude with not hearing me out that there was no previous damage form filed out or signed by me. He charge me for obvious previous damage. Cant believe this guy is a General Manager disgusting person.

Terrible costumer service! USE ANOTHER LOCATION! I reserved the 26 foot track 2 weeks before, but they gave me the 15 foot track in my moving day!!! Never come back!
