The worst experience ever I purchase a washer and dryer from this place and in less than 24!hours the dryer broken down and the owner told me it had to be something wrong with my house so I called my landlord because this was my 1st time purchasing a washer and dryer for my house but when they came out nothing was wrong it was the dryer it needed new fuels for the dryer and the dumb delivery mens forgot to turn the gas on 🤦🏽‍♀️Then within a day later the washer staring making loud noises and wouldn’t switch over to rinse nor spin so I had to call them back and the owner Dan told me that my house was haunted because it could’ve been the washer I advice no one to Never waste your time even trying to give them the benefit of the doubt they so unprofessional I had to take days off work to just return the broken washer and dryer and had to pay to return it

I absolutely love this store the personnel are polite and very helpful the prices are decent and the mattress I just got from there has me in heaven haven’t slept this good in years!!!! The delivery is fast and professional!!! They close a little early so if your thinking about patronizing their business get there early. Don’t see anything on the floor you line they have a book you can order from.And if you need to make some extra money to buy that furniture hit me work from home using your laptop and computer [email protected]

I called ahead and received prompt information about inventory and delivery. When I was in the store I found a good selection of washing machines. I selected one and they improved on delivery to same day. 30 day warranty for appliances. Everyone in the store as well as the delivery men were very professional and personable.

Good, fair prices...delivery I would give 5 stars but they promised to come back to finish installing my washer and dryer the next day but hasnt returned yet and its going on week 2.

Terrible service. We walked in ten minutes before closing knowing exactly what we wanted because we were there a few days earlier comparing prices on kids beds and purchasing a $300 double pillow top set. The people at the front desk were so ready to leave they refused to open up the back to get us the mattresses we came for, but they were ready to open it for the hidius floral printed ones that they have overstocked. (Mind you we walked in with our 6 and 5 year old BOYS and they still insisted on the flower ones.) We already left one store because they only had the floral printed ones and came here because they have the other option even though theyre more expensive.Probably wont go back to this store again.

I bought a used washer dryer from Thrifty Mac and when I turned the washer on, water started leaking from the bottom of the machine. It turned out to have a bad pump. Thrifty Mac offered a newer better machine in exchange for the leaky one and delivered very quickly. I was so pleased with their quick handling of the problem. I now have a washer dryer I am quite pleased with. Thrifty Mac deserves those Stars.

Bought 2 dressers, twin and full bed. Also waiting for full mattress and box spring. Clean and good prices.

The staff and owner are very rude and unprofessional. I purchased an appliance from them less than a month ago. It is not working properly and I was not compensated in any way because I asked his staff to lower his voice while speaking to me. I was told I would be given a refund but I was not. All I asked is for it to be fixed or replaced and neither one happened.
