Its a cool place Im just doing what Im told trying to get my accounts n passwords back for over month.Strange this showed up & no idea how long twas here but was under my wifes name and i never told her to come here to recover passwords or anything else. Especially since she passed awY over a year ago.Im sorry but you cant get any lower then tosteal and put words in the mouth of the dead. Id like to meet you.

First off for being a smaller store they have managed to provide a fairly decent and varied selection. but what keeps me coming back (other than the Maximum impact) is their above average customer service. In particular I mean Chris V. Every time I visit and I see Chris as I walk in. I know Im going to be taken care of. His friendly disposition, customer first attitude and vast knowledge of the products are the very reason that I come to the shop when I could very well stay home and shop online. with the nature of the world today it is stellar customer service that makes all the difference. thank you Chris and keep up the good work!

I went there to rent a couple of movies and I asked Nate how much was the rental price. He didnt have a clue .Then I asked him how many rentals can i rent out at a time. Again Nate didnt have a clue. I wouldnt suggest you go there while he is working. I was so frustrated I just said forget it and walked out.....

Bad business I bought a dance pole that was no good and the person who sold it lied many times on the quality of the dance pole my friend and I couldnt get the pole to stand firmly in place not because we couldn’t but because the pole itself was no good (the worker told me it could hold 300 pounds) how could a weak pole hold 300 pounds ? I went the next morning and the manager could only say she knew nothing about the product. I feel as if my money was stolen from me. How could you know nothing about a product your store is selling ? And on top of that the women who sold me the pole wouldn’t even give me eye contact or even talk to me as if she knew what she did $130 gone down the drain because of false advertisement and lies. I will be spending my money else where at a store that actually cares about their customers

Sales people nice but would not take return for their mistake when they gave me male supplement rather than female supplement. Will give my money to places that actually care about the customer
