I had a large bridal party and the salon made sure to have enough stylists to help each girl find their perfect dress! It was a great experience! Last week, The CEO, Pam, called me to share the unfortunate news, that the factory making my bridesmaids dresses had to close down due to Covid, meaning my bridesmaid dresses would not be here in time for my wedding. Despite this not being the salons fault, she knew how important weddings are for brides and helped me through the crisis. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure my girls had dresses for my wedding by pulling in stock styles in their sizes and the wedding colors, researching similar styles that were in stock with other designers and by staying late so the girls could come try on the different dresses. I am so impressed by their customer service, communication and flexibility! From the very beginning, the experience was amazing. Sophie made sure to make choosing styles not stressful, by letting me pick several styles I wanted to try on. As we put on each dress, it was so hard to choose because they were all BEAUTIFUL! Sophie was very knowledgeable about all the various dresses, the types and had answers to all the questions I asked. I am still in shock that I found my wedding dress!!! Poffie Girls was my 2nd appointment that day. I think I tried on 5 or 6 dresses (who can really keep count?) before I put on The Dress. The 5 stars are for Bobbi Lee! We came here to find my daughters wedding dress. The dresses were lovely and thankfully my daughter found one that she loved! Bobbi Lee went above and beyond for my daughter! She made it feel as though she truly cared that my daughter found the perfect wedding dress! As for other workers there, they made us feel like we were too cheap to be there and that they just wanted to make a sale. We really loved Bobbi Lee though and thought she did an amazing job!!

Poffie Girls was my second shop I visited in my search for a wedding dress, and I was surprised at how lovely the experience was. My consultant, Courtney, was very patient with me when trying to figure out what I liked and didnt like (they even have an online portal for you to favorite dresses you like from their collection before you go for your appointment). I felt beautiful in several of the options she pulled for me, and I almost bought a dress she picked for me that I would have never picked for myself. She was also conscious of staying around my budget. Though I didnt end up buying my final dress here, I would recommend Poffie to any bride in the Charlotte area.
