An excellent grocery store.And the best customer service!Everyone is super friendly and helpful.The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the pharmacy closes too early. I think it should be open until 10pm.

Employees are super helpful. Lisa is the best, and Cody is always on top of things helping me into the store and back to my car when necessary! Sale prices are as cheap as anywhere else, and they double coupons up to .99 so if you plan it out well, you can make your dollar stretch.

Was a day l was sick, got to my car could not find keys. Tanner was collecting carts, asked him to watch my food in the cart. He assisted immediately. Went back into store, they were not there. Then an Donna an associate came out with my keys. I had dropped them in lobby. Thank you both.Can not forget Jared G in the Deli, Mr. Personality with outstanding customer service.Service n associates are great, prices are reasonable. Wish they had more small package of meat.

Love Harris Teeter! Best meats and fresh produce available in a grocery store. I shop by the sale paper for the sales. Pricey if not.

Not bad but not a lot to choose from. Sub sandwiches seem to be what most people go there for. Other than that they have fresh pizza, fried and baked chicken hot bar and a salad bar. If youre looking for a smorgasbord Ingles is still the place to go.

Although they were a little more expensive than the stores around me, they had great quality offerings especially the meat and seafood department got great steaks and fish there to have for my birthday party

The grocery prices are higher than others but their pharmacy prices are great with GoodRx.

Found exactly what I was searching for, only place I can find 96% lean beef and great cuts of chicken.They have everything I need and the butcher even helped me for what I was looking for!!Way to go Hariis & Teeter

Always love this particular store. You can get really good buy 1 get 1 prices on meat like the Italian Sausage I just bought. Got 2lbs for $4.99. Bought a 3lb Ribeye Roast for $20. Were eating good this weekend 😆

Harris Teeter has a wide variety of products, some of them difficult to find elsewhere. I only have two problems with Harris Teeter. The first problem is that their prices are ridiculously high compared to other grocery stores. The second problem is that their checkout system is bizarre compared to other groceries stores. However, I guess neither of those problems must be too bad, because I still go there, dont I?

A well laid out store. The fruit and vegetables look great. Clean and friendly. I wish the selection of imported cheeses was more diverse. I am not expecting to see Morbier, but a good farmers cheese would be a nice step.

Harris teeter used to set the gold standard for supermarkets locally. Not so much of late. This particular store is one of the better kept stores in the Gaston / Mecklenburg county area. This store does have a good beer/wine selection. Their butcher/seafood market is normally the best in the area. The seafood market has suffered the most from our countrys shipping woes im guessing. Now you got to take what you can get and PAY for it

Ive always loved Harris TeeterThey are always friendly and helpful. Ive shopped there when they were on York Rd. aka 321 S. Then when they moved to the corner of Neal Hawkins, and Union Rd. I was saddened when it closed down. Now theyre back at Kendrick Crossing. Ive been on first name basis with the.produce managers, the butchers a lot.of the cashiers and managers at all these HT stores the 60 some odd years Ive shopped there since I was a little girl. My brother even got locked in the York Rd.store when he was 4 or 5. Mr. Ramsey was the manager at that time.He had to come from Charlotte just to get him out. We lived on Proctor St. at that time. I love the store and the memories of their staffs

I’m a consumer as well as Health and Life Coach looking for good quality organic food for my family and clients. Especially in times when it’s so important for our immune system to be strong. The things that have been added and sprayed on our food plays a big role on our immunity.The store looks to represent quality but very little quality food was on their shelves. There was a few items but most of the produce has been sprayed And contaminated and most of the products on the shelves are full of additives, high fructose corn syrup and vegetable oil’s that is detrimental to your health. Sure would be nice to find a store to support the food Industry that cares about local and organic farming. It is clearly not a concern of Harris Teeters.I will do my part to let people I have an influence on to stay clear of shopping hear and to support companies that are more concerned about the health and lively hood of their customers.If you don’t agree with what I’m saying all it takes is a little research on your part to find out what is on and in the food they are making assessable to you. All the data is there, it’s up to you the consumer to find it.I’m sure if we start asking for clean food, Stores like Harris Teeters will start hearing what we’re asking for and make it more Assessable. Other than that, the store is beautiful.

We usually LOVE HARRIS TEETERS, But...2 out of 3 associates just had a very BAD ATTITUDE today. I dont know what happened. But it was the sandwich maker & a cashier. The attitudes were just completely OFF the chain. The pizza guy was the ONLY shinning Star today.

Great selection of fresh, organic, local foods. HT also has an amazing beer and wine selection. Facility is top notch, staff is very helpful, and samples are plentiful.

This Harris Teeter has one of the most well stocked produce sections - and the only one with corn during the great corn shortage of 2020 (no, thats not a joke). Theres also a wide variety of imported and exotic fruits and vegetables.

This is a very nice store. The meats were very expensive here. They did have some things that I needed.

Rude, condescending, and unknowledgeable about how e-vics work. Donna is a Supervisor and didnt even know how they work. I have never had Harris Teeter employees treat me the way they did. It was as if they were doing me a favor by correcting the e-vic price.

Always a treat to go back to NC & if I need something special, I go to Harris Teeter!!

Service was excellent except the coupon for 4 times fuel points didnt show for $350.00 in Visa cards. Angie said she would email over and we should get them in the next day or so!

Very clean, Even though I shop most of the time at a Food Lion, a couple of blocks away from my house, because of convenience,the past couple of weeks it seems as though the shelves are always empty and not a big section . Even though they are working hard to try to keep things in stock.So, I went to Harris Teeter, and hoping that they would have a better slection. Which they did. The shelves were full. And the clerks, were very polite. They even had most of their check out lanes open, so there was no a wait. The only problem I saw was there were a couple of guys employees, that were just hanging around like they didnt have any thing to do. I am not sure if they were suppose to be getting the shopping carts from the parking lot and cleaning them, for the next customer use or not, but they were on the clock. And they were not cleaning shopping carts or helping customers. One was one his cell phone and the other one kept walking inside to the restroom.But all in all a wonderful visit, the prices are a little higher than Food lion, but you get what you pay for.

Quality comes first. Great shopping experience.

I stopped at this lovely place within walking distance of the niece I was visiting. I enjoy shopping at grocery stores when traveling. This rates as number 2 in all the places I have visited to date. Rating based on cleanliness, use of space/accessibility (I am vertically challenged. I hate it when products are so high I cant even see them let alone reach them.), friendliness of employees and other shoppers (#1 rating in this area. It seemed like everyone was happy to be there.), variety of products for sale ( I use overall impression and specifically teas, cheese and produce). Finally pricing. It was fair and comparable with some good sale items. I did learn from mentioning my impression to others I met that while Harris Teeter has a good reputation as a chain this particular store is the best, again friendly. At the cost and quality of groceries today it is really nice to go to a place where everyone is smiling.

Very clean location and friendly staff. Also, They do have a Starbucks inside (Yes it matters lol). I would probably avoid this location during the high school football season, due to traffic being insane.

First impression is that it is a great, clean store. The workers are helpful if you can not find what you need they will direct you. They have items that I cant find at some other grocers. I have recently started shopping here over the past few months and have yet to be disappointed.

I come here every week on my way home from work. They have the friendliest staff who are always awesome! The pizza is great! I love their grocery pickup for online orders which is so convenient on weekends when I dont want to get out of my pajamas and can just drive there and they put all my groceries in my car that their personal shopper picked up for me. Gotta love this location, just come on by!
