I went there twices and order a blizzard and they get ur order right they r not slow with ur order they r fast & quick so i recommend 4 people 2 go there an order any type of ice cream u want thats why i gve it a 5 🌟.

I went through the drive through and ordered a medium Heath blizzard and told the young lady to add Butterfinger.Drove away and checked it a little down the road and no fudge added. I went back and said dont Heath suppose to have fudge. The young lady said oh my bad, Ill add the fudge. Sad way to talk to a customer. After that the blizzard is all melty and would have to be mixed all up again. I said NoI will go someplace else. I know how it works, I worked at a Dairy Queen as a young lady. Trying to support our blacks its useless.

We had a burger meal, it was juicy and hot very good drinks were cold customer service was excellent at the drive thru. My favorite DQ location 😊

We normally get good service and icecream. But out last visit left much to the imagination. The workers were slacking off the line took forever and they ran out of ingredients. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard they ran out of strawberries and it was full of dough very little icecream.

A quick drive thru for a cherry shake. I never had that flavor before and found it to be a refreshing treat. Friendly wait staff from a neighborhood staple. Stop by and put a smile on your face, the drive thru is open.

Found someones nasty a$$ acrylic in my blizzard, and they just thought it was hilarious when I called up there to tell them about it. This place is as dirty & grimey as it gets. Save yourself the trip.

Avoid this place at all cost. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Our order was incorrect and was over charged. Rather than just correct it and make a few new happy customers for life. The owner of this franchise she instantly became very argumentative and proceeded to lecture us. Its ashame because theyre in the customer service business. Needless to say we ask for and received our money back. If I could give no stars I would.

I ordered and paid for a large Snickers blizzard .... I thought it was vanilla ice cream until I found a small nugget...next time I will make the drive to Merrillville
