Cashiers are very sleepy. Wegmans need to give them a coffee atleast to get a Hi or a hello out of them. Got my own bag so I had to bag my own stuff, not even a thank you after. Wake up Steven, Will in the green shirt wasnt a big help either.

The Wegmans at Germantown is a very safe place to buy Wegmans always have Sanitizer Wipes for customers to clean the 🛒 and the food are fresh Wegmans will be my first choice.

Amazing place for all your grocery needs. They have everything you could possibly need, including specialty items if youre on a diet. The fresh food section is very tempting. I was wowed by the variety of choices for everything and they seem to be good on stock as well. I went late in the evening, after 10pm and everything was still stocked and the whole place was clean. Im never shopping anywhere else again.

The customer service in this store is excellent. The employees are very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is one of the few places in the DC area that will cheerfully accommodate bulk orders such as multiple cases of a particular canned item, and competently handle every aspect of the transaction. The prices also beat out most of the competition. The store is vast and has a huge selection of brands, as well as a food court with excellent baked items and sandwiches. Theres also plentiful seating, so you can enjoy your food court purchases on-premises. I eagerly anticipate Wegmans plans to open a store in Rockville.

Horrible chicken quesadilla. A disgrace to come from the Wegmans brand. Should be discontinued, unseasoned boiled chicken white as snow with just cheese?! The slices of cakes are getting smaller and smaller for the $4 that they charge comparing to other stores. Make it make sense.

I love Wegmans! Wonderful selections of meat, breads, cheeses, produce, and high quality Wegmans store brand products. This Wegmans is spacious, clean, well stocked, and attractive.

We live in Rockville and choose to drive the extra distance every week to shop at Wegmans. The store brand of everything seems like great quality and fresher than most other grocery stores. The Family Pack options usually make items better value. They also have a very large selection. Produce, meat, seafood, and dairy all very fresh. Prepared food and to go items are an added bonus. Looking forward to the Rockville Wegmans to open!

Instacart shoppers are not using any thermal bag to keep meats and dairy at safety temperature. I got sick with Salmonella. I saw a shopper with two carts and they had no bags. I share this pictures so look where they put milk and meat! Dont gave them nice tips! They are looking for good orders pay but not safety food process.I saw one shopper had a big bag, and I saw two more with small. Please! Returned to Wegmants any food with contamination. Dont wait more the 2 days if you feel sick!Be careful with Instacart!They are inside the store.They are waiting for good pay orders but they are not take care the health of the customer.

Never had issues with returns at the customer service department. Since the new woman started working there is also new absurd policies. It could be 5 stars blue anymore with this new person.

Nahom is the guy played with our cash. Really kept us waiting because he was flirting with the girl ahead of us. And after the girl left made a real harsh comment towards us. We don’t think we will be returning to this wegmans anymore. Wegmans seneca meadows lost a very loyal customer. What a waste for our day and left us sad.

If you have never experienced a Wegmans do yourself a favor and go to one. The bakery and seafood section have items that you won’t see anywhere else and their Gluten free section is the best I’ve ever seen. Their buy in bulk section is huge and I am able to buy my favorite JellyBelly jellybean flavors. This particular Wegmans is one of the new and improved stores. Extremely well managed, clean, helpful and friendly staff.

One of the nicer grocery stores in all of Maryland. Youll find good produce and groceries along with basic home goods. Not as fancy as going to whole foods, but its pretty close. Also has a cafe with a multitude of salad bar options, along with pizza and hot sandwiches.

This is the best place I have ever shopped for my groceries. The selection, the presentation, the service, the convenience. I wish all supermarkets had this standard.

This location has pretty good plant based options, wish they had more. Never had a issue with the customer service there or the products they sell. I went to do some grocery shopping this evening (06/18/2021) Friday around 6pm-7pm & my cashier Kate at Cashier 14 saw that my bag of peaches were smooshed and I didn’t really notice since I was in a rush to go home. She called over her colleague Agnes. Agnes was kind enough to go back and forth to the produce section to get me different bags of peaches and replaced all the smooshed peaches with ones that were in good shape.Though they didn’t have to, I really appreciated the effort! 💯😇

My favorite grocery store, excellent staff and great products. It seems like a pricey store but their prices really do compete with some of the cheaper bigger stores. I go here even when on a budget, but youll also always get quality! Ive even seen some bulk items like cheese and paper towels to compete with Costco. Their meat is not as cheap as Costco but at least its not 20lbs of freezer burn...Ive decided its worth budgeting for if well actually eat it!Just overall pleasant place to visit as well.

Theyre having a lot of problems with stocking issues. I am very sad I couldnt get my two pack of basting oil. It wasnt too crowded at first, so that was nice. Still wish I could get one in Wheaton like yesterday.

Combine a showplace of everything food with impeccable service from a well staffed and helpful team - that’s Wegman’s. Is it a large store? Yes, but you never get the feeling that you are in a warehouse. However be prepared to part with some coin as not everything is priced to compete with local smaller markets. Quality is what you’ll get at Wegman’s!

When I visit Wegmans I’ve noticed associates avoid customers. Members of the bakery won’t look up to acknowledge you standing at the window. Customer service is low. Some associates appear to have major attitudes when asked a simple question.

Here in the Gaithersburg area from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Made a quick trip to Wegmans, or so I thought it would be a quick trip. After an hour of wondering about the store I finally exited and returned to my hotel. In south Florida we have one food shopping choice, Publix. Publix is unbelievably expensive and their stores are as boring and lifeless as they come. Truly wish Wegmans would make a run at south Florida.Definitely enjoyed my shopping experience at Wegmans.

Im having serious problems with the stocking issues at Wegmans. I typically shop around 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, and a lot of shelves are still very empty. I couldnt even get garlic after the store had been open for 3 hours. I could go on listing the ingredients I could not buy today, but the fact that they dont have garlic available says enough.If Jeff Bezos, of all people, can keep Whole Foods completely stocked the moment the store opens, why cant Wegmans do the same?

Favorite grocery store in the area hands-down. Stay out of their butcher aisle unless you want to spend too much money.

The Wegmans train takes approximately two minutes to complete one lap around the track.  The track is approximately 180 feet long (estimated).  That means that it travels one mile each 29.33 laps.  (5280/180=29.33).If one lap takes 2 minutes and it takes 29.33 laps to travel a mile, then the train is traveling at a speed of 1 mile per hour or thereabouts.The store is open from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. or 18 hours per day so the train travels 18 miles day and 6570 miles per year.  The store opened on September 15, 2013.  So, as of September 15, 2019, the train had traveled 39,420 miles!!!  Thats in real life size miles. However, in G guage train miles that would be 875,124 miles!!! (39,420 x 22.5).That sure is a lot of miles!Anyone want to buy a ticket to ride?P.S. the sample of the Black Forest Brilat at the cheese counter today is incredible. Buy it!!

Used to be my favorite. Now I go there for a single item that no other store carries, and that may soon change. They have replaced about 1/3 of the store with alcohol, and they have dropped national brands in favor of store brands

I did curbside pick up for first time today. Worked beautifully. All our bags were sealed, clearly marked with our name, and numbered so that no bags were missed. The system is very Well thought out and carried out. I received my bill via text as we pulled away from the store. So impressive. Thank you so much.Only comment is that it was not possible to add a tip when I placed the order.I tipped the man who loaded our groceries in the pouring rain, but it would have been easier to add that tip when I placed the order.

Great produce, seafood, and fresh selections

Wegmans is what all supermarkets strive to be: clean, well-organized stations, tons of fresh, organic products. It also has a, surprising variety of take-home semi-prepared entrees, and family packs of seasoned fresh chicken breasts, pork chops and many other ready to prepare. It has a deli counter, bakery and pastry shops, cheese counter, and pizza and sandwich stations. In their Virginia stores they also sell beer and wines for every price range. Wegmans isnt the cheapest, but the quality is so high that it definitely makes you think twice about the balance between price and quality.

Awesome store with DELICIOUS TASTY FOODS and then some other fantastic items. Looking forward to tasting samples in the future. Will shop there again.

The rotisserie is good if you like barbeque flavored chicken and dont care about organic. Otherwise, its not good.The staff Ive experienced take no responsibility which is an individual thing, however its a fundamental and problematic attitude.Generally good grocery selection, though many organic produce items are often not available no matter what time or day you go (e.g. cilantro, spring onions), and items keep getting moved so I am regularly scouting and hunting for even familiar items.Comfortable and clean space, store. Convenient location for me, and easily preferred over Giant and Safeway.1 star for the rotisserie chicken (after many years of dealing with their chicken, their service, and submitting futile feedback), ~3.6 stars for the overall store.

Best grocery store ever! Words cannot explain my joy that Wegmans is in the area! I grew up in NY and long espoused their greatness. I moved across country and still kept their shopper card on my key ring, just in case.... This one seemed to me to be a manager with a very bad attitude !Sad because most of the staff is nice but it seems to me that managers are not; in my experience of dealing with them many times. At best, in my opinion, they have a « I don’t care attitude »

Its a Wegmans! Meaning: you can get fancy-schmancy items and a regular box of cereal all in the same trip. This location is good because it has a covered parking garage so your car isnt roasting hot in the summer and you are protected in the rain. The fish counter and deli are both excellent.

Im a Wegmans fan, having shopped at their stores for years in NJ and rhen MA. The Germantown store does not seem to be at the level Im used to. Covid may be a factor, but the overall quality and selection here seems lower than the Shrewsbury MA store was just a couple months back. Ive also bought two perishable items in the past few weeks that went bad immediately. I havent given up on them, and will try them again when things get better and adjust my review as appropriate.

Wegmans is more than a supermarket. We stopped in there for a quick coffee and a snack and were not disappointed at all!The food was fresh everything in the salad bar was fresh and well lit so you could see what your spooning out and the coffee was quite drinkable!Its no Starbucks, but if you want a decent cup of coffee it did the job. And you can also get specialty coffees as well.Nicely done Wegmans, nicely done.Theres also ample parking handicap parking and a separate entrance for the dining area.
