They are friendly but going on the 5th week and I still dont have my glasses already missed multiple tests and they are no longer answering any of my calls. Ive been callin since 9 a.m. its 12 now and still no answer but it says open.... very misleading. Or put a sign up saying we are on break. But who goes on break from the time they open in the a.m. to 12....na

Great customer service. Great people who work there. They are professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Will not go anywhere else for my optical needs.

Had bad experience in the East Chicago office. They talked at me...i probably would get more friendliness from a snake. The people in the Gary office fix the problemS all it took was communication.

This was my first time here and it was a great experience from beginning to end. I got there early for my appointment and was greeted by security and staff and although I had some issues with my insurance they walked me through getting everything I needed . all in all it was a very good first impression and I will definitely be going back .

Horrible. I only went to them because Moses eye care wasn’t open yet.. I have been waiting for my glasses for 2 weeks and I go to pick them up and it’s the wrong shape and color.. like how do you mess up on the model of the glasses when I picked it. Now I’ve been waiting another week for them to be fixed.. almost a whole month waiting for my glasses. Would never go again.

I absolutely love the people who work there. They may sound rude to some, but you get what you serve. I wont go anywhere else because after 15 years I finally can see and read the way I am supposed to. Thanks Vision quest and all who work there for making it a pleasurable experience.

The eye doctor diagnosed my kids eyes really wrong gave them a 2060 lazy eye vision and the glasses he got he could not see out of they were fuzzy took him to another doctor diagnosed him with a 2025 2035 vision and now he’s got glasses he can see out of what I recommend this place to anybody no the guard that said there is very rude the people were polite the doctor was nice but he needs to go back to school he’s Blinding kids before he’s making their vision better would never go back there again

The first doctor I saw a year ago misdiagnosed my daughter. The new doctor was great and corrected everything. 3 stars because I got rescheduled twice because the Dr. left earlyThen my appointment was at 1:30 and we didnt get seen until 2:40 which made us late to our other appointment. Weve always waited at least an hour here everytime.

My girls were well taken care of, the Doc was great and Jess was on point with insurance submission and fitting and measurments. Great personalities here.

Love the employees and the Doc. Appts are always on time and everyone is very knowledgeable. Jessica helped us every step of the way. Thank you!!

Rude, incompotent, and filthy.. The O.D, didnt even wear gloves, when she put here hands on my eye lids. I would never back and report them to the B.B.B.
