The team at Jones consistently exceeds my expectations for their customer service, value, and timeliness. I dropped off our car at 7:00 AM on a Saturday to have an oil change, a window actuator repaired, the AC charged, and a bad wheel bearing replaced and everything was completed by 2:00 PM the same day. Everyone Ive ever spoken with there is friendly and helpful. Additionally, their communication is top notch. I appreciate that a local shop like this is in business and in my neighborhood. I confidently recommend them to anyone.

My friend recommended it as shes been going for years, & as I was driving a long way I wanted to be sure my car was in good shape. After inspection & an oil change, etc., Jones assured me itd be fine, & on a trip made longer by weather & traffic, the only thing I didnt have to worry about was my car. 1300+miles & not a single issue! Its worth the extra driving time for me to take my car where I know Ill get reliable service at fair prices.

They are always so busy, but this morning I pulled in with a big nail in my tire. They rushed right out and repaired it in less then 5 minutes. They take care of customers.

This was my first visit to Jones Auto Repair. I was impressed by the no of positive reviews and thought it would be a good experience. Spoke to David before taking my car for a tire leak check. Although, I just went for a tire repair (remove a nail and patch the tire), the work done seemed a quite shoddy. I must admit it was not what I expected. It looked the auto mechanic working on my car was in a hurry, just wanted to finish the work and get it over with. For every question I asked, the answer was - its fine and dont worry. A good tire repair should ensure the tire is thoroughly inspected for any additional internal damage and the patch should be made from inside. And tire balance/alignment should be done. None of this was performed. They didnt even remove the tire, did a quick fix with the cheap repair kit you can get for $5 at auto zone (more like a DIY kit). I specifically asked if this was a good way to repair and was told the fix would stay for the lifetime of the tire. Well, I really hope it survives few months having spent money on it already (although the fix looks temporary). I am sure I would have to get it repaired properly at some other shop soon. The way you handle small work shows a lot about the handling of big assignments. I was not very impressed with the service provided and may not go back to them again unless the tire turns flat within the next week.

5 stars isnt enough for Jones, By far the BEST automotive shop in the Memphis area!! As a single woman being told about this place when I moved here was the best advice I was given. Cannot say enough about the mechanics, the owner, and the quality servjce.

Rented a U-haul from them. Very helpful & friendly.

Ive only had one experience here and it was fantastic. I wanted a 2nd opinion after going to Honda and receiving a diagnosis that didnt add up (other than in $$$$). I didnt have an appt here, yet they fit me in and fixed the ac/ heater issue within minutes. To top it off, they didnt charge me anything! I really appreciated their transparency and honesty, and hope to have the same experience with them in the future.

David Jones was one of my first bosses....I worked for him when this was a full service gas station, mechanic auto repair and U-Haul rental location......started out in Collierville at his Exxon station.....He s an excellent boss/mentor...because he taught me many things that I carried on throughout my lifetime....Glad to see he is still a successful businessman in that same location.....Thank you David and Debbie for giving me my first start in the working business!

Took my car in yesterday to be serviced. Acura told me it would be near $300 so I took it to Jones instead. It was $85 total and done within an hour.Im so happy that I finally found a locally owned place with great owners who wont rip me off.

We have known these trustworthy folks for nearly 30 years. Their knowledge, high moral character and competency in the automotive field are unmatched. We’ve never been disappointed in the Jones family through the years, and our children have used them for car servicing, as well.

Have been going here 7 years, great people, very reasonable on prices and always fixed right the first time. Ricky saved me over $400 dollars in unnecessary brake repairs that another local shop wanted. Ive been going to Jones Auto Repair for about 15 years. They are honest, affordable, and will not try to trick you into making unnecessary repairs. And if they cant help you, they will send you to someone who can.

Quoted an obscene amount for a 2 minute job. If you are brown skinned, avoid this place. As a reviewer of different skin color below also noted, it’s the same case with me, there were 3-4 people doing nothing, I had my own part but he said it would be 4 days to change a part. If you want to give your money to a racist business, this is the place.

I did business with Jones auto repair and they stole my money with a smile. Avoid at all cost. You should find a more reputable company that will treat you fairly. They are very dishonest.

Great local family business in germantown. Kodie was a really nice fuel attendant and Cecil and Rick really know their stuff in the garage. The owners are there daily and are always helpful.

I usually do not write bad reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt of having a bad day, however, they are absolutely horrible. So I walk into the building to have a battery installed in my car since my battery was dead, and they told me itll be Friday (today is Tuesday, 3/14) until they can put in a battery. Now you maybe saying, they didnt have my battery in stock, however, I bought the battery from AutoZone so they can install it. Then the crazy thing about is the entire staff was just standing around with nothing to do. Based on my observation, the only reason they didnt want to service me is because Im an African American. Luckily enough the Firestone a few blocks away, was able to assist me day within a few hours. Situation like this constantly reminds me how some people are still stuck in segregation.

Nice customer service

I had a flat this morning and was told my plug was pulled out. Went to Dave and Rick, who aired it up and found a new hole. They plugged it and changed it in less than 20 minutes. I will use them again!
