Recently discovered this shop in downtown Geneva and loved their selection! Found some great tea and items for my bar cabinet. Will definitely visit again.

They have such a unique collection of products, from handmade charcuterie boards, specially cheeses, delicious desserts, to both decorative and essential kitchen and bar ware! The owners welcome you as if you are family, and go out their way to help you find what your looking for. If you in or passing through Geneva, The Royal Wren is a store you don’t want to miss!

I have visited The Royal Wren multiple times and love stopping in! The owners have always been welcoming and willing to help with whatever shopping needs I have. I love the speciality goods that they stock and try to stop by before major holidays to get treats for my family.

Cozy store on the north end of Genevas third.street shopping strip. Some gourmet food items and wine, but many more interesting knick knacks for the upscale residence. I particularly like the oil candle/lamps that are filled with decorative items. Most items are a bit pricy but not things you will see at every other store.

My family and I visited the Royal Wren on 11/11/18.One of the members of our family has a certified service dog to assist with a medically documented disability. The person working the front counter rushed over to our family upon entering and told us that no dogs were allowed.I told her that the dog in question was a service dog. She demanded to see the papers.This is in clear violation of the American with Disabilities Act. According to the ADA website:Staff are not allowed to requestany documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire aboutthe nature of a persons disability.Her response was, Well, you can buy those vests online.She implied that my mother, who has had 5 open heart surgeries, a stroke, and is currently battling cancer, is lying about having a legitimate disability which warrants the assistance of a service animal.My mother is a retired counselor/ special education teacher and I am a certified special education teacher.This person demanded to see evidence of the legitimacy of my mothers disability and implied that we were faking it, despite us being well-versed and educated in the field.When we explained that we didnt have to show any papers in accordance with the ADA, the worker claimed that she would let it slip this one time.She is not doing us any favors by following federal disability law.I have many colleagues and clients with disabilities and I will be informing them of how The Royal Wren has disrespected the disabled community, made us feel like criminals, and broke federal law. Everyone who cares about someone with a disability should be aware of how this business feels about our presence. We are lodging formal complaints with ADA specialists and will make sure that no other person is treated with such judgement.

Wine specialty shop offering unique wines, cheeses and eclectic gifts. Knowledgeable owners make this a place to find one of a kind gifts while enjoying a glass of wine. This isnt a liquor store, or Trader Joes. If youre looking for a box of wine or some $8 White Zinfandel keep going...but if youre a wine enthusiast, stop by.

Best little shop in town! They have everything you need to be the hostest with the mostest. Beautiful selection of unique gifts, tasty treats, and wine.
