Buying from a local business like Besche is the BEST! They provide great customer service and their showrooms offer a wide selection of products from which to choose - traditional, transitional, coastal and contemporary. I ordered both a LaZBoy leather sofa and recliner during the pandemic and Joel kept me informed of the progress of the case goods as they were being built, shipped, and delivered. Their delivery team was top notch so dont forget to tip them! SHOP LOCAL whenever you can.

My husband and I arrived at this store on a rainy Wednesday at 4 pm. The store closes at 5 so we werent sure how wed be greeted, but Mr. Bob McCullough was very gracious and showed us what was available that we had described. The showroom was clean and nicely arranged.We knew going in that we were just starting to look and appreciated that there was no pressure, just good information. Stores will be lower in stock because of COVID, but we were assured of items on order and payment plans. We recommend this store but ask you to keep in mind that you do pay a higher price for better quality, which this certainly is.

Having purchased several beds, a sofa, bunk beds, and a bedroom suite in the past couple of years, I went in last December to purchase a custom living room chair. I was told 6 months tops for delivery. It’s now almost 9 months and now they can’t even tell me a date. They just say “look at the contract” with not even a smile or explanation. They were full of smiles when I paid them upfront. Additionally, a 20% charge for cancellation. I usually go with the local businessman/woman; but, it seems (from shopping around) that the chain has greater buying power and can gets things quicker. I’ll be using them for my next purchase of furniture.

Disappointed!! I purchased several end tables, only to find out later that day the exact same table was $100 less (EACH!) at Furniture and more and $110 at Johnny Janosik’s. I can understand a little difference in price, but that is quite a bit. I could have saved $300. Now I understand why there are no returns. First and last time buying there.

They took the sofa for repairs and returned it that same day. We couldnt have been more pleased. Wonderful service from a local family owned store. Bob was awesome! Answered our questions and allowed us time to make choices. Live the fact that they allow purchase from the floor. We didnt have to wait 30 weeks for coffee and end tables. One peice of advise would be to add your store address to your business cards.

We have have gone to Besche ever since we retired to Delaware in 2008, whenever we needed furniture. Over the years, we have always gotten great advice along with pleasant & helpful advice and service. We have found whatever we needed: beachy accents for our guest room; a very comfortable reclining chair for our library;a perfect & beautiful storage & display cabinet to separate our great room from our dining nook; a new reclining loveseat for watching TV and reading together! Recently, when we had a problem with the mechanism of our loveseat, Besche responded quickly & sent someone very timely for what turned out to be a very minor fix without any complaint or charge. We highly recommend Robert and the staff at Besche for all your furniture needs. You wont find a more pleasant and helpful staff that makes shopping for your home a positive experience!

Purchased a Golden power-lift chair, model PR510-MLA on 5/4/21. Chair was delivered promptly the next day during the time frame promised. The salesman, John Distasio, was courteous and quite knowledgeable and informed us of all we needed to know about the product. We shopped around later and found the Golden model was indeed the best buy.Overall, we are quite satisfied with the product and service we received. We would recommend Besche Furniture to others. In fact we went to Besche based on a recommendation of a friend who earlier had made a purchase there.

Weve been looking for LR furniture the past week, we saw the same items at two different stores but had to wait 3-4 months, not weeks for delivery. Prices were similar and we received our furniture in 2 days. The sales person, Joel, was friendly and did not pressure us into the purchase. I would highly recommend to visit this store before making your purchase.

Our first shopping trip to Besche was very successful. We were greeted politely when we entered and shortly after a salesperson, Joel, was introduced to us. He was very professional and polite. Joel took his time answering all our questions without being pushy. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. The other employees were also cordial. The store had a very safe “Covid -19” experience.

My husband and I were greeted upon arrival, and then directed to where we could shop for a new recliner. Our salesman was very helpful and patient. We will come back to Besche for future furniture purchases.

If you are looking for furniture, you really need to go to Besche. I was new to the area and had bought some furniture, then came upon the Besche showroom. They are a family owned business, with unique selections I did not see elsewhere. We bought 3 bedrooms of solid wood furniture at great prices. But it didn’t stop there. Our house construction was delayed, and Tom (owner) was very patient and kind. They ended up storing the furniture for us for almost a year. The delivery guys were great- polite, professional and eager to please. We had a small nick in a footboard, and they sent the service manager, Mario, out the next day. He was also pleasant and made sure we were satisfied. These guys all said they enjoyed working for this company, and it shows.I highly recommend Besche Furniture!

He arranged for immediate delivery when I explained Mary Sue had fallen that morning. The delivery men also deserve to be acknowledged. They were gentlemen and their kindness and patience along with their respectful behaviors made a very difficult situation better. Due to my sister’s health issues, she is difficult to help. The men stepped outside to offer privacy at one point which was respectful and appropriate. To just respond to the quality of the chair, would be lacking the real purpose of this survey. The chair is amazing and certainly meets our needs. Although very expensive, it is worth it for the quality of Mary Sue’s life. I hope you accept this long response as testimony to Besche’s quality furniture and more importantly their exceptional personal care of their customers.Congratulations to on a job well done.
