Excellent location with plenty of options. The staff was super friendly and helpful; several offered to help and assist, making navigation easy. Highly recommend this extraordinary clean and customer-focused location.

This store was great, they had tons of employees to help unlike JoAnn Fabrics right down the street which I walked the entire store looking for help and saw no employees. Michaels helped me as soon as I walked in the door.

Very happy with the beautiful wreath. Nice checkout girl. I rated 4 instead of 5 because this store really doesnt have curbside pickup as advertised. I had to go into the store. There were two options: curbside or in store. I followed all the directions, but after 10 minutes, no one came out.

Excellent visit. Just walked out of Jo-Ann fabrics because they werent wearing masks and their prices were ridiculous. Im glad that Michaels is being responsible their employees are extremely knowledgeable I was extremely happy with my purchase excellent value and not only did I feel safe but I was safe there. Thank you. Apparently not all retailers have caught on.

Shari and Nicole were fabulous for my granddaughters birthday party. They were so attentive and helpful to all the girls. The crafts were perfect. Shari and Nicole made making the crafts extra fun. I will recommend Michaels in Geneva for the best birthday partyvenue.

Geneva store is so much nicer and has more variety of things. There clearance yarns is always much more organized and accessible that in Naperville store

Michaels is fabulous. Gives me ideas that take me away from the realities of politics and Covid-19.

I love their coupons, clean store, teacher discount, wide selection, and great customer service.

My opinion: Hobby Lobby is better. That being said, I do like walking around Michaels to look for craft ideas. Dont buy their flowers unless theyre on sale. Yarn is reasonably priced, though. Frames are ridiculously expensive, but totally worth it, they do a phenomenal job.

The friendliest staff ever. Great people and great products went here for terrarium gear and they had so many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helped me out so much and even tho I didnt realize they were closing up the lady told me to take my time. What a great bunch of people working here. The cashier was also very friendly and even offered to help me out to my car because I had alot of things. Never in any way did she seem I was a burden and I never felt negative in this store at all. Michaels is great!! They have everything I need for my newbie DIY needs. This location is a bit sparsely staffed, but theyre laid out in a sensible way so I dont have trouble finding what I need, and the cashiers are always sweet.

Great location. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Theres so many items to see, youre never just in and out.Although, there are some on the staff that like to follow you around; organizing shelves that dont need to be straightened; as though you stole something, or plan to. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Needed frames for posters, records and other holiday items. The staff member in the framing center was very helpful and informative and helped us find an item at another store when this location was out. Parking lot is well paved and ample.

Worked with Krista to make a custom frame for a picture and she was absolutely wonderful and a big help.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fun crafts for kids to do on the weekends. My daughter and I made tie dye T-shirts last Saturday in the store.

Great place for picture framing

Much better pricing then last time (there was a huge sale) and I have to say the clerk that helped me at the register was absolutely wonderful to me. She even showed me how to use a teachers discount.

I ordered online for in-store pickup. The employee said she couldn’t find my order and called a manager. Her manager was rude and unhelpful. She told me that after a week the order is canceled and I should receive a refund. I told her its been less than a week since I placed my order. She didn’t even respond to that. I told her I didn’t get an email saying it was canceled or receive a refund. Just blank stares and she told me I can call the 800 number. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or even offer to help me find the item I had ordered. I’m standing in a physical store, the ones that are closing their doors every day because people prefer shopping online, the one that employees you, you’d think she’d have enough common sense or curtousey to help customers not make their experience more difficult.

I brought my son here before Easter for crafts that the store has for kids. There wasnt a lot of kids but just the right amount for them not to get distracted and finish their projects and have a good time. The employee running the crafts was great with kids, very friendly and made it a lot of fun for them. I would reccomend taking your kids their to split up the crazy park days and slow them down for an hour. Theres so many other things inside to get for crafts for them that youll probably end up doing things at home too. I love to bring him there and the store is always clean and kept nice.

Horrible Michaels to shop at, I do not recommend this. Store items may have wrong price tags and they try to sell you it at a higher price than what the tag says. The cashiers are nice and helpful but the price checkers make a big deal over something they mis-priced and Illinois law states you pay the price as it was displayed as. I will not be going back here.
