I talked to the receptionist guy and he says I can drop my bike off and it’ll take a week for them to look at it which was fine with me. I ride over 45 minutes there and the tech tells me what my problem is and then proceeds to say he’s too busy to work on it? “I’m busy” was his exact words not even looking me in the eye or anything. Just say you don’t want to work on my bike? It wasn’t even a huge problem it was a throttle cable problem allegedly and I didn’t NEED it done right away. Clearly stated that to the both of them. Not really sure why I get told one thing over the phone and in person he says something else, if you are so busy then why not just say that before I waste my time? Then you just waste both of our times. I could have left my bike there for 2 weeks It didn’t matter to me I just wanted it fixed. But that’s fine I will take my business elsewhere.
Ticker and Kenny are very kind people and do repairs for their passion. I had an issue with my R3 not starting they got it towed and recharged the battery and refused to charge. They also suggestions on how I maintain well. I would suggest coming here before going any dealerships for repair.
Customer service is a lost art, but not with Tucker and Kenny. I bought a rusted out UTV from what I thought was a honest person. Dealership in Bastrop wanted to do the minimal work for an astronomical price. Took it to Georgetown and they bent over backwards trying to find me a better frame or replacement UTV. They were always concerned with getting me the best deal. They found me an awesome used machine, went through every piece of it with a fine-tooth comb and now I have a safe, great new Power Ranger. :) It was a great experience working with them and I appreciate all they did for me.
If there was 10 Stars I would give it to these guysThey stick behind their work they come underThe estimation very pleased with there work If someone lives in Austin trust me its eorth the drive
Awesome shop, fixed issues on my 2012 R1 after a day to very reasonable price.
My husband is disabled and we depend on our Kawasaki Mule to take him around the place. It kept overheating, needed a new tire, and the engine light had been on for months. Kenneth and Tucker kept me informed about the repairs. The overheating issue was tricky because it was intermittent. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Now all the issues of the mule are fixed and it runs great! This is a very professional place with reasonable prices. They take the time to fix things right! Thank you! Thank you!
GMR got me in and out in a hour for a tire replacement. I have also used him for a engine issue I had and he does good work.
Outstanding tech support my go to place for Hisun 500
Honest, and very Knowledgeable !!!!Awesome service 👍
Theyve had my bike for 10 months now with no communication. Ive called. Ive left probably 25 messages. Ive gone to the shop. No one is ever there. The times I have spoken to Ken he says hes busy. Now he says my bike is ready but he has no idea how much my bill is. Ive been trying to call now to set up a time to pick it up and.....you guessed it..no answer and no call back. Its kind of odd. Hes worked on my bikes for years but after this experience if I ever get my bike back Ill have to find another bike mechanic.UPDATE: I went in to get my bike today finally. It runs just as bad if not worse than when I took it in. Now he says he can have it fixed and running good in a few days.NOPE.UPDATE: I took my bike toi another shop to have it fixed. I gave the shop a copy of the invoice of what Ken claims he did on my bike. The mechanic showed me parts he charged me for that were not new parts at all. They look like they came off of a junk yard bike. Aside from charging me for new parts and using old used parts, 2 items on his invoice do not appear to have been done at all.So now Ive had to call an attorney and will be filing a suit in small claims court to get my money back from this crook. The mechanic that fixed my bike has agreed to a deposition to expose this guy and his fraudulant practices. He took pictures of the parts in question and video of the bike running both before and after he fixed it to show that Ken did not fix any of what he charged me for.
Kenneth Templeton does good job taking care of your bike and good care of his customers and their machines.
Too busy. I have a honda generatorI turned it in to them for an estimate and have heard nothing from them. It is now three weeks. I plan to retrieve the engine and bring it elsewhere.
Had my 18 year old Kawasaki Mule throttle linkage messed up. Kenneth took it in fixed it in 3 days. Runs better now than when new. Great mechanic who is very old school. Great place and easy to get to. Thanks.
Kenneth does good work. I had him install some aftermarket fork springs and rear shocks on my 2019 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650. He initially told me itd be about a week, but he had it done in just a couple of days (thats what we call an engineering buffer). Its a small, individually owned shop, and he makes his own hours, so its best to call before you try to swing by. But dont let that put you off. Hes very knowledgeable and his prices are quite reasonable. Give him a shout before going to stand in line at the national motorsports conglomerate shop, its worth it to keep your money local.
Awesome people that do great work.
I had my motorcycle into two other reputable shops and neither of them could repair my motorcycle it wasnt a major thing but it was in the fact that my motorcycle wouldnt run more than 4 seconds he said he could fix it and he fixed it so the bike has been sitting for a couple of years and so the bike to develop another little problem probably with the fuel pump or fuel delivery system and yes I took it back to him because he in my opinion is one of the better motorcycle mechanics in Central Texas if you need something fixed dont bother with the dealership this guy is good
Good service, reasonable prices.
This shop really knows what they are doing. They took my ATV in and had it done in a very timely manner.
Go see Kenneth Honest Dependable...
Kenny has gone beyond the Call of Duty and helping me get ready for race day thanks Kenny
