Been dealing with Graingers on and off threw the years. Most of the guys been thier forever so they know their stuff. Place is always clean. Prices are ok. They can get anything pretty much next day if dont have it. They are now open inside again.Love this place, Commercial Group Lifting Products next door ( they sell some tools also and do repairs just walk in and see your self) and then J&L Fasteners blocks down the street. Everything you all need in one mile or so.

Personnel was awesome however they did not carry the part I needed and sent me running around to try to find it

I needed a replacement electrical motor for my 20 year old furnace. They did not have the same motor but took the time to find a similar one with some extra features at a great price. All my questions were answered and I did not feel as if I was being rushed out the door. Will definitely go back to them.

If no one can enter the store, they should close it. This curbside service is not convenient for the customers

Poor customer service. I was calling too see if they had part listed that I needed for a safety inspection and when I found out the part wasnt on the shelf the phone operator hung up before I could even ask his name
