Ordered a patio set online and had it delivered to the store and assembled. Excellent customer service and job well done on the patio set. It is beautiful! Love the fire pit.

I go to Home Depot everyday & am one of the biggest contractors with an account with them at over $250,000 in purchases so far this year! Everyone is always friendly and they go above and beyond sometimes especially when I’m coming in at closing time! Thanks for being so good to me as a contractor

Had to wait fifteen minutes to learn that I wasnt getting a washer today, just make it easier and post signs that say it will be two weeks before you get anything and we probably cant get everything thats displayed.Had the same experience at Lowes just before only it took twenty minutes there.Ill be giving all the laundromat five stars ratings and good reviews, I guess....at least theyll earn it!

They are always so friendly and I can always find a good deal. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 if because it was so hot in there. If its been cooler I am pretty sure we would have stayed longer and spent more money. Cool it down home Depot!

I went there to get a 100 ft outdoor electrical cord and cord reel. The advertised price online was 21.97 for the cord and 9.95 for the reel. Online showed 8 of the cord reels in stock, but they had none. When they rang up the price for the cord it was 34.97 and the lady would not adjust the price. So I went back to the electrical Dept and found another CSR and showed her my problem. She immediately said oh, I can adjust that price for you, no problem. She did and I went to Lowes and got my cord reel. This all took well over 30 minutes to get resolved, but at least I finally got satisfaction.

Very poor customer service and product availability had to wait in line just to be told that their washing machines are third party shipped and it would be 2 weeks before we can get delivery. Why display items that you can’t provide in a timely manner. Should be a sign warning people that products are not readily available and then you would not have to stand in line for nothing

I have the Home depot app. It tells me they have things in stock. Drive up there and they do not have what the app says they have. Unacceptable!!! Wasting gas and making unnecessary carbon footprint. Time is all we have in this life. Wasting it is not good.GET YOU APP TOGETHER!!!

I have called 3 different Home Depot and no one answers the phone. This has not been the first time. It’s every time I call they don’t answer.

Not usually my first choice; but may become 1st soon. 2 times they have had, in stock at lower price, what I needed when the blue store didn’t. Plus they sell Milwaukee tools, which I could write a completely different review for.

Lady at the desk was helpful, the guys loading not so much. One just stood and watched the one employee and my fiance load theaterials instead of doing his job!

I was looking for do it yourself up-down paper blinds and they dont have anything but vinyl. The smallest selection Ive ever seen. Then a young man called and asked someone to come help me. No one came and I left after 15 minutes.

This conveniently located store has knowledgeable, friendly staff. It stays pretty well stocked and organized. Its clean inside and has plenty of parking outside.

I stopped in to this Home Depot today to pick up about $1,000 plywood. I hate to say this but Im often not impressed with HD customer service versus Lowes. Viki at the pro desk was amazingly helpful. Staff in the lumber department were great as well. I would definitely recommend this location in the future.

I feel that for the most part this is a standard big hardware store, what sets it apart is the greeter an how say, Welcome to the Home Depot. I shop there just to hear him sing it.

Had a wonderful experience Picking out my exterior paint. Was helped by multiple employees. Contrary to my experience at Lowe’s in Belmont, where I couldn’t get help picking out paint from anyone.

Went on a Saturday...not to busy...the gentleman at the front of the store promoting credit cards was very helpful however the woman working the paint department was not. The line was not long at the checkout the cashier friendly and fast. Suggestion...it would be nice to have a store map when you enter the store to find aisles that have a product you need. I am handicap and would be helpful to know what direction to go as it is a big store.

It took over an hour to order a grill that was a special order (I provided all of the details from their website). I also ordered an extended warranty, cover and a natural gas converter kit. The website indicated there was No Delivery Charge but I was billed $79 for the forwarding the Warranty details. Of course, I called back to the store about the Delivery Charge and it was removed. Obviously the clerk was new and needed assistance (which was in short supply). Ill shop at Rivergate from now on . . .

Pleasant, helpful staff - even when the weather was turning on us in the garden area. All were wearing masks. Had a decent selection of plants and good prices on the soil and pots I picked up from them. Less crowded than their blue competitor, which is a good thing in these times, and I spent less than I would have there as well.

Horrible customer service as no one answers the phone there after calling more then a dozen times. When someone does answer they just put you back on hold. Then if you go to the store and look for help, its hitting the lottery for someone to say hi and ask can I help you. They seem to mostly be stocking inventory, or on lunch. Sad when a company gets so big they dont care about their customers.

Looking for Halloween decorations and found what I was looking for and matched what the website stated. that it was in-stock.

The customer service here is non existent. When you are able to manage to find someone working they are rude and will do most anything to keep from putting their phones down and helping you. To the extent of actually lying about having certain items in the store instead of looking it up. All in all a terrible store with unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

Employees act as if it is a problem for them to have to look for products that are not stocked on the shelf but it shows they have more in stock. Tried to get an employee to get the product I needed and said if they had it it must be in the back and wouldnt go to the back and look. I will start driving to Charlotte to shop, multiple times have had the same issue. I will drive farther away to get better service.

Was helped right away with aisle number of item I needed at customer service desk and someone came in the aisle a few minutes later to double check that we had found what we needed. Both were very nice ladies that made us feel confortable, thank you!

I purchased a Range on 6/21/2021 and an appointment was setup for delivery between 12 & 4pm. The delivery company didnt come, nor call.

Super helpful; even when I got there an hour til close and needed a bunch of stones pulled!

Staff does not hesitate to help you, no matter the item.

Sign at the door says all customers must wear a mask. When you get inside maybe half the customers are wearing them. Home Depot does not enforce their own policies. Think I will start shopping at Lowes

Well take it from me Your Local Friendly Home Depot Store covers all the bases while only interested in one single thing my friends... To make sure you hit a home run everytime you come to them for your home improvement needs! And Im sure I dont have to tell you that my friends its pretty rare but it is the truth so I highly recommend this home improvement store I would however say its maybe kind of geared more towards the contractor in some ways rather than a DIYr but trust me just say they got everything else covered they got everything for the DIY wires as well so visit you decide am I right or am I right? Lets just say for sake of an argument Im right!

Not sure this place is even review worthy... Went in stood around for almost an hour waiting to be helped for a refrigerator and out of 5 associates and 45 mins later was only told be awhile longer. I was very upset and will never shop here again.

I walked around the store and passed within 5 ft of seven (7) employees and not one of them said hello or asked if I needed help. One employee even saw me, locked eyes with me, stopped in his tracks and abruptly turned to walk down an adjacent aisle. Im never shopping at this store again.

Terrible experience everytime I go in. I spent 3100 on a mower only to get tugged around for 3 days. I asked to speak to the manager (which I have never done in my life) and suddenly my mower (supposedly not assembled) popped up. No offer to help me load it, no apologies, the manager didnt even come speak to me to offer an explanation. 3 times I was told the mower was ready and 3 times I was told it was still waiting assembly once I got to the store. They wouldnt even recomp the money I spent to rent a trailer to take the mower home that I had to rent an extra day because of them. I have finally gotten my mower which is a great mower. If lowes sold the toro line of mowers I would have definitely gone with them instead. If you know what you need and want to self checkout this stores selection is unbeaten. But dont trust them to help you out because, youll be gravely disappointed. All in all im not happy. Although the in-store customer service ladies were very sweet, so thank you to them.

Very sad they allowed this to happen. I was with my mother on this visit and she has the handicap parking tag, but I was driving so I just let her out at the door.... Really annoyed me that this was allowed. I understand they were there renting equipment but still to allow them to park here. Shame on them and the company that allowed this. The lack of respect in this country really upsets me!!!

Went to go look at bars for a chainsaw. Have one that has a 14-in bar on it was wondering if it would be too much to put a 18-in bar on my saw motor.. so I had my phone research in the bars and chains... Ill admit I was standing there probably 15 maybe even 20 minutes. When the people there then I couldnt find when I needed your help where all of a sudden standing right behind me following me out the store acting like I had stole something so I grandma told them that I had been run out of better places than that and Id take my business elsewhere.

I happen come into the store at 7:30 PM after specialists that know anything about doors and windows has left. I need help picking a door that suits my needs. The management available refused to help me and told me nobody was there to assist me. I don’t know where in the management training modules that they train them to believe that this behavior is acceptable but that manager should’ve went back there and did the best that they could to help me

Will never do any more business here again. Im ordered a dryer it never shows up. Then they dont give you a reason and set it for 2 weeks out. How do you expect to keep customers this way. never got a reason to why my dryer was not delivered. Ordered it on the 17th was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. I called on the 20th and they said they will deliver on the 31st. Said its sitting on the truck. Cant understand why I cant get it when they took my money with no issue
