Christine the manager is so awesome to work with. She was patient with me, gave me several wonderful options, and made sure my gift was special. I cannot stress enough how awesome it was to work with her at Edible Geneva. Take the negative reviews lightly bitter people whove become more bitter because of covid, suck. Great Service. I was in a pinch and needed a gift right away. I called in hopes I could pick something up. Luckily they asked what I wanted and told me they would get it done. The arrangement was ready when they said and beautifully made.

I am writing to express my deepest frustration with my recent order. I became an Edible Arrangements customer a month ago and have since placed 3 orders. I was satisfied with service up until this point. I ordered a tray/balloon for my mother-in-laws birthday. This delivery did not show on her birthday as it was supposed to on 2/19. After arguing back and forth with the store on 2/20, it was determined by a photo of the porch they provided that it was in fact delivered to the wrong house. I was then told on 2/20 that a new one would be delivered to them that day. That didnt happen. My recipient was then told the evening of 2/20 that redelivery would be on 2/22. No call, no show. My recipient followed up again and was told it would be redelivered on 2/23. Guess what? No delivery, no call, no show. My recipient followed up for a 3rd time and was advised that a refund would be issued to me as they were tired of the issue. Apparently, having kids doing the deliveries is a valid excuse for no-show deliveries and being lied to repeatedly. I understand mistakes happen and we are all human but it is how you handle those mistakes that really counts. This was a ruined birthday surprise paired with an absolutely horrible customer service experience.

Terrible customer service at this location.I was waiting for a delivery and it never arrived.After calling the store they insisted it was delivered. After they looked into it and asking me to send pictures of my home they realized they delivered to the wrong home. I never heard I’m sorry our error, we just assumed you were untruthful.Just for the record, address is on our home and on our mailbox and on the road sign.I was then promised a delivery the next day and that was a no show!I called again and they promised a thirdattempt... guess what? Again no show!Three attempts and they still could not get it correct.So many local businesses are striving to stay in business during this Pandemic.I will support the local business who care.Definitely not here.

They were able to help me with my order initially. Taking out 2 stars because I ordered three items out of which they failed to deliver one. Missing an item is not acceptable. It defeats the whole purpose of making someone’s day...I did get a refund for the missing item but it ruined the whole experience.

Very rushed woman on the phone who was VERY unhelpful when trying to get a delivery window. Literally rushing me off of the phone from the time she picked up. I cant imagine people are lined up for miles for a $60 fruit arrangement on a Wednesday where youd be so rushed that you couldnt take the time to work out a delivery. So, you just lost a sale and a customer. I would think companies would bend over backwards to customers during this difficult time for businesses. Ill be taking my business to another location where people arent annoyed to answer questions. Find a new line of work if youre that annoyed by questions. Make it a great day!!

Nothing in stock at all. I wanted to buy quite a bit. Most Edible Arrangements stock ready to sell treats. So sad. Call ahead or just go to a different one. 1

I love this location. They are always on time and everything is very neat. Besides the amazing smell in the store the berries are very ripe, fresh and juicy. I will definitely come back.

Worse place ever, it’s the first time I ever buy a eatable arrangement and it was the worse experience ever. I ask to deliver the arrangement as early as possible and when I called they told me it will be the first arrangement to be deliver, but no it was all a lie I called back again and they told me they don’t have a delivery time I was trying to give this arrangement as a surprise to my best friend but they ruin everything for me and my co workers I was embarrassed and really disappointed. Another thing is that this arrangements are super small I bough the big version and it was the smallest thing I ever seen I was expecting something bigger I pay a almos $80 for a small cup of fruit. Overall I will not recommend for anybody to waste their money in any of this places I rather cut the fruit my self thats how bad it was. I’m sorry but I will never buy anything from you guys ever again.

Friendly staff here, and I love the fruit displays! You have to be very creative and patient in order to create these cute little things.
