Just left the store after looking for specific vans. Even though the store didnt carry them he was so helpful and knowledgeable that next time I am looking ill be back. Hate i didnt catch his name but this happened on 8-1-2021 around lunch time and he was at the front of the store and had wavy hair.

Went into this store on Sunday post-Jordan 11 release with a very simple question: When will the unclaimed raffle shoes be available to the general public? I was looked at with disgust and asked has it been 2 days yet?I understand they get a lot of the same questions, but I dont think the attitude was called for at all. Not a very good experience. Not sure Id be interested in visiting this particular location again. They just opened and already had an attitude.

I recently shopped at the Foot Locker, Eastridge Mall in Gastonia and purchased Nike running shoes. I was very happy with the great selection and with the range of prices. Kobe was my sales associate and was very knowledgeable and helpful, and did not apply the full court press to make the sell. Dorsett completed the transaction quickly and with courtesy. It was great teamwork and I came home with the exact shoes that I went to buy.

They never answer the phone. Take forever to ship and often times cancels order 🙄🙄🙄
