Worst customer experience ever! I came in trying to exchange a Christmas gift but they would not refund the shipping cost. I called customer service and had two agents tell me I should be refunded shipping but the store would not allow it. I had my customer service call escalated to a supervisor who was so rude and wasnt willing to help with my situation at all! I work in retail and have never been told that a shipping cost would not be refunded in all 20 years of my consumer life! I dont know how a company that will not take care of a customer will remain in business. If the shipping cost was $10, I would have eaten that but it was $33! I will never do business with this company again and I would advise for you to do the same!

I ordered a pair of sneakers online with a cyber Monday discount but when I went to exchange the size I had to pay the current online retail price. I think this is unfair especially when I just went to exchange the size. Definitely would just stick with Nike to purchase shoes through their generous return policy.

I am a huge athletic Wear shopper. I buy lots of sneakers & super into athletic wear. I’m a bodybuilder, runner & overall fitness enthusiast.This store was ehh.. not my jam. I’m an easy sell & I literally couldn’t find anything that caught my eye. I went in twice & came out empty handed both times.

The staff is amazing and they are knowledgeable. They also have the store very organized and have a great attention for detail. Not to mention the selection is very good.

Lying about having newly released shoes on stock

I would strongly suggest not using any online ordering for this company. I recently discovered a fraudulent charge that a hacker somehow managed to gain my debit card information along with other personal details. When I contacted store It was purely courtesy to try to prevent whatever was ordered to be shipped out and they would not lose out on money. When I Contacted them the next day with the police report number the representative informed me there was no original fraud report made,, and had to repeat the process a second time. I gave them irrefutable proof that I was in fact the owner of the card and it was in my position and that a fraudulent charge had been made they still refused to help. In my opinion they do more to protect the scammer then they do their customers. They were very rude and condescending. They would not allow me any information about who ordered things from them their name and the shipping adresse they were having the products shipped to. It seems to me they dont care about their customers and take no measures to insure if itss the actual person who owns the card or if its a scammer. They refuse to assist me in any way even after I contacted the police and got a case number. They still refused to give me any information. They wanted me to fill out forms and send them to them, basically doing their job that they are getting paid for! Again I would strongly reccomend not to purchase anything from this company online as the end result will be nothing but a loss for you and a headache.We all know that the loss incurred by them is passed down to the consumers.Even after all this they tried to pass the buck and blame the bank!Seeing thier practice first hand, knowing they protect scammers and thieves above a real customer, not knowing who they were or what they sell, they will never see business from me, never!

A little bit of everything you offered (from specialized gear to athleisure wear), courteous service, and quaint, slightly hidden location.I was surprised to see such a small location open up for a sports supply and apparel store given the fact that the competition (Academy, Dick’s, and even Target) casts quite a large shadow.But the lay-out is balanced and offers a view of clothing for the athlete or the everyday person looking for comfortable, functional clothing.Room for improvement: Stock more local school and collegiate apparel because in Texas, it’s a must.

They don’t carry any sizes smaller than 7 in women. They don’t stock them at all.
