No manners whatsoever 🤷‍♀️ 2 different Dunkin Donuts today that’s why I’m giving it a 1 star. Coffee was wrong at both places. How can ppl work with the public and not say “Hi” “Thank you” or even repeat the order back to you! Maybe I’ll have better luck another day. So disappointed. If it weren’t for the coffee I would not be back. Period.

Not open for carry out like they claim but whatever. Their main issue is the terrible customer service at the drive thru window. Doesn’t sound like they want or enjoy their job.

We stopped at the Baskin-Robbins The best time to go is before noon or otherwise expect to see a long line outside Tried the butter pecan shake which was delicious.Service is efficient. After trying the ice cream, I can understand why folks are willing to wait in long line

My ice cream, Nutty Coconut had chunks of ice in it. The Mint Chocolate Chip was more like an Oreo ice cream with very little mint flavor. Also got a quart of Jamocha Almond Fudge. The quality and taste/texture of all the ice cream was more like ice milk. Very watery even though it was frozen. Asked to add a scoop in a cup once we got to the window and the clerk said I cant take orders at the window .???????? What happened to the quality at Baskin Robbins. No receipt given. I visited on 8/1/20 at approx. 7:35 PM. Not coming back, very disappointed.

Its was ok. However, I definitely have a problem with the fact that the manager was not wearing a mask, and the worker had his pulled below his mouth while filling orders. I will not be back.

If you don’t like your job, simply do not work there.I came here Saturday evening, and the women who took my order has terrible customer service, acts deaf, pulled up to the window ready to pay, and all 3 females had an attitude. Won’t be coming back.

This is my favorite DUNKIN DONUTS location for my coffee fixes!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🤷🤣😂 This location has a great group of team members who provide fast and pleasant service. If your in the area, I recommend this location hands down. It is also very neat and clean. Give them a try!!!

Service is great. The counter person took care of me promptly and professionally while filling my order correctly. The store was clean and neat. The staff was very friendly also. It was a pleasure to go there and I will be back.

Always the best

I usually go through this drive-thru, but I can tell you I always get very good customer service and they are very efficient. They know their frequent customers and continuously make my day with whatever I order when I stop by. FYI, the night manager definately knows how to do his job and trains others to succeed as well.

Sometimes they do not get it right, as coffee conocedor they just do whatever vot consistency

The lady at the drive through was RUDEbc she was jelly of me bc I met our family nest. Pls don’t go here bc they r not friendly like cabby. Go to the one in Munster much nicer and more friendly. Just bc someone went to lexington inn and they did not. I rlly want it to close down but oh well. My friends mom went here and I was on ft with my friend and the lady was saltier than salt but oh well we don’t like a salty sister. I just spellet tee ohhh welllk rip but do not recommend go to Aaron’s furniture instead🤪🤪

We went at 8pm and the doors were locked. We go through the drive thru, no one acknowledged us so we said hello 3 times, no answer. We beeped our horn and they finally answered. I wanted a sugar cone and they were out of them so I asked for a waffle cone and they were out of those also so we left.
