I got new tires and an alignment. I was able to leave my car and then they called when it was ready. Great service.

I shopped around for custom rims and tires for my 13 Sonata. They had the best deal hands down. Six months later sent my aunt to get get new tires for her Jeep, also sent my youngest sister for new tires. Great service and prices.

Great place, very helpful staff. In and out in 30 minutes, having two 20 tires mounted and balanced. Great price too.

They gave me the diagnostic for my car and gave me an estimated value of around $1000. They tried charging me for sensors that simply needed to be reset, and failed to tell me the catalytic converter needed to be fixed that was causing the sensors to show there was something wrong. They also kept telling me to wait every day that I tried to make an appointment to make it easier on them. I gave 2 stars because they did get some of the sensors right, but failed to mention other problems. In conclusion, theyre overpriced and not thorough (unless theyre simply trying to scam you and know whats wrong). The place I took it to charged me less than half of their estimated cost, and were thorough when they gave me their diagnostic.

My senior citizen Mother took her car there to be inspected last week and came back with the bad news that it couldnt be passed because it needed a $1000 repair to the casing that holds the oil filter. The mechanic said its pouring oil and really needs to be repaired. After asking about whether any oil has appeared in the driveway and finding out there hasnt been, I went to check it out. There was no oil anywhere on the mount for the oil filter, no oil under the engine, no oil on the under engine gaurd.... no oil anywhere. It was at best a costly misdiagnosis and at worst a scam on a couple of seniors who were helpless to catch it. I am thankful I just happened to come home for the weekend. Took to another mechanic for inspection with no issues.

My daughter Casey bought 4 Michelin Premier LTX 20 inch tires 50,000 mile tires, junk is all they are! 27000 miles on them and the wear bar is even with the tread on one and the rest are close.Below the head of Lincoln on a penny Instead of replacing them Roosevelt keeps telling her to keep driving them till they are all most bald, this is a dangerous Customer service remark. Calling Michelin customer service for sure. Never had a problem with Roosevelt before but this is not the way you keep customers coming back!!! 7/18/ 20.

This was a great place at one time, but now care for customers is no longer there. I called about a month ago to ask about tires and get quotes. I told their representative the price I was given for tires, installation, tax, and disposal of the old tires by another tire place. The Roosevelt Pros Tire rep didnt believe me. He didnt even try to beat the competitors price. For years Roosevelt Tire Pros have always made an attempt to beat a competitors price. But not this time. Plus the rep hung up on me. Ive spent thousands of dollars going to Roosevelts over the last 20 years but not anymore. I took my business elsewhere and saved over 200 bucks from the price Roosevelt quoted me. Another thing that gets me is all the tire selling companies websites have the prices of the tires but Roosevelts doesnt. Seems kind of odd to me. If you want to save money and get friendlier service, then dont go here.

Great service. Took my truck for a tire price, Liked the price, they said they could put them on today. I asked for a alignment too. They were so busy they could not find me a ride back to work so the owner gave me his Cadillac and said take it and well call you when we are ready. Thats service. Went to get my truck and they said the alignment was fine and it did not need adjusting so they did not charge me. Thats really good service.

Ive been going to Roosevelt Tire Pros for years (as advised by my father) and Im always so pleased with their service. Today however, I was blown away. Although it was a sad day for my tires (two tires, two nails) I was really impressed by every single staff members attentiveness and kindness. I was there twice today for my tire issues but every mechanic and staff member went out of their way to make sure I was assisted and greeted. The mechanics working on my car were beyond kind and personable. I cant say enough..go to Roosevelt Tire Pros for all your car needs!

I actually feel like part of this family. Maybe it means something about my vehicles that they know my first name, but they do and I am never in doubt that I am getting an excellent service for the value. So grateful to have them close by.

On 04/17/2019..My vehicle lost all power while driving to work on the corner where this business is located..every week I checked in I was told that my car would be ready the next week..decided to show up on 05/15/2019 ( 1 month later ) to find out what was really happening..the Mechanic told me that my car cannot be fixed..He tried and tried but he simply cannot fix my car because its an electrical problem, he suggested that I take it to a shop that specializes in electrical problems,today I showed up to find out how much my bill was because I need to have the car towed elsewhere on Friday morning..$765.00 ????Does anyone see a problem here ?? My car was brought to Rosevelt not working..every week I was told its almost done..the one time I show up the mechanic says its an unfixable problem for him I need to take it elsewhere, I am now awaiting a call to see what they are going to charge me, just for the record, I have never received a call from the shop, I kept checking in, so Im gonna wait to see what the figures look like because I have spent over $400.00 on Uber and Lyft for work while I was being told over and over again that my car would be ready soon !!UPDATE ....Rosevelt called gave me a better price for the work they did...I asked if I can come settle the bill and have the wrecker get it today ? I was told that it would be ready by tomorrow around lunch...so again I wait !!

We used this tire place recently. The tech showed used our problem was a small hole in the side wall. We also found our key to the wheel locks was missing. So they where able to remove it. We purchased a tire..

Went in to have a tire changed for my lawn mower and the guy comes back saying the rim is bent and put a tube in a tubeless tire. Go to Clarks and 5 min later the new tire is on and they said the rim is not bent at all.
