Our living area LED ceiling lights were installed beautifully by Knox Electrician. We needed the lights placed as soon as possible, and they were incredibly accommodating once we were scheduled. The two males who arrived at the residence were the greatest part. They were kind and efficient, taking care of the stuff we couldnt move out of the living room and wanting to clean up the drywall debris. They are really professional and know what they are doing. They are really busy with other projects, so call right away for an estimate and a walkthrough!

Knox Electrician installed pot-lights throughout our home and they didnt disappoint. They put down drop-sheets and didnt do any damage to the ceilings. Knox Electrician owner, came out for an estimate and we talked through my concerns and explored options. He gave me some alternative options which will most likely not result in needing to hire them. I really appreciated the upfront and honest information James gave even though it will most likely result in us not needing an electrician. He wasnt pushing for a sale even though this would have been a big job. I would definitely call Knox Electrician again for future electrical needs.

Knox Electrician was absolutely wonderful! The electrician arrived on time and the text alert letting me know when to expect him was super helpful. He was also very respectful! My young son was still sleeping when he arrived and so he focused on the outside work first and then later on the inside items once he woke up. The prices were reasonable and the book outlining it all was very comforting to see. He did the safety inspection and explained everything with pictures so nicely. Well definitely be using them again and referring all family and friends to them.

After experiencing a partial loss of power, we called Knox Electrician for a diagnostic service. Will was able to quickly identify the problem and answer all of our questions. I learned about Dan at Knox Electrician through a friend. Dan came out and looked at our job, which consisted of numerous electrical issues in our 20+ year old home. When he and his employee came out a few weeks later to do the work, they arrived on time and they were very competent and efficient. The job required one more trip out to our home, 10 miles out of town, to wrap it up but he made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. The electrician installed outdoor flood lights with motion sensors to help improve the safety and visibility around our house at night. The lights were installed on our soffits and look great. We have found that in all our interactions with the staff of Knox Electrician they have been professional and honest. A tree limb took down my power line and meter box so I called Knox Electrician. James and his team came out that day and worked the whole day to replace my meter box and riser so I could get my power back on. He was very professional and hard working! He got the work done that day in spite of running into some problems. Thank you to the staff for following up to see if my power was back on and working with me on payment. It’s nice to know that a local company cares about what folks are going thru during this challenging time.
