Culligan has been my softener go-to people since I moved back to Geneva in 1999. The man who delivers the salt always is polite and makes the necessary trips to the basement, carrying heavy bags of salt. I surely cant do that any more. I appreciate how easy Culligan has been to work with over the years. Theyve been able to take my personal schedule into account and deliver the salt as needed.

Prompt service, affordable, much better softer water. I cannot believe how hard the water is in this area. Your softener system really does help condition the water. Water in this area is naturally hard. growing up I can honestly say I never really noticed. I ended up moving to a region that has naturally soft water for a few years. I could tell the difference in quality but didnt really understand just how bad it was until I moved back to this area. I immediately upon moving back I could tell just exactly how hard the water is. I called Culligan and had then set up a water conditioning system in my house. The difference is like night and day. I would recommend Culligan to anyone in need or search of softening and conditioning services.

IT just works. Yes there is adding salt and pleach, but other than that, it just works. If there is an issue I have NEVER had to wait more than a day. They show up when they say or they call you with an updated time estimate and it is never been more than an hour. Each technician (and several have come through in my 8 plus years of being a customer) has respected the property, kind, professional and because I like to understand whats going on, always explain the what and why things are going on. They test the water quality at different locations for no other reason than to ease my mind. I could not be happier

Easy Peasy Salt Delivery for my water softener !

Culligan personnel were very prompt, patient and took time to explain exactly what the problem was and what they were doing to resolve it. They came back multiple times, addressing multiple issues with our sulfur filter, until all problems were resolved. They stand by equipment sold.

Against my better judgment, but with my personal support, my wife began renting Culligan October, 2017 and ended payments starting April 2020. My wife passed in December 2019.The first turn off in 2017 was the salesman. When I said I never paid $100 for water anywhere I lived, he said, and I quote, “you’ll be sorry if you don’t take the plan. Water softeners can be expensive to keep up”. Not a very good salesman for Culligan equipment.My wife made monthly payments to the tune of $3000.00. They delivered salt twice never returned until June, 2020 when they charged me $363 to repair their product. Told them I won’t pay and to come pick up their equipment.

OMG OMG....the sales person told us so much BS after the fact.....told us our ice cubes would be clear and flowing water for our drinking water...and also conviced we needed to buy a 200.00 blue tooth to turn the drinking water on .....we had to have the tech come out because i didnt think the drinking water wasnt working however even the tech said the sales person never tells the truth and is not very knowledgeable...well he(sales person) didnt tell us we had to have the faucet on cold and the blue tooth button can not get wet.....i was getting it wet i had no idea its right by the sink !!!!!!! ..I had to sign 1 year contract........well we just got Johnsons water and we are soooooo pleased......unfortunate we had to pay until JULY with CULLIGAN... they really didnt care if we cancelled either and now i just got my invoice that we paid up till july and our address was wrong as well as as my email....DO NOT HIRE THESE PPL !!!!!!

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with any business service in my life. Horrible customer service with a total scam business model that has a goal for customers to sign a rental contracts so they can keep billing a fee so that greatly exceeds the cost of a filtration system unit. Save yourself money and purchase a water filtration system yourself unless you want to be taken advantage of.If you want to speak with someone with zero integrity ask for Tom Rozum who boasts how customers have paid Culligan rental fees for years rather than purchase the filtration company. He explained they are just like a cable company! Great comparison because everyone loves cable companies so much right??When I purchased my home two years ago I was stupid enough to re-sign the rental contract of the Culligan water filtration system. They actually never proofed that the previous owner had a rental contract or had already bought the system. After one year of renting, my credit card was stolen, and Culligan called because the rental charge wasnt going through. Thats when I asked more questions and then they admitted I could buy out the system for $350 dollars, which they never mentioned the first time I met them. I responded to an email that is what I would prefer to do. Well I guess I never officially cancelled and they kept billing my credit card. At this point, I had already paid almost $600 in rental fees. I asked if them could they waive the purchase fee and cancel the rental contract they told me if I didnt either continue to pay the rental fee, purchase the system outright for $350, or have Culligan remove the system Tom Rozum threatened sending a creditor after me if I didnt comply. He also added how the previous owner had been renting since 2008 justifying his point. The only point he justified was how big of a scam Culligan is because they had already profited thousands off this one unit. He also claimed how they would take the 10 year old system and install it in a new customers home. I seriously doubt they would take a 10 year old system and install as new somewhere else. Out of principle, I made the last rental payment, cancelled my credit card out of complete distrust of them and had them remove the system that day rather than let Culligan profit anymore.
