Lovely store and lovely staff.

Awful customer service. Waited for over 10 minutes to checkout with one employee watching us and never approaching and then when we went to a different register the guy who abandoned his register told us the other lady would be right with us and went back to the empty register to help nobody. Nobody asked us if we needed help. Nobody told us to have a good day. Everyone in this store is awful. Youre better off ordering online or going somewhere else.

Love coming to Crate and Barrel. Everyone there is always so nice and helpful and of course, I love all their products!

From the moment I walked into the store, from the greeter to the cashier, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was purchasing a gift and they wrapped each glass individually, boxed it up, added a carrying handle & gift tag...VERY nice! This was my first time in this store and I was quite impressed.

My experience today in your store was awful. There is only one cashier open. Long line waiting for payment. I understand we observed COVID protocol and social distancing but for a Saturday shopping day and there are pretty much good amount of people shopping inside. One cashier doing all the wrapping, boxing and packing items and finalizing payment. I see, The store are not short staff... but they should do something about it. Poor management. I have 4 items on hand to buy i waited in line for 30 mins with my mask on, full covered with winter coat and scarf getting hot and uneasy... i decided to leave the items in the counter and left.

Helpful staff, beautiful store. Hand sanitizer available. My purchase was packaged very nicely for wrapping.

Crate & Barrel is a good place for home goods shopping. The quality of the items is extremely high and you will find extremely stylish. The furniture is expensive but like I said everything is good quality. You can find a few deals online and other coupons online. they have amazing selection for kitchen accessories bath accessories and living room accessories.

Are you kidding me?$3000 for a factory made in China sofa?

Beautiful store and so many wonderful products. Not overpriced like so many people assume. Best spot to register your wedding at!

Great selection beautiful store

I enjoy walking in this store as they put sales and deals.in different places between regular priced items. I can get an item I need at a decent price and then get something very discounted with it. We enjoy the Christmas time displays. Jeff, our sales person today, was extremely pleasant and helpful, which enabled us to get some Christmas gifts solved that we hadnt planned on. Well lit and well stocked store with plenty of parking.

Great place to find barware

I enjoy traditional brick and mortar shopping. With all the things to pick from shopping was fun. And the staff make the whole experience personal, friendly, and festive. Cant get that shopping from your computer.

A nice place for things you normally dont find anywhere else.

I purchased 2 noodle bowls with chopsticks about a week and a half ago as a Christmas gift in the Geneva Commons store, and had it gift wrapped at checkout. They accidentally forgot to include my chopsticks as they wrapped the bowls, and I didn’t realize it until my brother opened the gift on Christmas Day. I called the day after Christmas and asked if by chance they had noticed them left out of the box and maybe had set them aside. They had! They had set them aside in a special bag with a note and my order number on the bag, and they knew exactly who I was when I called! The staff there is always so helpful and kind/friendly when I go to that Geneva Commons store, and I am very thankful for them! Thank you for your great customer service! Happy Holidays!

Lobmve this C & B. Items are very nice. They must have good managers and/or its a good location to work at. I go a handful of time throughout the year and always see the same employees. Those employees are very nice snd very friendly! To be honest, their helpfulness and friendly approach is what keeps them as my first stop when looking for kitchen and dining items.

Very pleasant experience... The gentleman who helped me made the last of my Christmas shopping a joy!

The Second Floor Has A Great View!

My two friends and I were walking around the commons and browsing the stores. We walked into crate & barrel because we are redoing our bedrooms. We walked around and looked at the products minding our own business. We went upstairs and walked to the far corner of the room and sat on the couch. We maybe sat there for 10 mins waiting for my mom, checking texts and talking quietly. Then a woman approached us and said in a very condescending tone we are going to have to ask you to leave this is NOT a place to hang out. We nodded and left without another word. I thought she was very rude to us because the store was totally empty and we were VERY quiet. If someone was looking at that particular couch, of course we would move but no one was even on the second floor. Not going back there soon.
