Dont waste your time, gas or money. This place is trash. They charged me $340 for labor which consisted of waiting an hour an a half for the parts and 40 minutes of labor..$340. Theyre dishonest, trash.

This place was amazing!!! The manager got me in and out. The receptionist was friendly and Im grateful that I came across them. They made what is usually a gruesome process super simple!

Well for starters they are very slow. It took them 8 days just to tell me what was wrong with my car. The trans they installed was gone 2 months later and i was told i “missed” the warranty. I should have known though. My brother has continuously taken his car to them and each time he goes, 2 weeks later something else breaks on his car. Lesson learned

Was recommended to them by my regular shop for an alignment on my rv. My normal mechanic could not do the alignment because of the extreme length. They got me in and out with enough time for me to still get a round of golf in.

We called ahead of time to see if they could get to my car today and the lady that answered the phone was super friendly. They got my car in the back within 10 mins of us getting here. They told us what was wrong and didnt try and get more money out of us. Very reasonable prices. I would suggest them to anybody and if Im in town and something ever goes wrong with my car I will bring it back here!!

FALSE DIAGNOSTICS SCAMS! I came in to get a diagnostic even paid for a tow. They mechanic claimed it was the flywheel. I ended up not getting it fixed by king muffler because it was way over priced. So I took to another shop who was more affordable. They began to do labor for the flywheel and told me that my flywheel was fine. So I called king muffler back because they gave me a false diagnostic and when I asked to speak to the mechanic he told me for $50 bucks he wasnt going to do a true diagnostic, So basically they just told me anything for my money. DONT TRUST THERE DIAGNOSTIC THEY WILL GIVE YOU FALSE INFORMATION AND NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. Also I failed to mention he hung up on me multiple times because he knew he was wrong. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I let him know that I was going to get my lawyer involved not just because of the money but because they are giving people false diagnostics. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Had an antifreeze leak on my 05 impala. I took it to King Muffler, where I was greeted very professionally and courteous. Instantly I felt as if my stress levels were lowered.I informed the front desk counter person, sorry I forgot your name, that Im on a budget and being on a fixed income, I really didnt have a lot of funds to spare. After giving my information, my car was taken in for service.Now lemme tell ya, anyone could have come back, especially after informing someone I only had x amount of money for repairs and used that against me. But not these guys. The front desk person came back to tell me that my problem was a leaking radiator hose. Once my car was repaired, I paid the bill and was on my way, still able to have funds left over!Thanks guys! Ill definitely be back! ##customerforlife##

The manger Phillip was wonderful!! He explained everything to me and why it should be done. As I sat and waited I was shocked at the things I heard from customers! They would yell and scream at this poor man! He is not a miracle worker he can not take your broken car and turn into a fully working car for the 60.00 you think it should cost! Ugh As I watched I saw he kept his cool and tried to explain. Where I would have lost it and snapped back. But he didnt. As my car was being fix they found something else and he came and told me and explained what and why I should fix it and that it would cost this much more. Yes I was quoted so much before but now it will cost me more to fix my vehicle. Why?? Cause it is just that a quote they dont know what it is until they get in there and see what all is broken. Had the work done and my car runs great!! Thanks to Phillip he has made a life time customer as long as hes the boss I will tell all my friends. Thank you again!

We were headed to Kentucky from Wisconsin when our brakes blew and went out. We stopped at the closest place which was King muffler and brakes. We needed to be in Kentucky at a certain time and Jennifer and the crew where great on making sure we got back on the road to get to our destination on time. They also quoted us a great price and stuck with that price even though they had to do more than expected. They get 6 stars in our book! Thank you!!!!

So I take my car to this shop to get a wheel alignment. The price was $60. The next day I noticed my steering wheel was loose, not centered correctly, and my car continued to ease into the opposite lane while driving forward. I take my car back to the shop and explain the situation to the mechanic and he says hell look at my car again. He comes out and tells me I need my steering angle censor replaced and its going to be $480. So I took my car to another auto shop to get a second opinion and I was told by the mechanic that every car requires the steering angle censor be reset AFTER getting a wheel alignment, and I need to take my car back to the shop so that they can reset the SAC. Smh But of course the mechanic at THIS shop didnt tell me that because they want me to pay $480 for something they should have reset after doing the wheel alignment. A job that should be included in the $60 wheel alignment fee. Its sad how people try to get over on you....especially when youre a woman.

STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... WATCH OUT FOR THE DOPEY TALL PEAR 🍐 SHAPED YOUNG GUY, HE WILL HAVE YOU FIXING THINGS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. (THEY MIGHT KEEP HIM IN THE BACK AFTER THIS HONEST REVIEW) ALSO ALL THEIR PRICES ARE 3 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT YOU WOULD PAY ELSEWHERE. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. I ALMOST SPENT $2,000+ WITH THESE PEOPLE AFTER THEIR DIAGNOSTICS & 50 FEE THEY CLAIMED THE ANTIFREEZE SITTIN ON TOP OF MY ENGINE AND ON THE GROUND AT HOME WAS FROM NEEDING UPPER & LOWER INTAKE OF ENGINE REPAIRED, WITH A HOST OF OTHER THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED. IN THE END I DISCOVERED MYSELF MY REAL PROBLEM WAS THE THERMOSTAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED ($6 FROM AUTOZONE, THERMOSTAT SITS ON TOP OF ENGINE, OPEN AND CLOSES TO FLOW ANTIFREEZE, IT WAS STUCK CLOSE... 2 BOLTS TO GET TO THERMOSTAT, 10-20 MINUTES MAX TO REPAIR). ALSO THE HOSE CLAMP WAS A LITTE LOOSE CAUSING ANTIFREEZE TO SEEP THROUGH HOSE AND SIT ON TOP OF ENGINE(FLAT HEAD SCREW DRIVER TO TIGHTEN CLAMP, 5 MINUTES OF EFFORT). 30 MINUTES OF WORK AND A LITTLE TIME OF RESEARCH SAVED OVER $2000+ BUT THE EXPERTS COULDNT SEE THIS ISSUE🤔🤔🤔🤔. THE PLACE USED TO BE REPUTABLE YEARS AND YEARS AGO BUT IT IS NOW TRASH. SEEMS LIKE NEW MGMT. THE ONLY ORIGINAL IS THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT COUNTER....I HAVE WASTED MONEY ON MY OTHER VEHICLES HERE TOO, ABOUT $800 OF HARD EARNED MONEY AND STILL HAVE SAME ISSUES..BUT THE $2,000+ JOB TOOK THE CAKE AND I HAD TO COME HERE AND TELL MY TRUTHFUL EXPERIENCE....ONCE AGAIN U HAVE BEEN WARNED

I stopped in because my oil change guy told me I had a bad leak. Phil and Jen brought me into the shop to show me that it was only a loose clamp. When I asked them what I owed, they smiled and said have a nice day. God Bless them!!!!

LIARS!! You all DID NOT try to reset my SAC the first time I took my car to your shop AFTER getting the wheel alignment. Had you tried to do so, I wouldve been informed that the SAC was bad that same day. I was not told the SAC was bad until I brought it back days later. And you all DID NOT try to reset it again after looking at it the second time. My car was driven in the back and brought back out 5 mins later. How can you try to reset a SAC in 5 mins???? Smdh My steering wheel did not have problems before I took my car to your shop to get a wheel alignment. I regret ever going here to have service done on my car. Never again! #BBB
