I was taken care of by Steve (store manager as his tag said) and he was the nicest man. He was trying to program a fob for my Trailblazer and my truck was giving him one heck of a time, and I started feeling guilty on how long it was taking and there were customers waiting for him ... I told him he could take care of his customers and his reply took me aback arent you a customer?Thank you Steve for getting the fob programmed ... for as much problem as he was having I would have NEVER gotten it and Im not a slouch at technology lol.

I love this store! So much hardware and hard to find stuff that Menards, Home Depot and Fleetfarm (and sometimes Neus) dont have.

Always great customer service. Being a small local store sometimes they are the place that has what the big stores dont have and sometimes they are the place that doesnt have what the big stores have. But they are always helpful and always have way better customer service than the big stores. Most of my projects involve at least one trip here.

Went to this particular Ace to take advantage of the paint sale going on this week. I have an Ace store closer to my home but the prices are $5 higher per gallon on the paint I chose. I had stopped in at this location when they first opened and I have to admit I wasnt won over by the size. However, they won me over this week the customer service I received. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I worked in retail in the past for many years and it was refreshing to see that this store was going back to old school and focusing on customer service. I ended up purchasing more than I originally planned and it was refreshing to have the staff help carry my items out to my car with out having to ask for help.

Local hardware stores are awesome, and the folks here are nice and helpful so it gets 5 starts easy. And they sell those buttery twist pretzels.Im there Id say once 3-4 times a week and they always have whatever odds and ends you expect to find at a hardware store.Yeah its more expensive, I picked up a 3 pack of carbide plunge blades at Ace for $41 earlier this week. When I was at home depot the next day they sold the same thing for $40. But I saved like a gallon of gas driving to Menomonee Falls and about a hour of time. Anyhow the falls homedepot is the worst homedepot ever

I walked in the door, was greeted by a young female associate and two old men. The young woman asked what I was looking for. I told her, she thought a moment, and then walked to the section the product I was looking for was located. She was very helpful, she was not the issue.The issue was the two old men, who started laughing and making derogatory comments when I stated the product I was looking for, a MadeSmart Drawer Organizer. I DO NOT APPRECIATE being laughed at, especially when I am a paying customer, and a local homeowner to boot. In case no one told these two, women are capable of owning property and purchasing goods for said property.My husband and I were so excited when Ace went in, as it is walking distance from our house, and could save us from trekking to Home Depot, Menards, Lowes, etc. We will not set foot in this store again. Completely offensive.To add continued insult, the marketing department is now bombarding me with promotional materials. Why, exactly, would I spend a single penny more in this store, or ever set foot in the store again after being treated so rudely?
