Coming in from out of town my air wasn’t cold so I visited the store at 7730 Popular Ave and Jacob was very helpful and informative regarding where to put the coolant in.

The store is what you would expect from an autozone. Professional, kind staff, and well stocked. The most impressive aspect of the store was the sales representative Jacob O. He was well mannered, studious, and an encyclopedia of knowledge in all aspects of auto parts. From the moment he spoke I had the feeling he had tried almost every item in the store. Every inquiry was met with a personal recommendation or antecedent. Jacob was a true expert. Whatever they are paying this guy, its not enough. PLEASE, give this guy a raise.

The red shirt employee who we wrangled for assistance said that if the item we sought wasnt in the front, she couldnt help us. It was only after we pointed out that the item was shown to be in stock on the store computers that she found a grey shirt to do some work. The manager found it and we were sold the item we sought. While the simple skill of understanding how the systems imply stock levels is easily taught, this youngsters customer service, though emblazoned everywhere, is simply not up to putting customers first.

I had two headlights go out on the same day and received excellent customer service and a great price. They even replaced the headlights for me - some locations won’t on a Honda because apparently it can be trickier to replace them than on other makes. I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else.

Wow germantown location. Heard how then there were talking about the female who workers and customs. I let them know I was in the store. Needless to say they were surprised to know I heard them. I did tell them.they were horrible for their nasty remarks toward these woman.

I called this morning to see if the store was open because I had a problem with my battery. The store manager came out to my car as soon as I pulled up and assisted me with my problem. People, Parts & Preparedness: there are auto repair parts and more to be found for the tinker enthusiast and for your typical fix it yourself kind of person. On this trip I dropped off a battery for recharging and picked up couple of not easily found tools unless youre on the road or a traveling parts/tool supplier happens to come through. These were a nice find and of course I had to rub it in once I found them. Stop in and see what youll find thats helpful for you in your day to day activities.

I would say the straw that broke the camels back is when I went in there on a weekend to get a battery charged that I had recently purchased from this location. I dropped off my battery, we tested it, and determined it had 12vs and was 60% charged. I did not have a way to charge my battery at home so I left the battery with them. I came back 4 hours later to get my battery only to be told it was No Good. I took the battery home, install it, and it has been working fine ever since. I dont know if these people are ignorant or just stupid but do not go in there looking for advice because there is a strong chance youll just get bs.

Very poor customer service. I called to check on a part before driving there, the guy on the phone said they had it. Drove there, nope dont have it. The guy that helped me acted like I was an idiot when I told him that he chose the wrong model of car on the computer. I will never go there again.
