They have always greeted me with smiles and respect. Also they are knowledgeable about their paints. I have used Sherwin Williams company paints over the last15 years now, interior and exterior.

This store has exemplary customer service . Particularly the associate Nicholas, who is not only informative, but goes above and beyond to apply appropriate coupons on products if eligible .

My experience was great. The online ordering process was harder than it should have been and kind of confusing, but once the order was placed, I got an email saying that the order was ready within 30 minutes. I used a $10 discount code that I found using Google. Pickup was easy and the associate was friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service! Manuel was very knowledgeable and helped me find and mix the color the builder used in my house. The store is organized and clean. I recommend this store!

Painting anything is a pain in anyones posterior. Dealing with Sherwin Williams is the best and easiest part because from that point until the project is finished I am thinking about the various pain relievers I need both on the market and those not readily available. :)

Worst customer service ever. Managers/employees is so rude and treat customers so disrespectful. Webpage says store open at 6am, I went there at 6:55 (06/24/2020 whoever open this day, didn’t get a name) manager/employee came out to the door and shouted at me saying that they don’t open until 7 and he needed time to get all his paper work done. I’m a contractor and I spend a lot $ in there, well that’s not the point. If I’m going there is to buy what I need, not to have one of them to shout at me and be so rude. They should talk to their supervisor if they need more time or more help not to take that on customers. Was so hard just to be polite and say sorry we open at 7??? And not been rude and disrespectful??? Also they MUST CHANGE the open hours for this location online so it won’t happen to any one else.

Manual provided excellent service and has been extremely helpful every visit. Highly recommended!

This store has set hours but seem to close earlier than the displayed time. Who closes at 3:51pm???Maybe you should adjust the store hours to reflect that.

Very knowledgeable staff about SW products and painting in general. They answered all of my questions and addressed every concerned. The color selection and the flyers they had in the store helped me find what I needed to change my place.I highly recommend this location since I have been shopping for the last 12 years.

The people working the Sherwin-Williams stores are always helpful, and usually know their stuff. Its great for me to be able to walk in and get just about everything I need in one shot.

Showroom is fresh, sales representatives are friendly and helpful (especially if you dont know about paint), and management is excellent. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Best house paint (I used to paint, SW is def the best for quality and coverage) Had to grab some spray paint to cover up some vandalism, just until the warmer weather could come and get done correctly (it was WAY too cold to paint, it has to be hot outside) They matched it pretty good, and it lasted through the rest of the winter until I got around to getting it fully painted when the spring rolled around.

There’s only one guy working. Come here if you have a couple of hours to spare.Update 11 months later. My crew is doing an urgent exterior commercial project today, on Sunday. It has to be completed today. This is the nearest store that has the paint we need, so I made the stupid mistake of ordering and pre-paying for the paint. The store is supposed to open at 10 am; late, but ok. It’s 11:25 am now and the store is still closed. I’ve been sitting in the car for an hour and a half on Sunday. My crew has been waiting at the work site. Other buyers come and go, but I have to get my order. I’ll learn my lesson this time: it’s best to drive 30 minutes to another store than rely on this one.

In and out in a snap, friendly and polite (Nick) makes a cloudy day seem bright.

I don’t like this place

I have been to Benjamin Williams, Behr at Home Depot, but nothing compares to the customer service I received at Sherwin Williams in Germantown. The staff were so helpful in helping me understand the quality of their paint and also helped me choose my paint color for my latest project. The quality of their paint is like no other. I even left a sippy cup for my son at the store and had been looking everywhere for it. Nick emailed me and told me he held it for me but I didnt even check my email. The next day I went in and he came right up to me with it. I was so grateful to him and the other gentleman working with him at the time (but I cant remember his name). Thank you so much for everything. This is now my favorite place to buy paint.

The assistant manager, Angelica Najera, is really good at listening to what you are working with and trying to achieve, and guiding you to excellent color options. That talent and personal service is hard to come by and much appreciated.

As a business owner who relies heavily on Sherwin Williams Store for their products. This stores unprofessionalism never cease to amaze me. We wrote a one-star review 11 months ago about the service and yet here I am again in need of one product that only this lacking establishment seems to carry. It is November 18, 2018, and the time is 11:01 AM. The store opens at 10 am, yet I am here sitting in my car waiting for the clerk to open the store so that I can get the paint that I placed an order yesterday online and paid for it.
