Each time I visit I tend to find .ore thsn I bargain for. Reasonable, clean and worth visiting.

I was actually surprised this place had furniture. One item I saw was made out of wood and was a beautifully stained and painted. Plus the price with in my range. I spoke to one employee who actually asked me if I needed help which I appreciate it. Another party and I joke around which made the place really friendly.

The selection and restocking has really fallen off over the past year . Some deals to be found while other things are crazily priced . More than retail in some cases and others candy and food items that are over a year expired and retail priced . UmmmkayUpdate October 20217 months later these still on the shelf . LolOh check out the Anker vaccum . You can get it at Curts with no warranty or you can get it at Amazon with warranty and returnable . I wonder who has better price . Cant blame Curt Gastonians arent very bright .

Nice store. The help was one step from pushy. I even told them I was just looking. 3 members tried to talk me into buying. Prices were a little higher then the place across the parking lot.

Great prices manager and staff! Extremely friendly and down to earth. And the deals are absolutely the best! Buy household items and clothing for 4 growing kids and 2 adults can be expensive but this place has got your back! Only problem I have is sharing this information with the public!

Very rude!!! A woman approached me with a attitude straight away when I had a question about merchandise. When I gave her the same attitude back she was shocked. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

They held a bed for my mom for 15 days and Joseph was GREAT helping load it into our car. He was very, very polite!Thank you Curts & Joseph!!!

I went in there. There were no carts near the door. Over have of the merchandise didnt have prices on them. No associate around to ask about a price. Then when checking out 2 of my items didnt have prices on them. The cashier actually asked me to go back to the area where I got the item and get one with a price one it. I told him I couldnt walk back over to the other side of the store because I was in a medical boot after having surgery. He felt I could because I had enough strength in my foot to walk in there in the first place. Needless to say I wont be visiting that place anymore and all of my other people that follow my reviews I strongly suggest you dont either. Because if they can employ someone like that then they dont need my money.

Make sure you check the expiration date on anything food related. Saw 30 bags of dog food that expired in 2018. Unacceptable.

Shopping at Curts Premium Outlet is like being on a treasure hunt.......you never know what neat buys you will find. Theres a great variety of items available and they may change from time to time.

Super good deals on just about anything you could think of. Beware the food though; I got some chips that were out of date and NASTY. But there are good deals. Just do a little due diligence and youll be happy you did.

This place has everything on the cheap!I was really surprised what they had. The shelves are well stocked and the place is very clean. you might get in trouble spending more money than you want to. We picked up a Christmas tree while we were there.Give yourself plenty of time because youll need it...

Staff argued with me over the price of wrangler carpenter pants and tried telling me they were $61.97. Clothing was 60%off was very dissatisfied with customer service.

The store and its prices are great but should definitely look into more, accurate management training. Certain managers do not treat their employees as they should. I do not work there but I know a young lady that does and it seems just because shes 16, she can be bullied around by management. I have been in customer service and retail management for 25 years and you treat all employees equally. You dont make the associate a schedule then take the hours away the night before.. On multiple occasions.. Does the management not know how to schedule appropriately? Her reasons for doing so was very rude, first her excuse was she over scheduled, then she told the associate to get motivated to work and she would give hours back.... This reaction only after the associate asked for more hours... How does that make sense? If management cant treat employees better than that, they shouldnt be in management, of any kind. It takes great employees to prosper a great business. Please dont allow inexperienced management chase off your future dedicated employees to another retailer that will treat their associates with appreciation and respect.

WOW AMAZING... TWO THUMBS UP! I came to North Carolina from Southern California to visit a relative.My brother needed some things and I accompanied him to Curt’s Premium Outlet. This was an amazing shopping experience, I was so impressed with the amount of choices and quality inventory. There were three levels of products to buy at great prices, doesn’t matter if you live in an apartment or a home this store has what you need! In Southern California I would have to go to three or four different stores to buy all the items that we bought yesterday at Curt’s Premium Outlet. My brother and I spent two hours in the store looking for things that he needed, the staff in every department greeted us with a smile and a hello, real southern hospitality feeling. I told my brother that it was too bad that I was not going to be here for the holidays, I could buy all of my shopping list at this place. Please open a new store in Los Angeles… Bill A.

The store seems to have some good stuff at decent prices, and I almost bought a couple of things, until my mom pointed out a sign that said “all sales final.” That just says to me that they know they’re selling things that are broken, so I didn’t end up purchasing anything. Also they need to replace the ceiling lights because some parts of the store were very dim.

I PAID FOR TWO STANDS AND LEFT THEM IN THE STORE TO BE PICKED UP LATER SO I COULD MEASURE MY SPACE FOR THEM AT HOME. THE STANDS ARE TOO LARGE SO I WENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND FOUND OUT YOU SELL EVERYTHING FINALWE HAVE JUST MOVED HERE AND DID NOT SEE THE SIGN WHEN WE WALKED IN . Lots to look at. Everything is organized and the place is fairly clean. Some prices are good. Some things seem high. They have some things that are a really good price. Those are few though. Looks like a good place to get a cheap recliner.

This is the place if you want you save money. Just like everywhere else got to look for your savings lots of great stuff for the whole family and kids if you got fish they got you covered

We like wandering around the store to see what bargains we can find. Weve gotten some deals but merchandise is available in specific sizes. Maybe all medium or large size 7 shoes etc.

I’m not pleased with how what seemed to be the owner of the store spoke about his employee. I simply walked past and he belittled her like a dog. I think the store itself is great. But the management and the way the owner treats his employees needs to be improved!

Although the great prices seem like a deal the store return policy is below par. I bought a jacket for my mother and unfortunately it didnt fit. Guess what NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any items other than electronics. Top it off - no one mentioned this at the time of purchase! I thought Id be able to at least exchange the item!

Curts is a great place to go to find awesome deals on name brand merchandise. Its complicated to describe what products you could find here. Inventory revolves through and is shared on Facebook as well as other media platforms.

Good bargain Dept store, they basically have closeout items from pretty much all departments, men and women clothing, some hardware items, some automotive items and even furniture.

This store sells items that are overstock, and/or pallets(overstock and/or returns). Most items are okay. I have only had to return one item (mop bucket) that was missing parts. The stock does change due to what is available for the store to buy. The store is better organized now than when they first opened. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Many items can be found elsewhere cheaper. Its more like an indoor flea market. Their niche is furniture.Everything else is of lower quality. They have some nice wall art however, most of the art is over priced. I dont believe serving as an anchor store within a dying mall will last for long. They do have finance and delivery options on their furniture.

Do NOT purchase furniture from CURTS. Furniture sold here is DEFECTIVE and when you voice a complaint the rhetoric is Well weve never had a complaint before. Replacement parts & work done is made to be the responsibility of the customer even if you are still making payments on the furniture. Management doesnt listen to your complaints either they will just tell you they can order the parts & you will have to pay as well as pick them. Why when Im still paying for this furniture. Im very displeased & I will not be back. Im flabbergasted & disgusted especially since Ive spent over 2,000 for defective furniture.

Cool place. A lot of good stuff and most of it at awesome prices. Staff is mostly teenagers, but overall pretty good. Better staff than most stores, particularly the electronics department. I feel like I get better advice than if I was at Best Buy.But there is a lot of good stuff thru out the store.Only problem I had was that they really dont have a decent return policy. For the most part, it is As-Is, maybe a 14 day exchange, but not for all departments. I like to stop in from time to time to see what I cant live without. Lol.

Oh my gosh!!!! Soooo much inventory!!! The only reason it didnt get a 5 star is because the items were slightly disorganized. They have a dedicated candy section with all the old time candy!!! 😊😊
