1 star only because I couldnt give none. Took pkg w/address in on Sunday afternoon. Rcvd tracking info with city/state/zip on Monday when it shouldve been sent out. The 9-digit zip code was NOT the one that was on the pkg I left with them. When I called & tried to explain that it couldnt be going to correct address - employee made an excuse that she googled address I was sending to & it says both zip codes are for that address which is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard! No one will tell me the street address it has been delivered to & It was NOT delivered to the address I had the package addressed to. Excuses made by store employee & UPS customer service only said start a claim but refused to give me the address because I cant give them the address THEY HAVE that it was being sent to. I cant give them an address that I didnt provide to begin with!
I went in today and was taken of by Elizabeth! I was nervous about going due to this being my first time dealing with the notary aspect and not sure what to do. She took such great care of me the entire time and walked through each part of the process with me. It’s rare that I go anywhere & experience such kindness from employees, but I truly left feeling as if Elizabeth went above and beyond for my needs. Thank you so much, I will be back here anytime I’m needing these services.
Went in to drop off some Amazon returns. The place was quite busy but service was amazingly fast and courteous. I think I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Great service!
I have been using this location for several years for UPS shipping and have never had an issue, unlike a UPS location in Cary and Fuquay where I did have UPS shipping issues. The staff at the Garner location was extremely helpful after a set of sheets I shipped through UPS to my niece who had just moved to Utah was flagged for being suspicious as the previous apt tenants had engaged in what UPS determined was illegal activity. UPS returned the box to me and said they would not deliver it and would not refund my money. The staff at the Garner store was just as flabbergasted as I was and went above and beyond to get UPS to deliver the package and refund my money through the stores owner. They know me there by name & face now!
Elizabeth was so awesome . I feel she went beyond her customer service duties. At times like these we need more people like Elizabeth at all locations of people working with the public. Thank you Elizabeth and Garner UPS for such great service.

Elizabeth and the team that was there with her today were amazing! Let me start by saying she and the team greated me and the kids! They were sooo helpful! I am the kind of mom who doesnt like taking my 1 and 2 yr old to the stores with covid going on but it was a non busy day, they kept my kids comfortable and they made my process easy and quick! Elizabeth was awesome and very friendly! The staff and Elizabeth are one heck of a team! I will be coming back often
The door and online states they’re open at 8 AM, was there at 8:24 AM and they were still closed. It was a Monday.
Todays experience at the UPS store was outstanding. We needed to ship out a return and we were trying out their shredding services for the first time. Chris was very helpful, he went to our car and carried in three bank boxes full of papers, each around 40 pounds. He then even offered to help us put the papers in the shredding container. Everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful.
In a jam trying to get a late evening document notarized and Chris came through. He was detailed and thorough to make sure I didnt make a mistake on a title and took care of me. Its nice to know good customer service is still out there.
There was a long line but staff kept it moving fast. They were friendly and let me know about the variety of services they offer.
Setting up mailbox services from out of town is a piece of cake with The UPS Store 4378 in Garner. I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was to complete the application and get my new mailing address. Jonathan and Chris, both, were polite, helpful and patient with assisting me with my large packages. Chris came out to my vehicle and lifted the 50 lb package I needed to ship and graciously handled the rest of my packages already labeled once inside. Tae has always 💜 👌 been very pleasant, great customer and outstanding service. He is ALWAYS work with efficiency and is very prompt. Tae has excellent customer service skills. I was in a really big pickle trying to return an Amazon package to UNFORTUNATELY a third party seller way over in China, which normally means you will have to contact the third party seller directly with ÀNY issues. UPS was not shipping to China due to Covid. Maria R. Above and beyond to helped me try her perhaps get my refund back from Amazon. She creating a letter for me to use explaining the situation as to why I could not return the package, and now I am happy to report that Amazon accepted the letter, and awarded me a FULL REFUND. Thank you so much Maria R. for displaying EXCELLENT customer service.
I really enjoy going to the UPS Store in Garner. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I’ve recently made several trips to this location making copies, scanning, and emailing documents preparing for retirement. Chris, Dave & Co. really are running a top flight operation. 35 dollars to ship a little 14x10x08 box. Rediculous. The people working were extremely nice and helpful but the prices have me thinking Ill be just shipping things with Amazon from now on. 7 dollars for packing materials. so basically 7 dollars for a piece of tape, those materials dont even include the box.Taking peoples money for no reason during a pandemic is sickening. Definitely not worth it to pay to ship through them. FEDEX is probably better.

Excellent customer service. Always pleasant and professional, polite and efficient. Jonathan goes above and beyond to help and provide the best customer experience. Remembers us when we come in and even helped bring in oversize, heavy boxes from our car. Our shipments are international and he prices and prepares them like a pro. Dave also did pricing for us over the phone and preprinted the labels ahead of time so it was ready to go when we got there. Outstanding service!

Today I had two packages that I had to ship to California so I went to the UPS store in Garner and a gentleman named Chris help me he was so nice so pleasant and very thorough he open my box that I had closed just to check if it was had enough bubblewrap and that both packages where Secure, I really appreciate service like that it keeps me coming back he also saw me coming in opened the door and asked me if I needed help before I could ask him so thanks Chris for your kindness and great customer service

This store provides great service. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable.
Heads up, they charge you a dollar for tape on Amazon items. While I paid it, considering what they must pay for tape, it’s a pretty steep mark up. I’ve never had any other UPS charge for it before and since I wasn’t offered a receipt, it seems a touch shady. Also, since this goes against what most UPS stores in the area do, they could have been less snarky about it. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, I have had much better service at others.

These guys are great! I ran into the store just minutes before closing and they were very kind and patient to get my very large package shipped properly. 5 minutes after I left I got a call on my cell. It was the UPS store, they had my wallet and were willing to wait for me to come back to get it, I am so appreciative that they called me right away, as I was flying home the next morning I would not have been able to leave with out my ID.Thank you so much for your kindness and going above and beyond!
If you have anything fragile to send... i suggest going to the post office instead. Paid to send just a picture in a frame. Nothing too crazy... it was bubble wrapped and I told the dude it was fragile. Ok cool. (this is after paying an arm and a leg to get a box to almost the same destination by Christmas). Come to find out it gets delivered and the glass AND the frame are broken beyond repair. I could see if it was the glass but HOW did you manage to break a wooden frame on a fragile package! I will never ever use UPS again. No way!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. As a business owner, I have been in this location several times and have seen the owner just once - who is actually friendly and treats customers with respect. I would think he would expect the same thing from his juvenile employees. Instead of being treated like a customer I get treated like a nuisance. Heck, USPS treats people nicer than this. Most recently, I walked up to the door with heavy packages and three men (all less than 25 years old) are hanging out behind the counter doing nothing all while they watch me struggle to get the door open. Not only once, but twice this happened, in the same trip a few days ago. Andrew is the ring leader of these morons. Hes totally disrespectful and needs an attitude adjustment. On more than one occasion I have inquired about the cost of shipping an item and he cocks an attitude and is never apologetic even when hes wrong. Do yourself a favor and fire that jerk before he ruins your business.Steer clear of this place unless you like dealing with a pre-school mentality.
In my experience this location had excellent customer service. I lost my tracking number and needed it weeks later, and they did not give me a hard time about going into the system to hunt it down. Though it was entirely my fault for losing the information, they were very understanding and patient and ended up saving me big time.

$1 to tape up my envelope. A plain large envelope that just needed a piece of tape to keep it closed. One. Dollar. If I wasnt in such a hurry I would have gone to buy a whole roll of tape. For a dollar. Then gone back. And had plenty to tape left to donate to all the other people that needed 6 of tape for their envelopes.UPS, get it together.

Friendly prompt service. To all the negative reviews its your responsibility as a customer to double check your receipt to make sure you were charged properly. The gentleman who help me specifically asked me to look over my order before I paid for it. If you are to much in a rush to read 2 lines then its your fault not the companies. As for trying to sell you a more expensive package, it a business thats what sales people do. As a customer politely decline and ask for what you want. How hard is that.
Im seeing a lot of complaints in here that are a surprise to me. I have never had any trouble here - ever - and Ive been using this UPS location for a few years quite regularly. I frequently ship packages to Afghanistan and they are so used to me doing so its a breeze to get it done through them. Honestly - you can mail some things cheaper just using USPS - so its up to you to educate yourself and use the right postal service for your needs. I also run an internet based business, so I ship stuff out frequently using USPS postage I print at home - but the people at UPS are still happy to let me drop stuff off at their location even though it doesnt produce a sale of any kind for them. Their location is just more convenient for me than my local post office. Maybe I just got lucky - but the guys in there have run to open the door for me multiple times, and Earlene is super courteous and efficient. I probably spend a little more money there than I would if I used my local post office - but the service and efficiency of the shipping process there is worth it to me.
AS A MINORITY I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! THIS IS THE WORST UPS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I LITERALLY HAD TWO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES LAUGHT AT ME AND TALK ABOUT ME RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY I ALWAYS CHOOSE FEDEX.
Given a more expensive service when asked specifically ground. Checked my receipt the next day and was charged for priority. That would explain the $15 to ship a 10oz folder.

These two guys running the shop (Adam and Dave?) will try their best to sell you the most expensive package they have. I wanted a 14 oz letter mailed domestic within Raleigh, and they shipped it priority for no reason, when I had specifically asked for regular mail. Billed me $13.95. They sent it via USPS, and USPS will charge you $6 and change for the same thing. What a bunch of scammers! I will certainly stay away from this store.

Unbelievable. Wrong package was delivered to my house. I tried to take it to this store, but the clerk told me I had to take it back home and schedule a delivery. I did. Twice. Neither time did it get picked up. Took the package back about a month later and told the same clerk this was my fourth attempt to get the package to its rightful owner and I wasnt taking it back home. She said it would just be delivered right back to my house. I left it there and it was sitting back at my front door by noon the next day. For a company that loves logistics they cant wrap their head around the fact that delivering the package to the wrong house three times is woefully inefficient and wasteful.Honestly worst customer service Ive possibly ever had.
