After two different malls, three different journey stores I received the best customer service here. The guy was very helpful and offered to order what we were looking for and even told my son he had the same ones. Five stars

I have had a TOP NOTCH experience going there to acquire my doc martens. They didn’t just help get what I wanted but they also order them for since they didn’t have them in stock. I got them super quick & the socks I bought are mad comfy. If you’re looking for boots or something causal definitely stop in and speak to Molly or one her lovely staff members. They will be able to help you out with all your needs. even if you’re a wide or a size 15!

Did not have any of the Crocs advertised in there new Winter magazine that just came 2 weeks ago nothing new magazine very disappointed they lost my sales for not being stocked properly.

I will never do business here again. After receiving my shoes quickly they were the wrong size. I returned for an exchange following the policy on the website and the shoes were signed for on May 4th. It is now June 4th and I have yet to receive the exchange or a refund or even a response to numerous emails.Tried the phone call and after holding for 2 hours the line simply discounted. I give this place ZERO stars. If you ever have to exchange an item I guess you are just out of luck doing it this way. If I knew before hand I would have never purchased from the site.

For starters, they have an embarrassingly small inventory.......................The female employee was kind and attentive, she tried to be helpful, but seemed inexperienced........The male employee was unkempt and bold face lied to me about them being the only store in the mall that sold Vans. I found the shoes I was looking for (and lots of other Vans) a few stores down at Shoe Dept.

I really cant believe their customer service. I received a pair of sperry boots for Christmas. They were 2 right feet and 2 different sizes. I took them back and was told they didnt have the other left. Gave me a hard time about a refund. I will never walk back in this store ever again. They have no clue how to treat a customer...

We purchased a pair of white vans slip on shoes from the store at Eastrisge Mall. The shoes were purchases on Saturday August 26th this year. The shoes were worn only twice to my daughters high school. Due to the fact they were white slip ons we handwashed them in the sink and as they dried the shoes had a discoloration to them as a tint yellow. I returned them to the store to exchange them and I was informed that I needed to contact customer service for them to grant authorization to perform a product exchange. Therefore I learned that I was misinformed by the store that customer service does not do this type of process. I still have a pair of defective shoes and my daughter is not pleased that the merchandise she purchased was defective and the store was not interested in meeting her satisfaction. Its something thats retailers make you go through several processes to get a refund or do an exchange. Your satisfaction as a consumer is not worth much. It could be thats why retail sales are slumping.
