The store employee was just fantastic. This is my 2nd battery Ive purchased at this store. This was for a BMW 323ci and the other was for my speed boat.

Batteries Plus in Geneva had the product I needed for my Harley because the dealership down the street had a waiting list for basically the same battery but were currently out of stock due to slow distribution from the dealership / manufacturer, except the one I purchased comes with a two year warranty. Its a Duracell battery so fairly confident that will do just as good if not better. Plus I didnt have to pay the ignorant tax for the overpriced battery from Harley-Davidson. Ordered it online and was ready for pickup first thing in the morning.

March 31, 2021Went into the Geneva Batteries Plus store today and the individual working there around 12:15 was less than helpful and that’s being kind. Another customer ahead of us was told he could not get a cash refund even though his purchase was in cash. The clerk informed the customer that he could not get a cash refund but that Batteries Plus would issue him a check in about 10 days. Weird but ok. So now it’s our turn. My wife asked for the specific battery we needed before she could finish her sentence the clerk informed her that the product we needed the batteries for uses a large variety of power supplies. This is not true at all, it requires a specific battery sold at Batteries Plus. Our son in law purchased three batteries there recently. Conclusion, one LAZY clerk

Ordering the battery was quick and easy and I sent my wife to pick it up. She said that the employees that she had dealt with were very professional and helpful

Finding what I was looking for and buying it online was easy. It turned out what I had ordered was out of stock but I received a call and another brand was offered to me as a substitute at the same price. I agreed, and pick up was fast and easy.

I utilized the store today with an appointment for a cell phone battery replacement. The sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable and had me in and out within the time frame of his original estimate. Will return again next time there is a need.

I needed a replacement battery for my iPhone, and Batteries + Bulbs replaced it within an hour at reasonable price. I had a few other questions regarding my phone, and accessories I needed, and the sales man was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this business located in Geneva, IL.

The associate on the phone was extremely polite and easy to talk with, and made sure I ordered the correct product. The curbside pickup was great and is awesome if you have two toddlers that would make going into a store difficult.

Batteries Plus is conveniently located to where I live. They had everything in stock that I needed this week plus I got batteries replaced in 2 watches. This is my third stop there, Ive always been able to find batteries and/or bulbs that Im looking for.

Found the deep cycle battery I needed for my RV quickly and got a 10% discount by ordering online. The store had it ready in minutes and the assistant took the battery off a charger, so I knew it was fully charged when I got it. Could not have been easier.

Ordered battery online the night before following a couple of difficult starts. Received confirmation battery was ready in the morning and went to have it installed late afternoon. The staff person who helped me at the store was helpful and efficient. This is the way minor car service should be.

They may be good at batteries, but not key fobs. Two order and weeks later, due to ‘technical’ errors and poorly trained staff, my key never arrived (eventhough I have conformation the order was ready on April 28th). To also be completely written of by the manager added to the poor customer experience ( I am told his name was James). If you do order one here don’t pay for it till it’s actually in your hand.

Both employees were very kind and knowledgeable to what I needed. I will recommend to others and continue to use this business.

Not certain of the name of the man that waited on me, but He greeted me, asked what it was I was looking for, directed me to a selection and explained my choices. I was very happy with the service and my experience.

I needed a battery NOW, not next week. The right one was in stock, ready to go by the time I got there to pick it up. Compared the new to the old, turned in the old one and I am done with that project one hour later.

I had a great experience ordering on line. Once I concluded my purchase, I was told I could p/u the order at my store anytime. I then went to the store less than an hour after the purchase and p/u my batteries.

Best place for all your battery needs. Why shop any where else!That was the last time was there. This time I went online and ordered a battery for my car online and since I never got a notice that my order was ready, I went to the store and found out it would not be in until next week. This did not work for me so I looked at the rack and found a battery that would work. Not happy with the turn around time for my order. New rating is 2 stars.

I needed a battery for my back up sump pump. They were able to quickly find the right battery I needed and had it ready when I showed up.

Brought my APC Power Backup / UPC. Agent replaced batteries, took old ones to recycle, all free of charge with purchase of new Duracell batteries. Nice!

I ordered two batteries on line that were said to be in stock. When I got to the store, the clerk said they only had one. They stated you shouldnt pay too much attention to what the website says. They said the will get the battery in a week and we call me. Or I could drive to another store several miles away to get it. What kind of customer service is that???

The store in algonquin didnt have the batteries I wanted and would take 2 weeks to order.The Geneva store had them in Stock and ready for pick up when I got there. Good help in getting them in car and taking out two trade ins.

Do not do business with this location. They are dishonest and a disappointment to the brand. Jason provides the worst customer experience ever. Go to the Elgin location.

I called the store to see if they could replace my charging port dock on my Samsung tablet 3. They said they would need to take a look at it before they could tell me, so I drove 16 miles just so a guy could look at the back of the tablet (with out taking it apart or anything) no we dont Cary this part anymore, sorry. Is their anything else I can do for you? Horrible service!
