They are wonderful they really help you with anything ask for the manager Erica and Morris they are great.

The worst shopping experience mainly because of the salesperson at this location. He was reluctant to show us the bracelet we wanted and kept asking are you sure you want to buy it today. We liked the bracelet we purchased from this store but wont come back to this branch.

I have been to this store twice now and the customer service is wonderful. Even with social distancing, the staff keeps the lines moving quickly while still giving each customer plenty of attention. Highly recommend!

There is NO curbside pick-up for those who have already ordered AND PAID. You have to wait in the freezing cold behind people who dont even know what they want yet. Six people on staff and not one of them is processing pre-paid pick-up orders. Additionally, the phone wont answer and voice-mail is full. If the website said I would have this experience, I wouldnt be complaining right now. Of course, I wouldnt have wasted this hour either. Thanks Pandora.

Great staff very friendly,Helpful and knowledgeable about their products and sales. Everyone love a sale or deal and the staff is great at informing you on all the deals and sales along with good quality jewelry

They did good with keeping with the social distancing and they were good about the turnaround time. My only complaint is that the associate that serviced me wasnt friendly. I will be going back but I will shop with someone else.

I always have a great experience when I come to this Pandora, all of them are great, but I frequent this location. The Manager Erin makes you feel like youre the only customer there. Her staff is equally as attentive to your needs. I even have co-workers go to this location and they love it.

It was ok. Ive been to other Pandora stores. Where the employees greet you when you walk in. They offer you something to drink and they are really friendly and polite.

Horrible experience! I called in advance to find the availability of a ring and they already had it pulled out. When I got to the store they told me I had to wait an hour behind people just shopping...I was in a rush to get to work and it could have been so easy and the lady did not care at all.

Customer service was great, but the bangle I purchased while visiting from out of town broke the night I purchased it. I haven’t even had the bracelet for 24 hours. I was attempting to add charms to my bangle and the round clasp broke. This is my second pandora bracelet and I’ve had issues with both of them. For pandora to bracelets to cost what they do it shouldn’t be as easy to break or have emblems fall off of them. I’m very disappointed in the product itself,but the service at this store was great.
