Great service. Lots of toppings!!!! Great yogurt. Everyone should try this place!!! Be nice if they had happier workers. All in all a great place to take the kids or grandkids

4 stars for the workers. The girls were very nice. But the management was lacking a bit. A lot of the food was out of stock. They seemed to be very low staff. We ate inside and the whole time the 2 young girls working were running around busy keeping up the store alone. There was even a rude customer that the girls handled very well.

Avoid weekend staff, young brunette girl was more interesting in talking to boys than to ring me up. It was super busy and she treated me and everyone else rushed, didnt ask for my number for points and was very uninterested in being friendly. Have had no issues during the week staff though.

Get text messages about great deals when you sign up with club! Its free! The past 3 days were not weigh icecream days. Everything $4 for small, $6 for next size up. Its worth it. Staff are friendly. Very casual. You can have parties with reservations beforehand.

The frozen yogurt was delicious. There were so many flavors and choices of toppings. Sitting outside on a 70 degree sunny day during the NC winter just made it better. I dropped one star because I believe its very expensive even if you get small sizes. Its by weight rather than size which I found out the hard way during my first visit.

Drove by to see they closed at 11. Pulled over parked and got out of the car a few minutes until 10 and headed over. As the girl saw me coming she locked one door and turned the open light off. I opened the other door and she informed me they close at 10. I said the sign says 11 and she said its 10 now because of covid and informed me its on a printed sign. It was printed tiny on paper. If your gonna change your hours change the big sign so I know not to get myself my wife and 3 kids out of the car.

You can tell a lot about this place just from walking in. Pleasant team, very polite with great manners. Love the music and the vibe, noticed an odd review down below which is obviously someone who’s never been here. The Manager has always been very polite and kind, and knows most customers by name. Excellent place to stop and grab a snack with the kids.

I absolutely love going to Sweet Frog! I treat my kids at least once a week to this place. The ice cream is delicious and I do like the fact thatbwe can self serve our toppings. Its very family friendly and if the weather is nice I highly recommend sitting outside to enjoy your sweet treat.

They are doing a good job with social distancing. We had to put on plastic gloves upon entering. It was actually pretty easy to grab a cup without touching the other cups. There is no sneeze guard at the toppings bar, but most, if not all of the customers wore masks. The staff was good about sanitizing the tables when someone got up.

They had a nice variety of flavors. But be careful because the weight of your cup adds up very quickly.

I was 100% surprised at how wonderful this place is. Id never been and my 6yr old nephew suggested it on our Saturday outing. Lets just say, its our new meeting place!!

Prices are ok. Just your typical frozen yogurt joint. Popular with younger people for sure. Offer rewards program and they offer rotating flavors on different visits. They keep the toppings area very clean.

Love this place. You decide how many and how much toppings. And the frozen yogurt is great all by itself.

This place is yummy and I like that it’s self-serve. Sometimes self-serve food bothers me because of the extra germs from people handling things, but at least everything here appears clean and wiped up. There are many yogurt flavors to choose from and you can get just one or mix them. The toppings bar is huge with a wide assortment of fruits, candies, nuts, cookies, etc. for your yogurt.

Customer service was eh alright with a rude manager and snarky attitude! When I told her I know my prices she came back with I don’t care here’s the price and she also was rude and sarcastic and she was also so snarky. I would highly recommend going to around sweet frog!!!

They do NOT honor reward cards when you havent been here in over a year. There was no expiration date on the reward card. The 2 young ladies were unhelpful and rude and instead of getting a manager. I guess she forgot Covid has been here and no one has gone out to use any self serve or buffets.

My beautiful granddaughter and I went on a fantastic shopping trip, with mask, gloves and santizer of course. This was our 1st adventure since COV-19, we were so excited. We ended our adventure by stopping at Sweet Frogs! Wonderful choice. Everything was clean they were sanitizing while we were there. They made sure we had gloves, mask etc.Associates were in mask and gloves, toppings were protected and the associates was also washing hands and changing gloves!! Ice cream was fantastic!! We will be back!! Great teamwork. Grade A rating

1st time There and I believe its a very good. Business plan The flavors are awesome. Then all the toppings. It really sent you can make your own he could make that toppings your bottom middle or top. Staff was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will go back.

Awesome place to get frozen yogurt, dairy free, as well as frozen sherbert. They have waffle cones as well as bowls and cups for shakes. Tons of toppings too. Service is quick and friendly.

The per size is a lot better on the wall than Sweet Frog where it is purely weight. Pretty clean location, good taste, and great selection. Kids working there have no interest in what they offer. Just passing time.

3:32 5/11. On way home from a horrible experience. So bad, I’ve already left a vm at corporate and I’m wasting data writing this. Two teenage girls and a guy were in the corner on the opposite side of us cursing up a storm LOUDLY. Heard the F word five times, A twice and D a few for good measure, before I asked them kindly to please stop cussing as my two year old is right there. Not only did they continue to cuss but it was openly mock me after I sat back down. Got up, asked the two girls at the counter to please do something especially since this was a family place. This is a Christian company too! I was told they WOULD do nothing. Not a thing. We got yelled at all the way out the door. So beware taking kids!!!!!

My family loved this place. My main complaint is that there is not enough seating. They had a good bit of flavors to choose from as well as toppings. & FYI the price is by weight.

Delicious soft-serve frozen yogurt with a satisfying range of toppings such as cookie dough bites and brownies. Vegan options are available but limited. The frozen yogurt options are changed periodically. The prices depend on the weight of the frozen yogurt cups.

Since I cannot do ice cream anymore because I am lactose intolerant, I have to do yogurt. This place is easily located right off of 85 so even when traveling with the kids, u dont have to go far off ur route to take a nice break. The yogurt is fresh, always in stock, the toppings are fresh fruits, yummy candies, fresh cookies, baked brownie squares, hot fudge, warm chocolate and chilled strawberry toppings. Great place to take a break alone, with that special someone or even bring the kids.

I can always rely on this place for a sweet treat for my kids while Im in the area shopping. This Sweet Frog is just like the others you might visit, but thats a good thing. They always have rotating seasonal flavors as well as traditional ones for a picky eater. There are more than enough toppings to choose from so if you have an eager and hungry kid at your side get ready to wrangle them into not getting all of them. The toppings bar and ice cream area is always clean. The service is always friendly and the seating area is comfortable. Its a great place to grab something to eat quick while youre out and about.

Sharpen your sweet tooth before you come to this place. Sort of an ice cream bar Yogurt bar with unlimited toppings so by weights or you can get a tasty milkshake small dining area and a couple of table outside on the street.

Ive never been in any other speed frog but the one in North Carolina but I always am excited to go no matter what theyre so good I love to get so many mixers ice cream and I normally get a medium and itll fill me up like nothing

We love it here especially with the fresh toppings but they are really high..for a medium bowl they charge almost $8

The yogurt was excellent and refreshing on a hot day. The flavors and toppings are almost endless. But the price is exhorbitant. $13 for a cool snack for 2 people is crazy. I just cant justify it.

My children love to come to sweet frog, simply the best frozen yogurt in the area.

The yogurt choices are great and there are tons of delicious toppings, but the store is very dirty. The tables are never wiped down, and the bathrooms are disgusting. The worst part is that the whole place smells like a public restroom. The last time we were there it actually smelled like a dirty smoker’s bathroom. The yogurt machines even look dirty.

This place like others is pretty straight forward. A big variety of flavors and a large variety of toppings. Service is pretty much self served except when you pay for your cup of yogurt.Overall good but Im not super happy with the flavors available but that is just my taste buds. This of course will vary with everybodys taste.

Awesome selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. My wife is not a yogurt fan but she loves their Salted Caramel. I usually get a mixture of several different flavors then add nuts, hot fudge and peanut butter toppings.

Flavors were great. The young man on the cash register was so polite and so nice it was a pleasant surprise these days when a teenager was raised to be so respectful.

We love the frozen yogurt and all the options to choose from. And making it yourself, you cant go wrong! But, the lady working during our last visit seemed to have a nasty attitude. Not friendly at all.Not only that, but another customer walked in and apparently they were allowed to bring their dog IN THE STORE while they filled their cups and ate...I am a dog LOVER. But, I certainly would never bring my dog into an establishment where people are EATING and proper hygiene is needed!!
