We bought a new Maytag washing machine. Duerk was very helpful with the buying process, upfront with prices and warranties. The delivery came during the time frame given. We are happy with our purchase!

Great appliances at great prices! Very helpful too. We had the choice of some older appliances for half the price of a scratch & dent. We chose the scratch & dent so it will hopefully last longer. Nice to have the options.

Service tech. did come during scheduled time frame, and we were aware of the $40 up front fee.Our dishwasher was not draining all of the way.The service tech drained the small to moderate amount of water on the bottom of the dishwasher, and may have unclogged something-he wasn’t really sure. The time and labor was extremely minimal. The appliance was not moved or disassembled in any way. We were unaware of cost during any of this process.We were charge $170.00 plus for a half hour (at most) and no repairs. Our dishwasher is still holding water on the bottom-same as before. I would suggest going with another company.With a different dishwasher 5 years ago, we had a part replaced and the total cost was $150 with another service company-I wish I could recall who it was as I would’ve called them again.I would not recommend!

Horrible customer service. Bought a refurbished washer/dryer set Sept 2020; by May 2021 the washer stopped working; just 6 wks out of my warranty. I was initially referred to them by a good friend who told me to call and specifically to ask for Tommy and explain what happened to see if I could get a deal on repair or new washer; seeing as we had the set for LESS THAN 8 MONTHS.I called Friday, May 7th and left a message with Amanda; no call back.Called Monday, May 10th; no call back.Decided to write a post on their facebook page thanking them for their subpar customer service. Within 30 min, I had a response.The wife telling me You only wanted to speak to the owner (had no clue Tommy was the owner... he was just the person I was told to contact by my referral), your appliance is out of warranty. I can get someone out by you tomorrow, but you will have to pay.Not once did I say I was looking for free service.We had another repair service come look at the washer yesterday; the motor is shot.

We were fortunate enough to be able to afford Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances – a wonderful upgrade at an affordable price! Several colleagues, neighbors and family members have purchased miscellaneous appliances for their homes (washers, dryers, dishwashers) and expressed nothing but complete satisfaction.The Pandemic has wreaked havoc with supply chains, but the crew at Milwaukee Appliance did everything they could to make sure that we were able to move into our ‘new space’. The owner even came out to ensure our satisfaction with the installation – when was the last time THAT happened at one of the ‘Big Box Stores’???My wife keeps telling me I have to stop going up to customers in the appliance departments at ‘those stores’ and whispering that ‘the crew at Milwaukee Appliance will do better on price and service!’ Guess I’ll stop when they throw me out!!!Great price, great service, wonderful people that have EARNED my business and loyalty!

The service call to fix my washer went smooth up to the price point. I asked for a quote prior to service was told $40 for the in home estimate. I asked for their hourly rate and was not given a price. I think 60-90 per hr would be fair. All told I paid 170.00 for less than 1hrs work. I had a drainage clog and pins were loose on my front loader.

I called on a weekend, left a voicemail message with the information they asked for. I waited almost 2 weeks with no call back so I went elsewhere. I even mentioned I was a previous customer (not anymore). This new company had online appointment scheduling, and they were at my house the next day.

Used our oven last night and it worked fine. Today, New Years Day, went to turn it on and it was completely dead. Despite being very busy, and getting ready to go on small vacation, owner came over to my home within a few hours, and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Said he didnt want to go on vacation and leave us without a working oven for 5-6 days. Total dedication to client. Truly appreciated!

An excellent experience. Went looking for a new refrigerator. They have a very large selection, especially scratch and dent, in all types of configurations. But if the defect is on a side that will be hidden, like next to a cabinet, who cares??? We got a $1,600 refrigerator for $999, with a dent no one will ever see.And for $90, they will deliver and setup, take our current fridge to the basement and remove the basement one that puttered out.Definitely going back!!!

Had Milwaukee appliance replace heating element, drum, bearings and other parts of our 1.5 year old dryer(not purchased at MA) in August 2018 for $573. They had dryer for over 3 weeks for repair and when they brought it back it still would not heat. They returned to fix again. Just past the 90 day warranty of original repair the heating element is not working and they would like additional $250 to replace it again as it is past 90 day warranty and HE informed my tenant I would not let him fix it. Your right I wont let Milwaukee appliance fix this or any of my appliances again.

My husband bought appliances, about 5 years ago. From the time we met, 3 years ago, the ice-maker did not work. The dishwasher did not work, and now the washing machine sounds like an airplane taking off. They did service the dishwasher, or rather replaced with another. However, I decided to call and have them come out and repair the ice-maker. From the beginning, they were rude. Amanda, the parts manager, to the service guy. I practically felt like I was begging them to come and take a look at the freezer and do the repair. The repairman was incredibly rude, and defensive. He said he was going to have to order a part that “might” fix it, that was January. After that, I heard nothing else. I have called them almost a dozen times. It is now June and called 4 times last week asking if we could schedule a service call. I spoke with Grace, who was incredibly sweet and tried to help the best she could. Unfortunately, Amanda is the person who schedules service calls. My final call, Amanda informed me, rather rudely, that Greg would be calling to set up appt later that day. It’s been a week now. Please save yourself from headaches, go elsewhere. This company is obviously too busy to care about customer service.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Salesman was very accommodating, reasonably priced, and the delivery guys were very professional but with a sense of humor. I bought a washer and they were very patient while I vacuumed.

We have purchased several appliances for our home and office from Milwaukee Appliance. Their sales people were very knowledgeable and competitive with pricing. Delivery was perfect, they were on time and got everything hooked up quickly. The repairs we had done were equally impressive. Experienced and informative servicemen. Initially, I was very impressed, but the follow-up was quite poor. Asked for a call back as there were a couple of minor issues with the delivery, and over two weeks later I have received no return call. The customer service with the first visit was very good, so it was disappointing to not have the proper follow up.

My experience with Milwaukee Appliance has been exceptional. They not only offered very competitive pricing, but their SERVICE has been outstanding. Old fashioned customer service is what I received from Milwaukee Appliance. I highly recommend them!

I have worked with Tom many times and the customer service is always fantastic. Greg and the technicians actively service the machines they sell. We have also bought reconditioned units. One of them even had an issue and it was replaced immediately without question.

A few weeks later my dryer went out and they recommended a great scratch and dent model that saved us a good deal of money. As website says hours or services may differ and the chaos of Covid, I called at 1:00pm and confirmed with a person that they were open until 6 pm, only to arrive at 5:22pm to find them closed. Lost my business to Grand Appliance...This was on Fri 8/21/20.

We manage two households full of appliances and have had them here many times over the years. They have always been prompt, kind, extremely honest about replacing or repairing, also fair (we had an issue with an washer, and they handled the situations very fairly), They go above and beyond every time. We have also purchased many appliances from them, and have had great experiences each time. From the first call to the completed repair or install they are the ones our family trusts! Milwaukee Appliance has serviced my dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. There service is always friendly and timely. We did buy an awesome stainless steel refrigerator from their scratch and dent sale. We saved a ton of money. They have a huge section of scratch and dent appliances and many of them look brand new.

Not sure if theyre prices are the cheapest, but we were pleased with the outcome. They fixed our stove, which wasnt heating to the right temperature and sold us a dishwasher to take the place of our broken one. Initially, we had a few issues with the install, but they came back and fixed everything to perfection and were very reasonable.

We love working with Milwaukee appliance... They were honest and straightforward with us when it came time to replace our dishwasher. They saved us a lot of money over the competitors and will be going back to purchase a refrigerator next week.

We are beyond satisfied with both the service and quality of the products we purchased, and as far as price, they beat the competition by a mile. We bought a complete kitchenAid group fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher and after pricing it out online and at several local venders we chose to go with Milwaukee Appliance, Tom gave us the best price, no one was even close, he had a cabinet guy come out and cut down a cabinet and that too was done very professionally and extremely reasonable and on short notice. Tom has been very helpful all through the process and has been helpful as we look to replace a washer and dryer. I would highly recomened both Tom and Milwaukee appliance if you want a great deal and great customer service experience. On a side note the install crew was also top notch and went above and beyond with our install.

If you want your mail box to get ran over from the horrible delivery truck drivers, order from here. The manager said they would replace my the mailbox first time I got a hold of him but when the time came to pay up, the manager kept avoiding my calls. What a bunch of crooks.

I had high expectations when I walked in here today November 11th 2017, because of our previous experience that we had 9 years ago. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the lack of respect and service we received today. We waited over half an hour for him as he was helping someone else and said that we were next however he choose to help the calcusian couple that just walked in the store and pretended like we were not even there. I strongly recommend shopping around for we found the exact same Amana appliance that they had for stratch and dent at Best Buy brand new for $100 cheaper. We wont shopping here ever again!Not to mention Thomas gave my husband his card and number- said he was going to call and did not do that neither did he return any of our calls. Sad to see that this is what Milwaukee applicance has come to.

Stopped in on Saturday Sept 17th to see what they had in stock for a gas dryer. The general manager Thomas Ottow was working that day he mentioned he did not have any scratch or dent gas dryers in stock but was receiving a shipment the following Tuesday 9/20. I explained I worked right down the road but worked until 6pm. Thomas gave me his business card and said give him a call Tuesday my cell phone number is on the card and I will stay a few minutes after 6pm to show them to you. I called Thomass cell phone Tuesday 9/20 about 10am and he did not answer so I left a message. I did not revive a call back so I called his cell phone again at 2pm again no answer. I called to store and the receptionist told me he was with a customer and she could take a message so I left a message with her. At 4:30pm I still had not received a call from Thomas so I called the store again and explained to the receptionist who I was and why I was calling. She told me he was still with a customer and she had given him the previous message. She put me on hold and went and talked to Thomas. When she got back on the phone she said he could not be there after 6pm but could be there after 6pm Wednesday night 9/21. I asked specifically if I needed to call and remind anyone. She said no he will be here for you. On Wednesday 9/21 I had my wife stop in to look at the dryers, which is the night I was told Thomas would be there after 6pm. She arrived at the store at 5:50pm and the store was locked and dark. The posted store hours are until 6pm every night of the week which matches the business card Thomas gave me. I called Thomass cell phone and the store but again no answer so I left a message. As of 9/28/16 I have yet to receive a call back from Thomas Ottow the General manager from the 3 messages I left him. I called to speak with the owner Greg on 9/22/16 and was told he was out of town until 9/26/16 but the receptionist took a message and said he would call me back. She also asked the reason for my call and I explained I had a bad experience. As of 9/28/16 I still have not heard from the owner of Milwaukee Appliance. Moral of the story is the General Manager and Owner really dont care about you the consumer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
