I drove an 1 hour to go to Euro motors to purchase a 2018 GLA the salesmen Eric help me. He had the vehicle waiting when I arrived. I looked over the vehicle and noticed nicks in the paint on the hood the door as well as what looked to be paint chipping on the rear driver side door,inside it looked as if the previous owner had a cell phone mount still affix to the interior of the car and it was only one key to the car. So needless to say this car cannot be Certified preowned by Mercedes. I came with my own financing offer letter. I asked Eric multiple times if he saw my offer he said yes but still presented with a final number of $26k for a car that cannot be CPO and has been on the lot for 60 days. By the way the turn over rate for 2017-2019 used GLA-250 14-27 days max. I filled out my application while doing so I said to him send my application to Capital One only no one else I am already Pre-qualified for a loan with them I repeated this multiple time he agreed and said OK he understands. As I am sitting in the dealership I start receiving multiple email about different banks checking my credit I was extremely upset behind this after I asked that its not sent anywhere else. Eric then bold face lied and said it only went to capital one ummmm sir I am very aware of what goes on with my credit. I do not want multiple hard inquires on my credit especially when I have been doing so well rebuilding. Then he text me the next day asking that Bring 5600 I told him no. I m not paying over $20,250 for the GLA with 32k miles not CPO. I will not be told what to put down I will tell you what I am putting down and you decide if you are going to make the deal work. I would recommend anyone buying from them. Eric lied he figured because I was a women he was going to get over on me. Well Eric this women does her homework and knows alot more then you think I have been doing my research for months so you will not tell me anything and I will take your word you cant be trusted. Ladies if your not sure please always take a man that knows alot about cars deals how much they can come down on the car what the car is really worth the turnover rate, stale lot car etc. with you if you have to deal with Euro Motors or Eric.

She takes her time to ensure that you are in the vehicle you want without any sales pressure. I didnt think twice about my purchase because I knew I made the decision without any pressure. If you are looking to purchase see Ginny, you will be pleased.
I would have put a zero star if that was an option. I was judged off my looks by Valerie Frost!! She was so rude she talked to me in a catty demeaning manner. I felt so uncomfortable. She acted like she was the customer of a 80k car!!! I would NEVER ever go back to this location. I would never recommend anyone go here who is looking for good customer service!!!

My car has been in Euro Motors collision department since February 6, 2017 and just received a call that the last part has arrived and they will contact me next week as to when the car might be ready, they are aiming for the end of the month. I took it there because it is a Benz dealer and you would assume that they would have all of the parts. It has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. Do not plan on buying another Benz nor would I ever recommend Euro Motors to anyone. there is no reason for any car to take this long to repair, especially if you take it to the dealer. They will not give you a loan or pay for your rental car. Absolutely the worse customer relations I have ever encountered.

After shopping around for several weeks, I purchased a Mercedes at EuroMotorcars. My sales associate, Shadi Hassan, was superb! He was very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained everything to me, and referred me to the Finance Manager for a great interest rate. Mr. Hassan was extremely patient, very professional, and overall, provided the best service that Ive experienced in quite some time.
