Very efficient process, despite large number of customers. Mask required, provided on entry if needed. Cameron was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting and setting up new phone. Very satisfied customer!
Am Apple store! Nuff said! Lol! The only Apple store in Memphis area, mostly in the Germantown. As usual, like other Apple stores, it’s fancy and superlative. I’m an Apple person, so I am more into it. The store was super packed, and the staff were taking care of everybody. I was planning to buy the newest iwatch, However, it’s still not available. So I would go back again.
Came in to check out the new iMacs to see their colors in person. While I didnt get a computer, I didnt feel rushed as I was shopping for a keyboard and hard drive. It was kind of busy, bit surprisingly quiet. Once I had my items, I did have to take a moment to find someone to help me check out. I understand why, but I do wish there was a dedicated place to check out for those of us who cant or dont want to check out with our phones. I also wish there was another Apple store in the Memphis Metro area so we dont have to go so far out of our way. All of those are minor and not a reflection of the store itself, so its still 5 stars.
Parking was congested but someone was always leaving to free up a parking space. Stores were crowded but no fault of theirs. Good products bring in customers. Lines moved fast and good customer service. I enjoyed my visit.
Apple is a world leader in customer service. The people here working for Apple care about what they are doing for people. The reality is that many times they’re just managing best they can amidst more customers than they have staff. That’s likely always going to be the case. Customers are there for training, support, and sales. So if your phone has stopped working entirely they will help you but realistically you will need to wait some time to get support. For other support needs you can reserve a time- which case the check in is very smooth and you can browse around while waiting. The WiFi in the store is SUPER fast. It’s hard not to spend more money each time you come in.
I have a great experience here. Ethan, the guy that troubleshooted my phone was very efficient. And the scheduling was no problem. It’s a very busy place but they seem to be on the ball.
Usually Im not one to give reviews, after the day I had today though. I just had too, I figured may as well, right? I started off all wrong at Best Buy with an employee who could care less about the money being spent, or being caring enough to answer a question. Ended up calling and requesting a complete refund on an $1800 purchase, due to to customer service, and being treated the way I was.. Which they were happy to help out with. After our experience though I took my wife in to get a new iPhone, at the Apple store, we were greeted by a younger woman, with dark very pretty hair. Who to me, seemed ike shed be just as happy helping a customer out and making no money, or selling them an expensive device. Wonderful customer service was on her mind. I wish I knew a name to thank her for her patience with us.This was not at all a bash to the Best Buy company at all I just had to show my appreciation for the patience given by Apple to help us out. Greatly appreciated.
Got transferred all the way up to a man named Rob! Was amazing!! Helped so much
I typically wait 20-30 minutes before I am seen with an appointment. I wonder why they allow so many time slots for appointments if they are understaffed and people are waiting so long to be seen.
I was trying to pick up my new iphone and the plan was under my dads name. They wouldnt let me pick it up because he wasnt with me…. Then I try to cancel my order and they dont help me because they “dont do cancelations” Like its a apple store with 30 employees but they dont even help. Very unprofessional.
I came @ apple store my appointment is @2pm my phone speaker is not working and one of employees did diagnostics test and she say problem on speaker we need to replace speaker come back 3:30 and I came 3:30 and I checked my speaker volume is same like before then I talk to another employee and they same they have to do diagnostic test again and I keep waiting here hours and no one came so I called someone and she said she put me in line wait it was very bad experience I waist my all day for nothing they need to fix this
My MacBook Air (2017), bought in 2019, was having a hard time downloading the MacOS BigSur update and got stuck on the startup disk screen. Fernando figured out the problem almost immediately and got to work fixing it! Awesome dude, great service, will ask for him again if, knock on wood, anything happens again!!
People on the floor are great, but repairs, good luck. Late-2019 iMac just up and dies. New logic board ordered - takes a week - then installed poorly. Ports cant connect. Did they not check things after slapping it back together? Take it back in. Now I get an email to call them again and their automated please hold system just rings for 3 minutes then hangs up. Called Apple Care corporate and THEY cant even reach them. All the tech in the world and nothing just works. But it now comes in orange!
Terrible behavior of the staff specifically someone named Mr.Tray who was implying as if he is the customer service manager which he was clearly not.I had an appointment for a repair to which no one attended for over 30 minutes. I found that there were other customers waiting for more than an hour despite having an appointment who ultimately left without getting their service.Having lesser staff doesn’t mean that they couldn’t have informed people with appointments that there could be delays and not provide them an option to reschedule beforehand. Topping that up with rude behavior and aggression was something I never expected or experienced before. This Apple store has some very bad behaved people who need better behavioral training or some disciplinary actions before people start boycotting this store. When I called Apple customer care, all they did was to book an appointment for me at Bestbuy for the battery replacement service. God bless Apple.
Ive had a few great experiences here, and a few awful ones. When working with the staff one on one, they are great and work with you and are pretty honest. Very helpful finding deals and getting whats best for you. When working with the repair staff, been awful. Theyve given me a run-around on an iMac and other devices that have faults upon purchase and they say theyll order a part and make a repair but have yet to do so. Im on my third time getting the same repair that should have been fixed months ago. Id recommend getting Apple Care (like I did) otherwise youll be in a mess working this repair crew. Just hope you dont have issues, and if you do, maybe drive to another state instead of visiting this lot.
They did a great job repairing my sons computer.
My charging port is worse of than when I came in but Asante doin good job 👍
Love this area. Went to Aople Store and it was awesome! This small shopping area has the feel of being in another city. It totally takes you away from the feeling of Memphis and even Germantown. It felt like i was in Dallas or somewhere 😕
Ordered item for pick up. Was met outside do to pandemic protocol. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful. Was guided indoors to wait in line to pick up my order, instead of standing outside. Very pleasant and positive experience.
ONE IF THE BEST STORES YOU COULD SHOP AT!!!will definitely be going back.!
The representatives are salespersons; they arent there to give objective advice. That said we bought an iPhone 12 Pro a few days ago and she put a protective screen on in seconds and did a great job at it.
Slow service, but great once you get someone
Y’all need to hire someone from Chick-fil-A to make the service more effective and efficient. And what’s up with the mask mandate despite the CDC recommendation that it’s not needed anymore for vaccinated people? I thought we “follow the science”?
The store indicated open time till 8 pm. When I reached the store, it was closed at 5:00. I travelled over 30 minutes to get there.
The sales reps are awesome! I have a 7th generation ipod nano that was water damaged and they were able to assist me swifty and kindly!
I went to Apple store just to use their supposedly fast internet. Wasn’t that fast, only around 50 mbps. I needed to copy over 8000 photos & videos to iCloud. Ended up moving to Huey’s restaurant nearby where the internet is 250 mbps. A restaurant beats apple in internet. 😂
The store is really clean and nice, and it was bustling with people. I came in just to buy an apple pencil but Id never been in an apple store so I was confused on how everything worked. I stood around some employees and I dont think they really noticed I was there until I was like hey uhhhh Im not sure what Im supposed to do, theres no checkout counter and Im confused, I just need this.. and they apologized because they said theyre supposed to walk us thru how it works but like I understand since the store was literally riddled with people. But they were very nice and I really did just go in and get out after I got what I needed.
I went to this store in 3rd of this month I buy I 12 Pro max who ever sell me the phone tell to but apple care in it second day froze in me I take back and someone do something to it in work I tell him now I need different one and he give me other one week later I lose it still in box I call customer service and they toll me to go to the store I want store I spoke with one of nice manager she tall me I will receive call today about 5 and because I didn’t sing my Apple ID I not cover and the person who sell to me tell I cover for everything
Horrible disgusting customer service at this location. I had a scheduled appointment and walked in to no one greeting me, no one at the door, had to literally search and find someone to look up my appointment which is unacceptable. The customer is just supposed to look around confused because there’s no one thinking about appointment customers being helped. This store and staff including the manager were Extremely Unprofessional, I am appalled. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.
As always great customer service...efficient and quick.
Very very well kept
I have more than 45 minutes waiting for him to attend me with a scheduled appointment, workers walk by and walk by and do not attend to me, and several people ahead of me have already attended them
Always busy but good service.
Great service from friendly people.
I love this Apple store yes a lot of things have changed since covid-19 you got to know exactly what you want because you cannot shop and walk around looking in the store the staff is always nice and friendly and youre always in and out
Phone fix at Apple store. Long wait.
Friendly and helpful staff!
Lots of different kinds of wonderful stores that are very upper class. Be sure and bring your $$$$
I recently visited this store after breaking my Apple Watch that I received as a gift. I was greeted by a RUDE female security guard. I was trying to explain to her this was my first time and she rudely told me that I could not ask someone in the store for a price on replacing or repairing the watch !! I needed to leave as if I was trespassing and call and make an appointment. SMH 🤦
I followed the directions that were emailed about picking up orders. Due to covid, I was instructed to not arrive early as it would create a longer wait time. I arrived at the time exactly as I was told and STILL had to wait in a cold, cramped line. After 10 minutes of not one person checking on customers and a rude security guard, i left and had to cancel my order. This place needs a better system and organization.
Horrible, the rent-a-cop at the front door is on a power trip. Had issues getting my online order because I was a few minutes late for my appointment time. The security lady told me I was lucky that I was getting my item and not told to come back another day. Im sorry, Im lucky to be able to p/u my purchase. This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had at Apple.
Jabrea was very helpful and answered all of our questions!
Store has been closed literally for almost 6months. I understand COVID-19 is still here but every other business has reopened and is following social distance guidelines. There is no reason that the store should still be closed after all this time its ridiculous.
Not that one would actually need to purchase Apple produces but the concept of their stores being closed even when everything else is open (post covid-19 rebuild) and starving communities for much needed tax revenue and paying jobs is a disservice to everyone. They just are not a trust worthy company to have around if their store front is a only an advertising buildboard. Its just corporate greed. Never again will my family purchase Apple products.
Working with Drew Taylor at Apple Saddle Creek is always a pleasure! That dude is on his game 💯
Guy had positive attitude and great customer service but I bought something online and got charged again at the store for a falsely advertisement that I wanted to return. He also could not explain the extra charges I was paying but I just didnt want to start a sceen
Worst apple store customer service!! Called prior to leaving and was told that they had the product that I was looking for in stock. Drove over an hour to the store and I’m told they do not have it. Manager was rude also. Worst store!! Unfortunately can not leave zero stars...
Went here to get charging cords and phone accessories.. it’s super clean and spacious, but not super affordable.
Friendly Staff. Clean. Fast service. Must make appointment though. I went there hoping to get my daughters iPad fixed. I found out motherboard was busted so we had to go buy a new one. Not happy because it 1.5 year old iPad.I took off one star because....It was prior to Christmas so I was told I am better off buying one outside of apple store because they don’t sell them there and even if I get one, they only have 90 day warranty. I thought I could replace it while I was there. That would have been helpful.Over all a good experience.
First time there and I had a great experience. From the 2 security guards to the young person who helped us....10 stars if possible
Very nice store a and the wait was not too bad...service A +
Great went to the apple store for a trade in
We wait very long for service with three little children!
The only apple store in Shelby county and surroundings. I can’t believe that we can’t reserve a shopping session. They are forcing us to buy somewhere else.
Very informative personnel
I make postmates deliveries from this store! Everyone of the staff members including Sercurity are very friendly and knowledgeable! If you are looming to purchase apple products this is a great place !
The visit on this day way was a bit of a wait unfortunately due to the Panademic. Sanitizing, 6-feet distancing, & outside waiting lines was a plus though. However I was able to get in the line to purchase my item within 20 min.
Didn’t help me. I was redirected back to the 800 number even though I had worked with them for approximately 8 hours over 7 days. Expected more from the store.
Wow. Customer service is the worst it has ever been. Apple is refusing to let customers view demo models. It refuses to put screen protectors on new purchases. It refuses to hand out business cards and receipts. They say this is to protect customers from COVID. However, Apple has no problem manhandling returned phones, performing repairs, or letting people bunch up outside in a line without being 6ft apart. Apple policies are inconsistent because they’re nothing more than virtue signaling. No one from the store answers the phones. It’s impossible to schedule appointments unless you make a new purchase online and schedule a pickup. The line outside the store is managed by security guards, some who have chips on their shoulders. Store employees will not go outside to help manage the line or answer questions, because of reasons. And store management does not care if customers are upset. One manager told me that customers are whiners and it is the store’s default policy to ignore complaints because so many people have bad attitudes. Apple’s store experience has never been great, but this shows that despite Apple’s boatload of cash, it can’t buy common sense. My advice is to make your purchases thru Best Buy, Costco, or Apple’s website. Costco has a generous return policy and sells AppleCare cheaper than Apple. Best Buy has an expedient curbside pickup process. Both are authorized Apple retailers. Those stores will allow you inside and not expose you to Apple’s corporate ineptitude—which fortunately isn’t contagious. At this point, there’s no reason to shop at the Apple store.
First time in and it was utter chaos .
Best Customer Service
With covid 19- apple handles the situation the worse ! it takes them 1 week to send a replacement and thats going to one of their authorize technician, been trying since march to get a replacement. First they were closed and now they dont have any appointments available . This is ridiculous how apple expect for a parent to stay without a phone for a week, especially having their locations open and able to give me a replacement on the same day. for the amount of money i payed for my phone i should be able to receive better care !
The guy helping me today deserves a raise. He explained every one of my questions and fixed all of my issues. Also, he explained every step of the process so I had a good idea of my time frame there. Im very impressed. Best Apple experience to date. He had a beard and gages in his ears if anyone wants to know who to look for. I know thats who Ill look for if I ever have another issue. Thanks so much!!!
They are really sucks. They are not taking in person by line. They are taking by appointment time. If some come early 15 mins. And some one come that actual time they are taking that person and some have appointment after 15 mins they have to wait for that actual time. They are suck and they don’t have any management
They provide the worst customer service available. They are using a security service as a middleman and will not speak to customers attempting to enter the store or ask clarifying questions. They tell you to go online to make an appointment but their online service says you cannot make an appointment and provides no ability to request service. Waited until there was no line for “appointments” at the store front and an open service station was clearly available and yet they would not talk to me and would only speak to the security guard who then relayed information to me. They had at least five employees loitering in the lobby speaking to one another and unwilling to speak with customers. Was told to “come back later.”
Helpful folks
There service is superb!
Definitely recommend, fast and easy no hassle love this location!
This is an absolutely stunning store. You really can feel and experience how Apple wants its stores to be here. The sales associates were extremely helpful and friendly and they did not dissatisfy. The wait time was minimal. My wife and I went in to buy a new MacBook and were able to be in and out of the store in under 30 minutes. The associate who helped with the purchase was courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely stop here again when I need new Apple products.
Organized and professional staff.
I brought a iPad I didn’t even have it for a year it started acting up the software was messed up, it wasn’t a app it was a software problem.
Great experience! I was not looking forward to going to the Apple store — I assumed I would be waiting for a long time and that it would be chaotic. However, I was assisted immediately and my representative, Kyle, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful and patient with me — he went above and beyond to help. This positive experience definitely changed my assumptions regarding the apple store.
I called Apple to ask why my old iPhone return kit hasn’t made it to my mailbox yet and it’s been 10 days since my purchase. I was on a three way call with my dad and with a lady from Apple who was extremely disrespectful. She was not asking questions clear enough for an older generation to understand on the spot in which I was told not to help him. After a minute of this conversation the Apple representative hung up on us after I waited for 23 minutes on hold to get this straightened out. Your Apple products might be good tech but just by that one interaction it’s made me regret giving money to this company so it can pay to have Macdonalds level quality customer service employees.
One of the best apple stores i even been ! Nice and supportive staff.
Very bad. I never expected their behavior even after we got appointment, not allowed inside
My mothers data was STOLEN from her phone at this location. The employee that stole the data is now in prison. Apple had to change its policies for their employees because of the data theft. Apple Store employees are not allowed to wear Apple watches at work because they can transfer a phones data to the watch. This was not the first time that the employee had stolen a phones data. In fact, they found that Every phone he ever touched had the data stolen from it. He was the greeter at the store. The manager at this store was not helpful at all, and he was to be replaced as well. Apple paid my mother $15,000 for the data theft that occurred at the Apple Store at Saddle Creek. I was paid a $10,000 bounty for finding the security problem. Be careful with your phones, and NEVER LET AN APPLE STORE EMPLOYEE WALK AWAY FROM YOU WITH YOUR PHONE. YOUR DATA IS AT RISK.
Theres not a lot of people waiting.
Today my mom and I went to visit the Apple Store at Saddle Creek. We really wanted to check out the Apple Watch Series 4. We wanted to ask a question but instead the employees got mad at us for touching the watches, when a lot of people were touching them! Plus nobody was around to help you with any questions, nobody offered to help. Apple, your technology is great, but not the staff.
Very good once you got inside. Long waits -make an appointment!
Picked up an order for my daughter. Place was packed, but they had plenty of help to take care of the people. Was greeted as soon as we we stepped in the door and assessed for what we needed and assigned an employee to take care of us. She was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Fast & friendly service
Not every customer wants to spend the time in the store as an experience. Challenge: Balance between days-long mail-in and wading through a sea of fellow customers in the store. This experience made real even after having earlier made an appointment specifically for a mid-morning, mid-week time.Stopped in a few minutes earlier than my appointment for a replacement battery. Still had to wait nearly 30 minutes for someone to process the order after getting my name in the queue. This should have been a simple drop off that does not force the customer to browse or sit in chairs without backs or fashionable wood boxes.I have to return for the phone. No problem. But the whole point of going through the appointment process should be that the wait times are in line with customers advance effort. I am not looking forward to another 30 minutes just to pick up and sign for the repair.I would love to see an automated drop box with QR code or similar. Id happily self-service and run through prompted screens preparing the phone for the repair process. Fail that and put me in the wait queue. Most of what I saw today at drop off should be done with AI.
I have a mixed experiences at this store. Quality of treatment by Genius specialists is a lot different every time I go. In the past 1 month I have to visit twice while my first experience was by a stubborn non explaining specialist: paying a little to no attention to my questions while latest (Yesterdays) was by a specialist who took time and explain about what is happening and what to expect. However I also have to wait long times even though appointment was scheduled. It would be helpful to display a wait-line or inform us while checking in how much time we have to wait.
Customers herded in and out like cattle. They are going for efficient but it comes off as hands off and cold. Not my cup of tea for the way customers should be treated when you are buying thousands of dollars worth of electronics.
Favorite place!
The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped fix my phone without any issues and the employees explain everything very well without making you feel incompetent. The wait was a little long but that is to be expected with all of the traffic they get on the weekends and depends on the issues that customers come in with. We will definitely return to this location.
They were really helpful and friendly. A nice place to get a apple product :)
I used to get great service and great products here.Bought a computer, faulty keys. The replacement, also faulty keys. They pushed me off to 1-(800) MY-APPLE who said I could drop it off at the store. I tried, and they said I should mail it myself. If I left it with them, they wouldnt give me a receipt nor confirm the return. If it gets misplaced, it would be my responsibility. The best part, despite speaking with the manager who confirmed that Apples email instructions disagreed with his policy, he reported Apple Store Saddle Creek has lost other customers computers but thats not his problem... its the customers. So, I mailed it.Apple once had the best products and the best service, but things are different now. I guess they are too big to care about any individual customer.
I was in town visiting my grandparents who had issues with both of their iPads. Rusty at the Apple store had both fixed and good to go in no time. He was knowledgable and fun to talk to. If you have a lightning cable broken in the port, hes the guy to go to; hes a true Apple genius. Thanks Rusty!
I made a reservation in Genius Bar to replace my MacBook Pro battery. I went in and was helped almost immediately. Fortunately, I was able to get my battery changed the same day and was told to come back before the close of business. My laptop was ready within 30 minutes. I thought my Apple Care had expired, turns out, it had not. The associates were helpful and professional. Great experience!
Visited this Apple store today to see if they could fix facial recognition on my IPhone X. After speaking with Chris, we told me that the reason it wasn’t working is because the small crack on my phone. Which I informed him that the screen was cracked June 2018 and that facial ID just started messing up. He assured me that was the problem and that it would cost me $279.99 to replace my device and get facial ID back working. I politely declined the service. Once I got back to work, I got on YouTube to see if they would do a better job at helping me than the actual Apple Store did. And of course, they did. It was as simple as going into settings, resetting facial ID, and setting it right back up. Thanks YouTube. It’s a shame how Apple just tried to make that much money off me for something that was as simple as a reset. I’ll NEVER visit this Apple store again.
Initially I was taken aback by entering the store. It was like the Wall Street of Memphis but filled with organized chaos. A smiling face, I think Whitney, with short curly hair greeted me. Then a guy with a small build and dark beard nabbed me. Then I met Hayden. He could be an Avenger. His power? The ability to fix everything tech and then some...Captain Apple, of course. But Seriously, He made my experience at Apple seamless and flawless. I had so much apprehension that melted away as he assisted me. At each individual step he told me what he was doing... the anticipated outcome and what he would do next as a result of the aforementioned...then my different options afterwards. Throughout the entire process, we engaged in humorous yet light conversation to keep things from being bland and then after like several minutes of my battery not charging, we gave my phone over to the technology gods for burial. Upon receiving my replacement, he walked me through the cloud thing and helped me with restoration of apps and info. He led me to a cube as my phone did it’s restoration and checked on me twice. The final time he checked on me, he explained that he was going to lunch and showed me two other people who could assist me if I needed help. This was probably the best customer service I’ve seen or experienced in my adulthood.
Exceptional customer service! Called and ordered my phone the day before. Walked in right as the store opened and I was directed to a specific area. Latita was attentive and simply wonderful. She walked me through every step while talking to me and my hubby. She was engaging and made sure that I completed every step of the set up process.
Called & was on hold for 28 minutes without getting a human. Seriously?I’ll give them 4 stars because the employees at the store are helpful and always nice.
