I would have given zero stars if it was an option for this experience. I came in stood at the deli for 5 minutes as the 3 people there did other things and couldn’t even greet me or say we will be right with you. So after a fourth person took my order I proceeded to stand at the register with my items and was waiting on another sandwich and was ready to check out. The rude older lady that was at the register proceeded to again ignore me and went to the person behind me who was checking lottery tickets. I said nothing and waited patiently and the cashier then began bad mouthing me and saying how she was now going to take longer because I had an attitude and people need to be respectful while she was the only one being disrespectful. I said excuse me who are you talking about I am waiting here patiently she then began talking more disrespectful and at that point I refused to give my business and walked out. I and my work order lots of food from here at least once and week and I will now consider other options for my lunch as I will not be disrespected or feel like other customers because they are regulars are more important then my business. This woman I feel should not be working with anyone in a public setting and maybe should recognize that it is the customers who come in there who keep her employed so good luck to you all.

Went in for ice cream. No sign up what so ever saying they werent serving ice cream tonight. The lady there working yelled at me and told me its customers like me that make her not wanna work there. Really bad customer service. I will not be returning to this store at all. HERES A TIP PIT A SIGN UP IF UR TO LAZY TO DO UR JOB

Outrageous upcharge, Nice deli is the only.thing they have going besides convenience and gas. Pass by and go to speedway or fastrac first.

I fuel at this location every day on my way back to the terminalThe employees are pretty respectful and the store is cleanThey have an assistant manager named SarahOMG...beautiful!!!When i am assisted by Sarah she is very polite and professional and somewhat social.She represents the establishment well

UPDATE: STILL NOT ENFORCING MASKS —Should be shut down.Not COVID-friendly... at all. Would give ZERO stars if it were an option. 5/20 guests in the store were not wearing masks. NONE of the cashiers were wearing masks or sanitizing. As a representation of the first area to open in NY, this establishment has failed miserably. Not at all comfortable, or safe. Taking business elsewhere.

So far this place has been nothing but amazing each time Ive visited. The food is absolutely delicious. I get the Hot Italian Panini & The Cold Roast Beef sandwich anf each time I got these meals they have tasted fantastic. The cheeseburgers and the pizza also taste absolutely awesome. The place is beautiful & clean. I pray it stays this way for as long as Byrne Dairy is here in Geneva

The employee was rude when I asked her to pull up her mask when I came to the counter. After 6 in the evening it becomes a hangout for kids not wearing masks or social distancing. Feel unsafe at that point. O, clean the place, you just spent a lot of money to build a new store.

Went to the store to use the atm and what I found out side was priceless a man was emptying out his trunk full of turkeys he bought with his money to hand out the day before Thanksgiving.

Really wish they enforced the masks more. I would go all the time if they did. Cashiers always on their phones. I live 5 mins away and would go everyday but will not go in until they make customers wear a mask!

Slow....they act like they hate you and the job.. they are on there own time!! Ask for a milk shake and they roll there eys !!!! Its ur job do it !!!!

No receipt for gas. You have to go inside if you need a receipt. Sign says mask required but no customer was wearing their mask and it was not enforced. Go elsewhere.

Its like a Geneva landmark. Lol. But it is the only convenience store in a 14 block radius so make sure u get what u need.

Bought a few items including some ice cream. Was told at register that they did not give bags to carry anything......really...no bags. Ridiculous. Our first visit to a Byrne store and certainly will be our last.

I got treated very rudely at this location... I came in with my gas card because the machine outside wasnt working properly and the cashier acted like it was such a big deal that she had to run my card inside. I just dont understand why she had to be so rude.
