Nice atmosphere, clerk was nice and I want hovered over/followed while I walked around and looked. The store it much more expansive on the inside than assumed by its pleasantly deceptive small and quaint store front. A lot of brand name labels, like Michael Kors, Coach, and I found their selection to be nice. I didnt buy anything, but I found their averaging of 70-50% retail value of their inventory to be encouraging. You get a great deal and they are able to stay in business longer to support and be there for the community.

Stopped in the store today for the first time and LOVED it!!! I came in with my daughter looking for a prom dress. The selection was fantastic. After trying on several beautiful dresses we found the perfect dress and a fantastic pair of shoes to complete the look! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

Gorgeous selection of beautiful womens clothing. Appropriately priced. Store is much much larger than you expect from looking at it from the street. Also includes shoes, jewelry, and accessories.

I found this place great. I stopped in today just looking for handbags (I want to build my high end handbag collection) looks at a couple of them, despite the fact I didnt buy anything this time, they had a pretty good selection on Louis Vuitton and Gucci. I definitely recommend if u are into handbags and jewelry

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes I can find a great buy and sometimes I am appalled at the resale prices on target clothing or the overall hideousness of items that are for sale.Although my friend and I do have fun trying to find the most repulsive thing in the store. Last time it was matching oversized hoodies with santa hats on the hoods. I mean, why Anew? But on the same trip I found a pair of red Dansko Mary Janes for $65 which I got for $40 after applying the always available groupon.

Walked in, employee looked at me and chose not to say hello or even smile and walked out.

My friend and I discovered this store thru the Groupon offer. We LOVE it, and will be stopping in regularly to see whats new. The store itself is much larger than it looks from the outside--lots to look thru; many high end treasures. The owner (and new staff) are wonderful--friendly and helpful.

This is a great consignment shop and I always find a high quality deal when I am there.

Overall, walking into the shop - Its just a mess. Pricing isnt that good either for a resale shop, but what really got to me was the RUDE, RUUUUDEEE employees. They are not helpful. They are not nice. If I could rate this store with no stars, I would just for this one reason. My advice to the owner, hire a better staff.

Brought in 4 handbags (3 Marc Jacobs and one Gucci) over 3 weeks ago. The girl who took them had the slightest clue what she was doing. I called weekly to see if they sold and kept being told no. Called again today and the girl said they werent even priced. THEN to top it off, she asked what I brought in. So now Im wondering what happened to my bags.

Anew is a beautiful little shop. Like ANY consignment shop, its hit or miss, but more often than not I find something really great.
