Here is my buying experience with Lyle. I am extremely disappointed. Let me start at the beginning. We are in OK and are in the middle of building a place. We do NOT have cell service which Lyle knew and we are in record low temps with several horses and cattle to take care of. I find a Blue Roush F 150 I like. I email and chat w Lyle via email. Until I get where I can call him. We talk. He tells me “he does not take deposits because he only deals in Roush and will hold this F 150 until I decide. This is Thursday afternoon. I again talk to Lyle Friday he tells me that Mr Roush is coming Feb 23rd to give an award and sign cars. I tell him we will take the F150, we would see him the 23rd and I will get him license’s, insurance text messaged the next day. Which is Saturday. My insurance papers were at home. I spend all Saturday morning chopping ice and feeding animals. I finally get cell service I have a message from Lyle wanting my paperwork, I messaged him pictures of the paperwork and he text back call you soon. Well awhile later he calls and SOLD the pickup I was dealing on. In his voice mail he didn’t say anything about selling it. He said he needed my paperwork and he would overnight everything I needed Saturday or Monday. He tried to say “since I hadn’t heard from you”. Well it’s a little hard when I am out of cell service and he knows that!!! I guess the horses and cows should wait for feed and water so I could have been at Lyle’s bechen call. Yes I should have emailed the information he needed. But he wanted it in text form and I didn’t think about it, I thought we had a deal and it was even 24 hours after we agreed on selling the F 150.

I purchased a 2012 F150 Lariat Ecoboost today from Tindol Ford]. Nothing but great things to say about the entire process. From the sales managers to the finance guy it was a blast to make this purchase, but the icing on the cake was Mo Adams. I actually had fun buying a car. Mos upbeat attitude and knowledge of the vehicles made this a very nice experience. There were several times we had to take a step back from the talking and stories (which we were both enjoying) to get back on track to buying the car. And with the deals on the lot from trying to liquidate the 2012s to make way for the 2013s it was one killer deal. Ive always hated going to car dealerships and getting surrounded by sales people looking to make a quick buck! I think we all hate that feeling.I stopped in at the Tindol dealership to look at the eye catching RS2s and was not hassled at all! Holy cow! I called and made an appointment to see Lyle, as he is the #1 Roush Dealer in the world. Appointment was very relaxed, no pressure at all and he answered every single question I had! (Yes I had a slew of questions lol). I had to look around to make sure it was real, as it had to be the BEST car buying experience Ive EVER had! I came back that evening to pick up the car. It was all cleaned and sitting up front, man was it sexy! Lyle and Ludger took the time to show me every working detail on the car. Heck, even the finance guy made me feel good! Very busy just before the July 4th holiday so they were extremely busy. Took about an hour longer than usual for a full service and tire rotate. If not for the extended wait, a solid 5 stars.

For months now I’ve seen Facebook ads for a 727 horsepower Roush Mustang selling for $39,999.00. I’m familiar with Roush, and I haven’t ever seen one that cheap being brand new. I still haven’t! After doing some research, I found the only thing Roush about this car is the Supercharger they dealer installed. The price still had my curiosity running wild though, so I decided to call. It all sounded great until I asked about warranty. I was assured that the car was completely covered by the manufacturer. I discovered that not to be true at all! Having that upgrade done voided the Ford warranty. The warranty I was being told the vehicle had was a parts warranty for the supercharger only. I will not mention the name of this dealer, because I’m sure most are already aware of whom I’m referring to. So, last week I saw a post by Tindol Roush on Facebook announcing a new Roush Roushcharged Mustang priced under $50k. I was very hesitant to call, especially after my previous experience, but the professionals at Tindol were able to quickly put my mind at ease.Lyle Sturgis, the Roush Sales Manager at Tindol explained to me the exact differences between the for mentioned vehicle and the Roush counterpart. He explained how the new Roushcharged Mustang is 100% Roush and Ford backed with 670 hp, upgraded half shafts, and an actual warranty covering the entire car. That’s huge for me! Lyle also explained that this new vehicle is a True Roush with badging and Roush serial number. The cost of my new Roush was a little more than the alternative I had explored before, but I was more than happy to pay it to have the peace of mind knowing my car was built right and not just thrown together. I found that Tindol has dedicated techs in house and a great relationship with Roush Yates Engines, so I’m absolutely sure Tindol has me covered regardless of my future service needs. I have to say this was my BEST car buying experience ever, and I can’t wait for my 2017 Roush Roushcharged Mustang to arrive!!! The Tindol Roush Team went way beyond my expectations, and throughout my process, I felt like I was hanging out with lifelong friends. If you’re even considering a performance Mustang, call Tindol Roush first!
