Nice selection, very large store, convenient location, prices are set by NC so, no need to shop anywhere else for bargain hunting. Employee knowledge is minimal to average, but because its state run, hard to complain about that.

Really nice clean store, looks brand new. Nice staff, lady was very patient that the tap to pay had a snag. She retried it till it worked. Strange access and parking, turn in East of Golden Corral off Franklin, or South of Target in strip mall area.

Fast, fairly priced and friendly. I asked where something was, and walked me over to the item.Its setup very similar to other ABC stores in NC.

Its always good to have a drink, before bed and lunch, but dont forget about med dinner drink. 😂

I usually have to drive to Carowinds to have a great selection to choose from but this place had at all and specialty Don Julio 1942 tequila. Nice store and clean with great staff.

I was looking for beer but they do not have any. If I had been looking for wine, liquor or rum. I would have been good. The store is very clean and stocked up on everything else. If they had a variety of beers I would have given more stars.

Liquor stores are adult candy stores. I do dislike the cashier will walk and stand behind the counter and say can I help you find something? Why go stand behind the counter to ask that question? If Im holding a bottle in my hand and Im still shopping, dont harass me. Let me find something new to try.... I wont be back.

The guy here suggested that I get some Smirnoff Blueberry to go with my Simply Lemonade. Said it was his familys summer drink of choice and it never disappoints. Well, he was right! It hasnt disappointed yet. Ive been so impressed with this drink. And he was a total sweetheart for recommending it.

Huge selection of a lot of things... unfortunately, they dont have Smith & Cross rum which we were specifically looking for...

Beautiful place with lots of space. Nice to browse but lacking in quality offerings or anything not simply basic. They need to stock some higher end offerings and try to have a bottle or two of some of the more appreciated spirits.

Great selection but out of stock of a few items. Maybe due to covid-19.

I asked about a deal he was explaining to a white customer ahead of me. He looked at me and quoted me the price for my purchase. Like Im not worthy of the deal they have. I purchased from this store every Friday since I moved from Louisiana last summer. You just lost a faithful customer and I hope you are telling all paying customers the deals you have to offer not just the white customers. I spent over 300 bucks at your store monthly. Ill gladly take my money elsewhere.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They answer questions about different liquors and are helpful in finding and sharing drink recipes. Nice selection of NC liquor in one place, making local easy to find. Its a state store, but the staff makes it a good place.

Nice place. Clean, well organized, and fully stocked. Most of the time good attitudes from employees. Though, this last time, one of the guys doing the check seemed to have a little bit of a not so good attitude.

This is a very nicely tucked away location. It appeared to be a net built structure and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I went to the main ABC store in Gastonia, the one beside Target essentially, and this place was amazing. A HUGE selection of everything, from mini bottles of everything to high dollar bottles. With that being said, the employees there are so friendly, courteous, and nice. A true recommend if you want to explore spirits and such.

Your typical selection of spirits here, but the staff listens to the customers. I know I had asked about a particular single malt Scotch a few times. They eventually said, well get it for you. Sure enough, they did. Its not like Scotch flies off the shelf in an ABC store. It was a nice gesture.

This is the areas largest liquor store. If they dont have what your looking for, idont know what to tell you. Here they have all sizes of every liquor, unlike the smaller stores who dont necessarily have certain sizes of premium brands,or not your brand period!!!!

They like to wait until the cash out line has 7 to 10 or more people in line before they open another line. Also the rest room could be clean and in my opinion brought up to date!

It wasn’t even 9:00 yet and the worker was standing there rushing a customer out and screamed at us yelling they were closed. He then slammed the door on us and locked it - terrible customer service!!!!!

Who doesnt love the ABC store...

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Pretty much any spirit that you can think of.

Wish it was easier to buy some of the limited release Bourbons but it is what it is.

I guess bc they are regulated by the state, the workers are not required to be cordial or even speak to the customer. it doesnt matter if the customer service is decent you will, barring leaving the state, return to the same poorly stocked store with the same ill old works bc there is no other place you can get liquor.
