Ordered qty 3 of the item i wanted online (Storage totes), They cancelled order upon my arrival because they were using them for social distancing, then recommended storage containers in the back. Hello people, maybe sell me the 3 I purchased already and use the alternative container for your social distancing? Find another store to buy your stuff from if you want any type of customer service
I literally have a bad experience every time I come here. The printing service is TERRIBLE. I’ve tried everything to make things easier to get my print outs and nothing seems to help. Right now, I’ve been waiting 15 minutes to help me with the self printing. 5 other people have been helped and I’m just standing here. 2 customer service people have made eye contact and keep ignoring me. I hate this place.
I work for a delivery service I states which one Im picking up for and the customer name. Associate sends me to look for the item. Ive never had to look for a item Im picking up. I look and of course its not there...she never made a attempt to LISTEN to me. Geesh just stop and LISTEN and we can all work together alot better to serve our customers.
Print and Copy services are efficient. John took his time to work with me to make sure that my business needs were covered. He is the best !
I went in to print 100 custom labels for our small business Èclatant LLC. (Like us on Facebook!)April assisted me and was very attentive and helpful. We have had some bad experiences with the Charlotte location. She really cared and wanted to help instead of just getting through the day. April deserves recognition for a supberb job today!
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. Do not call, they had me on hold for exactly 10 minutes before coming back to inform me that my 2 day print job was still not completed. Go to the Office Depot in Huntersville or Charlotte on South Blvd for great customer service and particularly print jobs. This OD is not up to speed on quality anything. Do not waste your time going there. Seriously!!
OFFICE DEPOT - you should know what kind of men Chris Walker and John Forman are! They are not interested in working at your store! I went to the Gastonia store while I was visiting in the area; I live in SC. I went here to get 2 books spiral bound. Someone took my books and told me it would take some time as they had to do it in between customers, I should leave them and they would let me know when they were ready. I explained I had to wait as I was from out of town. They cut the bindings off my books and walked away. I waited until all the customers had been waited on, then the 2 people who had been working, Chris Walker, the manager and John Forman, an employee, left the counter and stood within the first isle close to the counter. They did not touch my books! I stood and watched for about 10 minutes while they chatted and laughed without helping me. Finally, John Walker approached and said again I should just leave the books. I explained again that I had to wait; Im from out of town. He went back to Chris Walker and they again began to laugh and chat. There had not been a customer for 10 minutes! I could not leave as they had cut the bindings off of my books when I first handed them over. Finally, another employee appeared and Mr. Walker directed April Musser to help me. She came over and took care of me immediately. There were still no other customers in sight of that counter! The manager and John Forman obviously are too good to help customers, theyre too busy chatting! April Musser is the only employee, besides the ones behind the registers, who wanted to help me - the CUSTOMER. I will not shop at this Office Depot again because Chris Walker, the manager, is NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING CUSTOMERS! I have also told my friends and relatives that live in Gastonia and Belmont about the service I received and they should not bother to shop here! WAKE UP OFFICE DEPOT! Your manager, Chris Walker, and John Forman suck as employees!
Good experience at the local Office Depot today ( 9-30-18).Was able to find a nice office chair fairly quickly from amongst the many they have available to try. Staff was friendly and helpful. The chair was on sale as well. Still in the box at this moment but shouldnt be too difficult to assemble. Have shopped here many times over the years. A pleasant experience.

Ive been coming here about twice a month to print documents since August 2018. What little interactions Ive had with the satff were pleasant and professional. The copy machines have been down a few times Ive been, and Ive occasionally noticed long lines for the copy center.If you need to copy or print docs then you should have no trouble getting in and out of this location within average times.The parking is odd and youll only be able to enter and leave the parking lot/area by making right turns.
Submitted a print job online. Said it will be done same day. They charged my card and now I can not get in touch with anyone from the store. I dont know if its done. I dont know if its complete nothing! No word on my 2 little pictures but they made sure to charge my card first! I disputed the charge with my bank. Beware of this place!
First time using their Delivery service. I have ordered supplies and was expecting delivery on 1/7/2020 and was waiting the entire day for nothing. They do not honor the delivery day and have bad customer service. Nobody can do anything about it and now I have to wait till tomorrow when my office is waiting on supplies. Their Delivery service is very poor. Next time Ill just personally go and pick up my stuff. Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only deal with April and Dylan when I come to this location. They are model employees for the entire staff. They communicate well and are very personable. The management is lacking, but at least they make up for it with these two.

Staff is always helpful if you have a need for the office supplies. Ive rarely waited too long for assistance. While Office Depot is not my first stop for laptops and accessories, I have purchased a printer simply because of the attentiveness of the staff to answer our particular setup needs.
Went in to pick up an office chair I ordered online. They took their time helping me but I was in and out in 10 min. At least I got a great deal on the chair
OLGA Rocks!! I had a last minute emergency for a church project and needed a paper cutter in short order! She checked the stock for availability and saved one product for me at the cashiers desk which, in turn, expedited my purchase and ability to deliver healthy placemats for children! Really appreciate her and the team for going above and beyond the call of duty! My guess is that she serves all the customers in this fast, friendly manner!
I needed some pages laminated and copies made for a business presentation. Stopped in and received fast and courteous service. I was happy with the pricing as well. I have some additional needs and will be going back.

Employees watched me stand there didn’t tell me to sign in. Helped others that had arrived after me. And then finally said to be helped I would have to sign in before they could lift a finger. Never coming back.

Terrible the shipping/printing department is useless. They nickel and dime you. Got to go find and buy a box, got to buy the peanuts to fill they weigh then price which I know their prices were jacked up compared to the post office or UPS. Ill never Go Back. If the three ppl behind the counter none if them new what they were doing and the guy that was waiting in us seemed high. So frustrating. Much Better service from UPS or Post Office

I was not greeted by the associate that was at the door. It was obvious I had no idea what I was looking for. I finally found the location of the item. I then had questions and I had to walk around the entire store to find someone.
Smaller store and has most of everything you need. Selection is small so sometimes they are out of what you need but overall convenient.
This store has a nice selection compare to some of the other locations, but they are often out-of-stock on some of our essentials. Still, we always stop by when we are in the neighborhood.
The store is overall clean and organized, on certain occasions you might find items misplaced or place with incorrect prices. But most of the time you find what youre looking for. The tech support team is super helpful; they usually find ways around any tech problem you may have.

We had the pleasure of working with Kam in the printing/copies area on 1/14/17. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful in his work, his customer service was above an beyond what we ever expected. When we had multiple questions, he did just give us one answer, he gave us multiple options. There are not enough words to say about Kam, other than thank you for a job well done!

Was looking for a specific item and there were only 3 associates in the store, one at the register, one at the copy counter and one in furniture. Had to walk to the front to get help and showed the guy a picture of what I was looking for and was told to check the website. Unhelpful to say the least and he had just rung someone up and I could see that his receipt tape was going to run out. Instead of changing it he asked me if I needed a receipt when it did not print. As the purchase was for work I needed the receipt to get my money back

Order was sent here erroneously from their app and then they told me they couldnt find it. They must need help when you have 10 people in line waiting to be helped. It tells you orders would be ready in an hour. I placed my order at 8:17am for one copy and arrived at 10:15am its not ready and they dont know anything about it.
