I was in earlier today. The store was very crowded. There was a man without a mask along with a group of kids who had their masks pulled down to their chin.As I was checking out the clerk asked for my rewards number. I said please just check me out Quickly since there were People not wearing masks in the store.I started this very clearly. She completely ignored me.My young children have not yet been vaccinated and I felt very unsafe. I regret not leaving before my purchases.I will not be returning anytime soon.

There is no better place to go if you are buying something for a kid. Its all about stuff that will keep them engaged and interested while they play, rather than some generic toy that inevitably gets tossed aside. I cant recommend it enough.

Best customer service! I needed gifts for my nephews during quarantine and was having issues attempting to place online order. I called the store and John took the time to shop the store for me for multiple items based only on the descriptions of what I was looking for. He delivered the items personally within the expected timeframe. I asked to have the toys gift-wrapped and John did an awesome job. He even included 2 toy cars with decal stickers in my delivery for each of my nephews. John truly went above and beyond for the customer, I hope Learning Express knows it is employees like him that set their store and brand above the competitors. Thanks so much John, my nephews loved their gifts!

The staff is very nice but the toy we bought broke right when we tried to use it and my daughter was really upset.

A lot of stuff including classic kids toys and candy

I placed an order online for in-store pick-up. There was an issue and the order did not go through. I called them and the manager went and got all of the items for me and gift wrapped them. On top of that he gave me a discount on my order.
