I bought a bed for my son for Christmas and it was alot of headaches and then after all that mess I just got my bill for February and they stuck a $249 charge on my account in jan.and I havent been in that store since December.

Les was very helpful from the moment we walked in the store. He explained the computer diagnostic test which narrowed down our mattress choices, and gave us plenty of time to try out different models. He went out of his way to assist us and we appreciate that very much. We are very pleased with the mattress we purchased.

Ty was such a great help! He took his time, answered our questions and was not pushy at all! There is a machine there that you lay on and it analyzed your body and sleep habits and tells you the best mattress for you. Ty worked with us and got us the best deal possible. I recently bought a brand new mattress and box spring set for next to nothing at this location. Ty and Les really where informative about the mattress selection I wanted. They helped me understand the difference between a standard cheaper mattress and the one I choose which had individually wrap coils and was made for ultimate comfort. Their expertise made my decision making process all the more easier. I walked in knowing what I wanted to buy and what I wanted to spend and they made it happen. I just purchased a new Tempur-Pedic King adjustable base bed. I never knew I had so many options. The salesman Les was so helpful. He analyzed my husband and mine sleep pattern and showed us our best options. I cant wait to receive my bed because as soon as I laid on the bed my back pain was gone. It aligned my spine perfectly. Tonight my fiancé and I went to mattress warehouse in Georgetown de, and Tywan helped us. Not only was he very friendly and had great customer service skills, he was able to explain the differences in the types of mattress and what would be the best type of mattress for both of us to get the best greatest sleep, after stepping outside for us to discuss our options, we came back in and Tywan informs us that the mattress we wanted another customer had put a sale ticket on it that didn’t belong on that mattress BUT HE STILL GIVE IT TO US FOR THAT PRICE!!!! We are so greatful because it was a BIG difference in price, we are beyond satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend Tywan and mattress warehouse!!! We can not wait to be sleeping peacefully on our new bed.
