They forget to put chicken into chicken sandwich. The fries are very old - soggy and you can taste solidified fat on them.Also previous time gas pump offered to add on a car wash, but the car wash was not in working condition and when I inquired inside, no one knew anything about why and what, refused refund and said to go look for some other Royal Farms to redeem the purchase (I personally dont know any other one that offers a car wash in my area, so basically threw away 10$).

Went in about 10PM on a Saturday to use the restroom and get gas. Restroom was really bad. Urinal was filthy and the drain in it was covered with chewing gum and many snuff packets. The sink was clogged up with puke. The place smelled horrible. Overall the store was dirty with employees standing around outside smoking or standing around inside with their thumbs up their butts despite the store being very busy.Trash cans at the pumps were overflowing onto the parking lot. I really dont think I would order food here. Its a shame because I love RoFo food.

Place was disgusting inside. Trash everywhere, bathroom stall had graffiti carved everywhere. Will never return here, not even for fuel.

Ordered a spicey chicken sandwich and it was still frozen in the middle. They made me a new one but it wasnt spicey. Dont have all day to watch you keep screwing up the same order.

We traveled through Delaware and stopped today for gas and breakfast. We did not realize till we were on the road that the container of donuts I had got were expired since June and had mold on them. Luckily my kids didn’t get a chance to eat them. Double check the expiration dates!

Good gas price and has a mini grocery! Lighting in station at night is good and theres lots and lots of pump. There are parking and sometime i stop by here for a power nap.Also they have a car wash that if availed gives you .20c a gallon discount for gas refill.Very accesible, its by the main road and its open 24 hrs.

Great customer service, the young ladies during the day especially 2 young light skin lady deserve a raise. And during the night there is a gentlemen with glasses who goes out of his way to make sure your time is valued. Only problem I had at the store was due to 10pm shutdown of any gift cards which ai usually buy my Google Play cards from there. This store simple should be how all store perform.

Beware of credit card scammers!! Stopped here to refuel omw to Ocean City. Used my credit card at a gas pump and it didnt work…machine behaved oddly took my card but wouldn’t pump gas…wierd guy that was hovering nearby wearing a royal farms shirt said the pump is broken…within the 40 minutes it took me to get to my destination someone racked up $1500 worth of illegal charges on the same card I used at this “broken” gas pump. I suspect the employees are in on this scheme…too many scammers and bums here.

Unfilled shelves, dirty floors, tons of items where I didnt know their price. Still, works for what you need.

This store is gross, everything is coated in a layer of grime. Flys buzzing around, restrooms are in disrepair and smell.Looks like this place hasn’t been cleaned or maintained in months.With a front of house looking like this you wonder what health code violations the kitchen has going on.

So stopped at 10pm on sunday June 6th 2021... The restaurant part was closed at that time... I has 6 people attempting to order while I was in there (about 10 minutes inside) Im upset, they had the food still sitting out... without a heat lamp on... ( I bet they put it out tomorrow, as they wont throw it away)... it also wasnt even just a little but of food, it was atleast 25 peices of chicken and a whole pan of fries..... I went to the bathroom while I stopped, they had toilet paper all over the floor, with barley any on the roll. You can tell they didnt clean the bathroom in atleast 3 hours (if not longer.) No soap and the dryer wouldnt work.

One of the downright most dirty and disgusting royal farms I’ve ever been to. Nothing really left to say don’t believe me see for yourself. It was so dirty you probably had a better chance of catching Covid in the bathroom than not wearing a mask

It is NOT CLEAN AT ALL. The coffee is like colored water. Please have owner clean up this Royal Farms. Its not worth purchasing food there.

We eat at ROFO all the time, but this was our worst stop yet. Bread was moldy. Chicken was so dry it was barely edible. The pulled chicken sandwich was just a bone-in piece put between two pieces of bread. They’ve also attempted to put self checkout kiosks at front, but they didn’t work so the one attendant was having to help every customer and the line took forever.

Dirty parking lot and people outside begging for money and it makes it very uncomfortable

I ordered a chicken sandwich with honey mustard and pickles. The sandwich that was given to me had garlic aioli, which was very dry and with no pickles. I won’t be returning.

Great for travelers. You can has up and get food. Fried chicken is good and sandwiches are good, as well. Summer time all fountain drinks are $1 for any size, including slushys.

Store is always dirty and the new self checkout machines do not work properly. Just a disaster at the checkout line. Go somewhere else.

This station seems to be one of the busiest Royal Farms in the area. As I went to use the bathroom, it was being cleaned. Not much parking with all the delivery trucks around

Great food yet the homeless there standing around asking for changes and things makes me wanna not come back and go to a different place. Yet the workers there are very nice great customer service

I really like the sausage biscuit when its fresh. This morning it was LOUSY. The biscuit was hard and tasted like it had been reheated more than once. The sausage could have doubled for my boot sole. I threw it in the trash after the first bite. I treat myself to your breakfast sandwich only occasionally, and this isnt the first time its been this bad. Unfortunately, it will be the last for a long while.

They decided to wait 15 minutes to tell me the chicken I ordered was all out and made me order a new sandwich that was cheeped than the first without a refund I suggest going to wawa or not getting food at all

Had some chicken from here yesterday. Had a rubbery texture. Didnt finish it, but didnt think much of it at the time. Woke up this morning with a vicious stomach ache. 100% the fault of their chicken.

The mens bathroom is missing a toilet and I had waited for 25 minutes for someone else doing who knows what in there before deciding Id just go somewhere else. Get this fixed yesterday rather than just covering it up with some caps!

Typical Royal farms food. Very slow service, it want busy and and still took 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The workers were more worried about thier phones then the customers. Skip this place.
