I ordered 1 ton of stones for my koi pond. They assisted me even though it was close to closing time. The fork lift driver was careful not to damage the truck. Most of the decorative rocks I saw there were sold by the ton and cost between $190 and $220. They also had large boulders, gravel and dirt. I will come back here to get a second load if I need it. I had originally tried to go to A+ landscaping on route 7 but they always seemed to be closed for one reason or another when I tried to visit. I do wonder what kind of business these places would receive if they were open even just 1 hour after 5pm on weekdays, most of us regular folks have to call out of work to pick up landscaping materials. The Saturday hours are nice (open until noon I believe) but unfortunately I teach a Saturday class and couldnt make those hours.
They got stuck in my yard even though I did not want them to damage my yard and did not ask for them to enter my yard. Then SAM (the manager) told me I was LIABLE to get their truck out. They eventually came and got their truck after I refused to pay for it. Completely destroyed my yard! The driver was nice and as helpful as possible. But HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!! I cancelled the second half of the order even though they offered to complete the order the next day. They delivered half the material but only refunded me 45%. If Christian had been the one I spoke to and had offered to correct this mistake I would have been fine. But for a company to try and hold the customer responsible for the drivers mistake is asinine.
Great staff, always ready to assist and answer any questions you may have. They have an amazing knowledge of the business and are willing to share.
It is now Site One, good service, knowledgeable,
Terrible customer service ordered 3 tons of gravel when driver got there he said there was a little over a ton on the truck. I called and sent a picture to the owner he said it was 3 tons and refused to fix the issue. I had another company come out they said that wasn’t anywhere near 3 tons. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY HERE got cheated out of over $200
Easy to find, right off New Hope Road. Went to buy wheat straw bales for mulching my vegetable garden. One of the guys met us at our vehicle, helped me decide how many I needed and we went in the office to pay right off. Delivery was immediate. (I understand your mileage may vary.) The whole process took like 15 minutes from when we parked in their lot to when the guy came to OUR HOUSE with the straw bales and mushroom compost. Great place with fast helpful service and I love giving my money to local places as opposed to big box hardware stores!
Friendly staff, quick service, fair prices. Very happy to have done business with this establishment quite a few times since I have started redoing my yard and I will continue to use them when I can.
Was very pleasantly surprised to be able to order a load of soil and get it delivered on the same day. They were so helpful - we needed soil to fill a raised garden, amend an area with too much clay, nad add to front decorative areas. They mixed for us and still got it to us the same day!
Very nice and helpful staff. $$$$$
Good experience. They were very helpful without being pushy.
I asked a question and was basically laughed at and made to feel an idiot.. My inquiry may have seemed nonsense to the cashier but I was serious.. He was a real jerk and I will tell all of my experience at this establishment..
Very poor customer service. Barely answered the phone, by stating a name, then said, What you need? then put me on hold and hung up on me. I will not call back and give him my potential $500 for landscape material. His loss!!!!
Very nice and fast
