I would like to see them expand this Menards it would do Gary a whole lot of Justice. And there is always someone around to help you and they are very pleasant.

Never been to the Menards in Griffith, Indiana before. It was a very nice store. I liked the fact that it was one floor only. All the employees we encountered were friendly and very helpful. We bought solar deck lights there. The deck lights we bought are still working good. It is now March and they made it through the freezing weather and snow of northeast Indiana and are still working,

Very friendly and excellent guest service. Very professional Building Meterials department. If you need that special item they will order it for you. My Klearvue kitchen was beautiful. Most advanced kitchen system around.

Some of employees cashers not polite with know manners or pleasant being around. they need learn manners..am long time customer. spend alot money.... and should be treated like person as would like be.

They have good customer service is not as big as the other Menards but they pretty much have a lot of stuff he can find pretty much a lot of stuff in there and they got good customer service thats number one

Fantastic store, great help, location is always stocked with what I need, the service is always excellent, great fully staffed and eager employees who want to help you out all of the time. I have always gotten the best help from the entire store. Love the 11% rebate sales that occur from time to time. A+++ 4 stars highly recommended

This particular experience was actually GREAT. Lately we have been very displaced with Menards at this location. This particular time we were helped and everybody was actually kind and polite and didnt treat us like animals. Special thanks to Iris and the security guard for going out of their way 😁.

Old store, getting pretty rundown. Service was fine.

Menards is more than just a hardware store. They have pet supplies, kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. Bottled water is very well priced. I usually go 1 to 2 times a month to get these items.

Must have been a K-mart or something before. Products dont really fit on the shelves. Not very much like the purpose-built Menards. People are nice, but it is not very polished or easy to navigate Menards

Mask mandate has been lifted in Indiana. I still wore a mask in the store but my small child did not. I respectfully told them she can not due to a medical condition, they proceeded to get the manager who never came but the lady at the return/customer service desk told me: If she can sit in the shopping cart she doesnt have to wear a mask. I asked her what sense does that even make? She just repeated herself and I told her Im not going to fight with you, Menards has lost all my business. And you have absolutely no right to ask what medical conditions my child or I have.

It was okay, some employees were helpful and some were rude. Ones that were helpful were very helpful. My first time there.

Great service, employees were kind when helping me look for items I need.

Rented a rug doctor rented it for 24 hrs and I couldn’t bring back in that time due to family issues but my card is still on file. I get a call telling me that the police will be called if I don’t return the rug doctor smh but you guys still charged my card for another 24 hrs. I will never use this store for anything.

The store itself is extremely old, doesnt have a great selection and isnt set up well. Then, to make things worse, the bathroom isnt handicap accessible at all. Enough said....

Great experience has the products that i needed

The way they have the place to return things at an entrance is weird but other than that, service is nice and we were able to find things a bit easy with help.

I love this location. However, I did struggle to get the plastic tote containers apart to be able to buy them. Maybe the larger sizes shouldnt be stacked so high. They are heavier than smaller ones.

The staff is friendly yes but some of them when my mom and I ask for help on where something is, they dont know where it is or what it is. They just send us to a random area and my mother is disabled she cant be walking on her feet too long. Plus they need more scooters for ppl with disabilities and They all need more training on what stuff is and where it is.

The general manager Charles and his assistant General manager are terrible with communication with other managers. They way they degrade and humiliate them is insane. I’ve been in the United States Army for 7 years and they hazed me and replaced me the same day after I had a disagreement with the way they speak to employees. After 4 years of never having a negative report on my name they showed me how much they care about their workers.

This is a smaller store than others in the area... perfect for a quick trip. But it also means they carry less stock, so check the website before you go to see whether they have what you need in stock.

I love how hopeful the females are. Some are so attractive, I would love to ask one out for coffee, something simple. Or should I just ask?

One of the employees took the time to show us exactly where to find a thermostat for the home, and the cashier had a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Let me tell you! That is not the experience we usually receive at Home Depot or Lowes in Florida.

I am a customer that went to your establishment where theyre professionals To buy a motor device, After talking to An employee About the advice And the return policy which was not mention about adding Fluids to the device. Which did not work to my satisfaction, the next day i return to the store and was told that i cannot get my money back because I add Fluids to it. I been going to that store for years and never had any experience in that matter, I think that it was unfair and I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I wasted 20mins looking for something that I eventually found by my self... after I asked 3 people in which section can I find soldering wire and none of them knew what I was saying or talking about ...Do your research on what you are looking for before coming to this store ..

The only place I have seen so far that has a mask wearing requirement and ENFORCED it with security at the entrance good to see a place that stands by their rules and doesnt let the people who wont wear mask contaminate every thing in the store they come in contact with thanks for looking out for the safety of your customers

Great place to visit, because you cant shop its to large. When you visit Menards plan on staying awhile. Aisles of everthing you could possibly imagine. I was there for a bag of charcoal and a seat cover, I ending up getting light bulbs, cherry wood, paper towels, Chlorox, palmalive dish soap, a 4 pack of old world brewed cream soda, and a set of ear buds. Always helpful waitstaff and you are welcomed when you come through the door. Menards stores are located everwhere for your convenienceStop in and spend some time !!!

Inside store employees are awesome, this is the 3rd time i have issues with the ones in the yard. They refused to stop they kept driving by like i wasnt there waiting for help. The one I did stop tried to drive pass until I yelled at him. Very rude!

Great store & usually has everything Ive ever needed for a project or home maintenance. Since this store isnt ginormous, Im able to go back find new things easily. This location could use some updates & it would be awesome if employees approached customers who looked lost. Aka, me about every other time Im there. But its always clean & returns always go smooth.

This location for the chain is very knowledgeable as to where things are located in their store. Every time I have gone to this location the staff greets you as you enter. Every time I need to locate an item that they carry the staff members are always helpful in locating the product.

Pretty old store shelves bent and not nice etc. But decent and has the items I need. Not impressed with some of these employees and the armed security guys.

Leeah the manager showed me what racism can be and also unequality if a lighter individual came up for assistance she was all for helping them but when we came up you notice the change in her mood. Then she purposely provided me with the wrong color paint. Gave attitude the whole time. Its actually sad but I guess this is the world that we live in because its being allowed.

I cant even begin to write how horrible this experience was. I love menards, but this location as of recently has become progressively worse over the last couple of years. There seem to be fewer and fewer good outstanding employees that truly help you. As of late just a bunch of I work for my paycheck type of employees.

Every time I am here I have great customer service from the cashier Kaitlyn. She’s so friendly and helpful whenever I have questions! I love this store and it’s set up. Super easy to find what I need.

My husband and I love going to this menards. They are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One employee, Martin, has made a big impression on us and he always helps us with anything we need. He is one of the reasons why we keep coming back. Five stars all the way around.
