Cant say enough about this place. Great specials and amazing swordfish on sale this weekend. Interesting and a great price all of a sudden on specialty pumpkins for Autumn. James is a great checker. Polite and knowledgeable and very sweet. Very nice food and other things at a good price.

I love the store. I visited for the first time after hearing so much about it. It lives up to the good words. The produce section is so pretty and well kept. Personally, I enjoyed the bakery the most. Overall, the store is a great stop for you to go for a majority of your shopping needs.

Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The self service peanut butter makers and bulk sections are awesome for zero waste living. Also Quorn products are always stocked. I suggest having paper bags for the bulk section as plastic containers provided defeat the purpose of bulk buying.

I do almost all of my grocery shopping here. Considering the size of the store, I think the selection is good. The organic fruit and veggie options are better than most other big chain grocery stores. Also the supplement department has good selection. All of the different members of staff that I’ve talked to have been helpful and friendly.

First time shopping here. Not crazy about it and probably wouldnt go again. Way overpriced for items that can be found cheaper elsewhere. Very few items were unique to this particular store so Im not sure why anyone would make this their main store? I was excited to try an organic salad kit not because it was organic but it was just a kit that I cant get at my regular store. I got it home and fixed it and the first bite I took tasted like dirt. I dont normally rinse my bag salads that come in a kit. So this was kind of disappointing and disgusting. They do seem to have an easier to find area of keto and special protein type products. Items like Ezekiel cereal, keto and protein waffles. They had protein powders that we see at the Fruitful Yield store.. But they were at least $5 higher.

Always have a good experience here. The butchers brought out more flat iron steaks since I needed another one. Very helpful staff and good customer service.

Bright well stocked store. Helpers wondering the store to help you find things. clerk at register even packed my frozen purchases in our carrier. We will be going back.

My favorite local grocery store. Produce and meat are great. Some other things are are limited but what they do have is good. Prices are higher than other stores but you cannot beat the freshness.

So I have always liked this grocery store since I lived in MI. Sadly I purchased the regular meatloaf and was surprised to find the bacon meatloaf. We do not eat bacon. I do not live in the area and was working near by so I cant just swing by to return the cooked meatloaf. I am very dissapointed.

I shopped here for the first time today after seeing that trader Joes had a huge line waiting to get in. I was pleasantly surprised. fresh thyme is like a large trader Joes. They had all kinds of natural selections sugar-free items bulk items great produce etc. I will definitely be going back I loved it. The store was clean and everyone was friendly. Good prices too.

Great healthy food grocery store that is a good alternative to Whole Foods. Ive never been in this store when it is too crowded. Beautiful displays of fruits and vegetables. Service is always friendly. Selections are very good. Highly recommend. Heard they are opening up a ton of these stores throughout the US in the next 12 to 24 months.

Its like a mini whole foods! This was my first visit and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great selection of organics, but all the produce seemed much better taken care of than larger chain stores. There is also a nicely stocked homeopathic area as well. really wish it was closer.

Good store to shop for fruits and vegetables if you are in the Batavia Geneva St Charles area. The store was cleaner and the service was better but the prices were much higher than Cermak when I normally buy my vegetables and fruits.

Overpriced and customer service leaves a lot to be desired

We LOVE this store. I do have a couple complaints though. Not big ones really. First for the candy and scooping your own bags area. Its great that you cant do it yourself right now. However, why keep a sign up saying a employee must get it for you when the employees have already pre-bagged them? We should be able to grab a bag and not wait 20 minutes for someone to come grab one for you when they are already bagged. The other complaint is keep fresh soup stocked up. The cold soup reheated is not the same.

Overall this is a great grocery store. I love all the organic produce and vegan products that they carry, and they also have a lot of options for other specialty diets. The bulk bins are a plus. I appreciate that they offer a ton of natural health and beauty products too. Reminds me a lot of Trader Joes and Whole Foods.

This location has only been open a week and so far I do like it. I am very picky when it comes to my groceries. The produce has been very good and reasonably priced. Especially the sale items. I just bought 6 Avocados for $2.00 for example. I really like the bulk section. I just ground my own peanut butter and oatmeal. Pretty cool if nothing else. Anyway, I hope things stay the same over time.

I ordered my thanksgiving pies online. I got a text that they were ready. When I got to the store no one knew where or what I was talking about. Lucky they had some on the shelf. I ordered a lattice apple pie that one of the workers found in the freezer. I ordered fresh pies. This one had broken crusts. If you cannot provide a service that you advertise you shouldn’t do it. Very disappointed in this store in Geneva.

Own up on for not labeling prices correctly and having plenty of time to change signs before business opening hours. Giving attitude for customers that have not aware of the changes is not their fault. Butcher shop is under train, for there is a whole team and only one is can make sausage is out on a long lunch 1+ hour break as told by one the employees. One of them didn’t change gloves after cleaning up a mess. I know enough food safety to change out gloves before handling touching anything. I will stick to the store near my home.

A great addition to the current grocery stores available. Fresh Thyme has bulk bins as well as bulk honey, oils, and a grind your own nut butter station. Their sushi is also surprisingly good. Check this place out for low waste shopping experience

Different. My wife and I went in just to wander around and see what the place is like. We stopped by on our way home from dinner (so we were full). Its nice. They have things you find yourself wanting to get, and this is a grocery store. But the items they have are not stuff that a typical household consumes. At least not on a regular basis. This isnt a place where you go for your grocery staples. My purchase was a gift for my brother because he partakes in eating unusual meats. Its a thing he does with a friend. I bought patties of antelope, wild boar, elk and goat. Thats just an example of what you can find. Plus theres a variety of items available in bulk.Check it out yourself.

Just did a walk through today as I have never been to a Fresh Thyme before. Nice new clean and bright. The produce, meat,deli and bakery items looked good nice selection and pricing was similar to Woodmans but items looked fresher. will update after I actually buy something

This place is absolutely awesome- excellent produce, awesome salad bar, olive bar, soups, products you can’t find elsewhere. Someone below said their yogurt section was weak...lol! They have all kinds of yogurt you can’t buy elsewhere-the same person also said there is only one kind of coconut milk-there is more than one kind: Their own brand, silk, plus a slew of other nut milks on top of a variety of other dairy free. The same person also said that you cannot determine who the employees are. I find this hard to believe considering they’re wearing bright green and yellow. The juice bar is fantastic, and the healthy living/vitamin & supplement/health and beauty section is outstanding.

Was so excited to find this store. I have issues with anything but grass fed dairy. Here I can even get with cream on top. Yum!

The nice atmosphere is what pulls you in.... I actually bought a few items.... However, when I arrived home an item I purchased was a month old And the customer service was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..... I would actually go there again for the fresh produce but I would suggest you check expiration dates on packaged items!!

This market seems to have it all. Nice, brand new market in Geneva. I went on opening weekend and it was packed with people. Ive downloaded their free app so I can keep up with their current sales. Im planning to go back sometime soon when its not as crowded and I have more room to browse but so far I was happy with what I saw and experienced.

Great place to find illy coffee

I definitely recommend this place. Staff is a bit hit or miss though. Some seem completely awesome, produce stocker with beard, pizza guy, and meat guy Im looking at you. Then some seem super lazy. I get our weekly groceries there and of course stock items some week as well, which means I can have a fair bit. The baggers go to a customer with almost nothing where its easy rather than helpingy cashier out. Just an example, but its definitely a mixture. I have had a couple issues with extremely expired items, and store manager Trish (or Trisha or Tish...sorry, cant quite remember now) handled it very well. So my experience hasnt been perfect, but they have good products at reasonable prices and have a much larger selection than TJs and back their products. Id say def give this place a try if youre a TJs or Whole Foods shopper.

Great small grocery store with lightimg that allows you to see everything. Fresh produce, meats and bakery. Great soup and salad bar. Store features a good selection pf wine and craft beer. Some staple items are a bit pricy, but not so much that youd need to shop elsewhere. Parking lot is large and easy to navigate. Staff is very pleasant and professional.

I bought several items today that were very good so they get 5 stars. However I am extremely disappointed since I was enticed to download the app to get $10 off my purchase. The cashier scanned my coupon but it did not take my $10 off and the cashier could not figure out why and offered no solution. She could have tried to inquire about it with a manager but I guess that wasnt an option for her. It was busy so I didnt want to hold up the people in line behind me. I will try one more time but if its going to be a hassle Ill just skip this store in the future.

Interesting that at least one review that I read blasted the place for being so small but it isn’t supposed to be another Meijer or Jewel but rather an alternative to the big stores. I Like the selection and especially the fresh produce. Another person complained about sale strawberries being on the edge but I didn’t have that experience and I certainly have purchased sale produce from the other names in the area and had been disappointed the next day. This store is a nice addition to the area and I can see buying most of what we need here and at TJ’s. Porterhouse steak last week was fantastic and we have enjoyed the chicken breasts and also ground beef. Nice to have a store with more fresh food options that has nice specials.

Could use some customer service training. Say hello, or are you finding everything, even Meijer does that. I couldnt find anything, hard to identify who the employees are to ask a question. Yogurt selection is very weak and only 1 kind of coconut milk, but 5 different almond choices. They do have an excellent variety of cauliflower pizza and gluten free and priced decent. And the produce was the best i have seen. They have awesome diffusers priced very reasonably, but their oils are too overpriced. I like that have such different cultural items, and homeopathic items.
