I have become a regular customer at this location cause it’s literally across the street from my house. I always have a great experience but last night just sucked. My wife got the chicken Alfredo pasta and it was so dry and had barley any alfo sauce, I ordered the Buffalo chicken sub for the first time and it was gross. Very dry and had basically no sauce and it definitely doesn’t need to come with mushrooms.The food is always so good usually but this tome was definitely a waste of our money. Makes me want to drive to the location on Amelia Church rd where it’s always dead on.

Just ate a Cheeseburger sub from 3 Olives on Cleveland Rd. Called into 3 Olives, took my order; I arrived 15 minutes later; order was ready and service was friendly and appreciative. I know this seems crazy but with the numerous in correct take out orders I have experienced in the past 2 months this is exceptional service. Oh and the sub was pretty tasty! Thank you 3 Olives I will be back for some pizza soon.

Absolutely love 3 Olives! We used to order from Papa John’s frequently, but a neighbor suggested we try 3 Olives. Once Papa John’s went down hill, we decided to give it a try. They have good customer service, are quick, and the pizza is delicious.

Pizza was fantastic and so was the gyro! Very reasonably priced too.

I have to say, the pizza was pretty good! I do wish the crust was a little crisper. I like some crunch on my think crust pizzas. I decided to give this place a try because I wanted to try someplace local other than dominos or papa Johns. Definitely a tasty pizza! The pizza was loaded (as you can see) and they didnt skimp on the ingredients. The sauce had some nice flavor and the little sprinkle of parmesan on top was perfect.The garlic knots had plenty of flavor and the marinara dipping sauce that came with it complimented them perfectly. They werent kidding in their description of the garlic knots that they were delicious!Not a bad place to grab a pizza. I cant wait to give their other menu options a try!

Everything had good flavor but unfortunately the pizza was so greasy, grease was coming out of the bottom of the box and the mozzarella sticks were underdone. The staff was fantastic though.

Having made my own pizza from scratch many times, I know that any pizza, regardless of toppings, costs about $2 to make. 18 bucks, plus tax, is ridiculous for a medium size pizza. Should I say a medium size meh pizza? I should.

Was so delicious and so many toppings to choose from. But the most incredible part - THEY ALL HAD MASKS ON!!! This seems like not a big thing because we all do it. Wrong!! I’ve been to so many restaurants lately where servers, bartenders, etc. don’t wear masks. And frankly pisses me off they put signs up demanding we wear masks but can’t respect us back and they’re handling our food. But 3 Olives all masked up. So thank you guys!!! Go there people. So, I went back to my favorite- chicken Parmesan sub. My husband got the same but he thinks the meatball is better. We also got my grandson spaghetti. It came with garlic bread and a side salad. Delicious as always!!January 30, 2021So I ordered dinner here tonight but ( wait for it)...I called the wrong damn store! Lol! I go to pickup my order me obviously wasn’t there. Gentleman was nice and patient with me and came to conclusion I called the clayton location. They were very nice and remade my order! So we had two supreme calzones and a meatball sub. It was very good. I did however read on the menu the calzone was ricotta cheese and these were made with mozzarella. Was still very good just the mozzarella didn’t quite melt all the way. So it was pretty thick and chewy not ooey gooey. My husband always gets meatball sub so he loved that. My first time getting a calzone there. I probably wouldn’t again. Only because I think the subs are much better than that was. Still great place. Awesome employees. Awesome food.

5 STARS…So yummy, you can’t go wrong! My go-to place for pizza, wings, pasta and subs. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly (good people, who try hard) and the place is clean. They close around 9ish during the week and a little later on weekends, which works perfectly for my family!

I feel that they have been hit or miss the last few times we have been. The bigger issue is with orders saying theyre done but not started. This could 100% be a grubhub issue, but just seems they arent quite on top of things the last few months.

When I first moved here several years ago I tried every place in the area and 3 olives was by far the best (except LaPiazza, but they dont deliver), but lately the last 4-5 times Ive ordered pizza it seems to be peppery, kind of like Chanellos. I hate Chanellos. And it only seems to be the pizza, everything else is delish as always. So whatever sauce you were doing a year ago please go back, and please, please, please consider adding calamari like LaPiazza has. I would order from you 2x as much!

This place smacks. I’m from NJ and it’s the only place I’ve found in NC comparable to the fine northern pizza

Josh is the man and deserves a raise. Tremendous customer service. I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude even at closing time while Josh was balancing phone calls, helping customers and my pickup order in a time efficient manner. Great food as always.

This is the worst food and pizza I’ve ever eaten. For living 5 minutes away, it arrived cold. It was cold cardboard covered in ragu and shredded cheese. I even hate calling the sauce ragu because it would be insulting to the product. Not to mention the first time we ordered, it went to the wrong address. Seems to happen a lot with them. I can’t honestly say why it’s got a four star rating the food is worse than hospital food. Stay away.

Good good! Called in a order for 2 pizza’s. Came within a hour and was hot and fresh. I wish the dough was a little more cooked. The person on phone and delivery was polite and precise. I would definitely order from here again but it is on the pricy side compared to other pizza places

The short version of this review is that, the manager lied and disrespected me and my family with his actions. This review is based on the customer service and not the food itself. This afternoon, my family called 3 Olives Pizza and Deli, and placed a order for a special that included one large pepperoni supreme and one medium two pepperoni topping pizza. After arriving at the store, I went up to the cashier and gave them the name that was used to place the order. I was then told that “we don’t use names to find orders, we use phone numbers”. This is strange considering the person taking the order over the phone specifically asked for a name, but no big deal. I then gave them the phone used to place the order, and was then told that number could not be found in the system. I then asked to speak to the manager who immediately accused me and my family of ordering pizza at another location which I assured him we did not. We have ordered pick up from this location multiple times, and we also have a screenshot of the exact time that we called, with the number of that location. After this I called the family member who placed the order and they spoke to manager using my cellphone. During the conversation they were having, I heard the manager tell my family member that he had just called another location, and that they had the exact order we were describing. I was only several feet away during the time the manger had my cellphone and at no point did he call anyone. After he got done speaking he handed me back the phone, put the order in the system and began making the pizza. There was no apology or compensation of any kind. I fully understand that people make mistakes, but there was no reason for him to lie to us multiple times about what had happened. Whether you are selling peanuts at a ball game or luxury cars at an auction, you should treat people with respect and there is no excuse for the behavior of the manager today.

3 Olives is wedged between a car repair shop and a gas station....which caused some pause UNTIL we ate the food! Incredible service, some of the best food I have had in a long time. The calzone is a must!

This is the best pizza in the area and my pie place going forward. Large pies with awesome taste. The standard peparroni is out of this world and the chicken Alfredo is so flavorful. Nice work folks!!

Pizza is pretty ehh, I thought It was a pizzeria with handmade pies like how im used too from growing up in jersey but it looked more like pizza hut. Thats no big deal even though prices for a better pizza are the same, but it the thing was that it didnt really taste good like even something I would even compare to pizza hut. I heard they have other stuff thats good, but just not for me.

This place has Amazing food!! Everything I have ordered from there has been excellent!! Ordered at least 2 times a week for a while and ordering again today. The staff is so freindly and orders always before the time given.

Ordered 2 large Italian subs. The amount of meat and cheese was the amount you would find on a piece of white bread. Paid $30 for 2 subs and it was all bread. Very disappointed.

Best pizza on cleavend road

This is the one decent pizza restaurants in our area, but Im giving them 3 stars because one of their employees doesnt follow mask protocol. Weve ordered on 3 separate occasions and each time, the gentleman ringing us up has not had on a mask. There is signage on the glass that requires masks be worn inside, yet the person who interacts with customers directly isnt wearing one. Doesnt even have one on! Its mind-boggling, and dangerous.We cant in good conscience continue to support this establishment if the basic rule for reducing the spread of Covid-19 isnt being followed. Please do better.

Taste really good...we had subs and garlic knots...although I asked for extra Turkey and didnt receive it, I would recommend them to all

I saw reviews that the stromboli was doughy. So I intended to order it well done, but forgot to ask for it well done. It was pretty soggy. The ingredients were fresh, and it had a good flavor. But the crust was stretching and falling apart. Also, I paid extra for extra toppings, and the banana peppers were missing. Its ok if its the only available around, but if there are other choices nearby, I would go somewhere else.

Do not order food from this place. It is disgusting ... run by some kids . Every single ingredient is frozen and reheated . Also very over priced .

The worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. Stay away!The first time we ever ordered from them they gave us glass/plastic in our pizza. My boyfriend pulled chunks out of his mouth while he was eating it.The second time, someone else ordered pizza from them and it showed up at our house which is not an error from us. The delivery driver insisted it was ours and wouldn’t leave until we took it. They gave some crazy woman (who ordered the pizza) our address and she came to my house demanding money from us because we “took their food” when it wasn’t our fault to begin with then the business proceeded to press charges on us for $40. I’ve never seen such stupidity in my entire life.

My real agent recommended this place. She loves the eggplant. It did not disappoint. Little restaurant, big flavor.

Okay so me and my fiancé order from here a lot and everything I have ordered has been perfect. BUT LET ME PUT YOU ON SOMETHING! I ordered a beef gyro and at first i was a little spectical just because I have worked at a greek resturant and ate authentic gyros all the time. When it got delivered and I took the first bite..it was AMAZING. The way they prepared it and made it was just 100%. I am probably always gonna order the gyro from here because its shocking how such a american pizza place can make a gyro without the lamb in it be so amazing! It was tasty, the meat was juicy and the taziki sauce was literally what made it even better. Anyone reading this you have to order the beef gyro I haven’t gotten the chicken one but I know even the chicken one won’t disappoint anyone!

We called at 9:20 and they put us on hold for 11 minutes and then said they quit delivering at 9:30. We are regular customers and will never order from here again!

Food is absolutely terrible . Everything is frozen and bland. I will never be ordering from this establishment again . I’ve bought wings and pizzas from them a few times. Frozen cardboard crust that is under cooked . Wings that have zero flavor . Do not waste your money on this dog food. It’s disgusting to call this a restaurant, there is no quality that this establishment holds .

Called in my order (2 salads) first of all the young female that answered stated they closed at 10, it was 9 ish. I had to repeat everything numerous times as if she wasn’t paying attention to the customer. Didn’t get the salad dressing that was stated countless times do to the lack of listening skills. Disappointed looking now for another pizza place.

I really like the stromboli, fries and tiramisu. Whenever I either eat in the restaurant or order from there, I buy those three items for me and a friend. Once back in November, my father and I came for dinner and loved it.

I ordered delivery at 5:53pm. Order 3 items so not a large order. The lady on the phone told me it would be here in an hour. It’s now 8:01 and the delivery guy just got here. Our food was cold and I’m pretty sure they forgot about us.

Ive only ordered from here three times, each time I order a Stromboli and tiramisu. First time the food was delivered quickly, friendly service, and was delicious. Second time delivery was on time and still great service, however the Stromboli was undercooked, doughy in some areas, and the Tiramisu was partly frozen. Tonight I ordered from here again, hoping that the last time was just a fluke and the food would be as good as it was the first time, but the Stromboli arrived doughy again and tiramisu is partly frozen. Overall delivery and service has been great, but the food isnt always worth ordering.

It was nasty ordered a Stromboli. Sauce does not go inside of a Stromboli Ever!! If i wanted sauce I would have order a regular pizza for $7 verses $15.. I highly do not recommend!!

Driving past on our way to go hiking, stopped for some sandwiches to take with us. Service was quick and the sandwiches were full and delicious. The bread was very fresh and full of flavor.

We have been here twice since I kept seeing my boss get their big subs every week! The first experience was great. It was fast and very good!! The second experience.. Well some would say it was displeasing but... We ordered food for our family of 5. We have very picky eaters. Well, they got our order very wrong(which happens) we werent too upset because they are only a few minutes away from us. My wife took the food back and after they remade our order they let us keep the order they messed up!! Now if we ordered one sandwich it wouldnt be anything spectacular. But, we ordered $30 worth of food!!! I highly recommend this place to any and everyone that drives by it!!!! They offer truly great customer service!!

I have been here numerous times and they never disappoint me. Most pizza joints have a couple good items and the rest are mediocre. Everything at 3 olives is freaking delicious: wings, pizza, calzones, subs, and salads. 3 olives has a special place in my heart, 3 olives... I love you.

First time eating here, and it is awesome! Its not a huge location, but the restaurant is very quiet and cozy!! Our normal spot at 2 Cousins that weve went to for over a year, has nothing on this place! Prices are very affordable and the food doesnt come from Foodlion!!!! Its going to be our new date night restaurant. If you havent tried it, I would recommend it!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I couldn’t help myself! Today was our second time ordering and they told us it would take 45 min but they were here in 27 min from the time I ordered! We ordered subs both times and they were absolutely amazing! Their Italian sub is better than jersey mikes and they deliver!! Definitely trying the Stromboli next time!

Very small place but chicken parmesan is very good. Enough for 2 to share. Eaten here twice and each time was good.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. It’s to soggy and greasy and they didn’t even take there time they just rush threw everything. Every time I picked a slice up everything fell off the pizza slice.

Normally the food is excellent and delivery is quick but today it was the complete opposite. The food was 40 mins late and we didnt even get what we ordered. At 1st the manager didnt want to do anything about it. But when I called the 2nd time he said he would give us a discount. Sorry but i dont want to pay for cold food when we didnt even get the correct thing. Very dissappointed.

Got a lunch pick up and go of a personal pizza and 6 sub and wasnt impressed the pizza was ok but the sub wasnt and I think it might have got mixed up in the prep the staff wasnt sure who was doing what but I wouldnt mind trying it again because they were friendly and hey who does get things perfect every time

We order here probably once a week. Food is always good. Only time I had an issue was once I placed an order including mozzarella sticks and my order never got processed because they were out of mozzarella sticks. After waiting over an hour and called to which they informed me of why my order was never processed, I told them never mind. 15 minutes later they showed up with the cheesesteak I originally ordered and a lot of appetizers at no charge to make up for the mistake. Customer service like that doesn’t exist much anymore. Which is why I’ll probably order something tonight.
