My subdivision ordered pine straw for our entrance.Michael, Corbin and Odie delivered top quality pine straw. The pine straw was delivered on time and put in the location that was requested. I have used them numerous times over past 5 yrs. for variois mulch and stone. Every year I look at other places just to check prices and they are in line with others. Phone order was no problem, very courteous. Delivery was asap. Driver did great job of placing Mulch where requested. Also stayed on driveway, NOT running truck wheels into lawn. I would highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience from the time I arrived on the lot until my order was delivered! I was looking for three-to-five-inch river stones for a landscaping project when I found Triangle Landscape Supplies online and saw that they had multiple locations to include one near my home. When I arrived at their Garner location, I was immediately helped and shown different offerings available onsite that would meet my needs. The staff answered all my questions and I was fortunate to have my order delivered the same day! During my delivery, the owner saw what I was planning and provided me a solution on the spot that saved me hours, if not a day of labor! Driver cited to swing wide and drive over the Timbers laid out to widen my driveway. Dropped into a hole where a stump had been ground and got stuck. Dropped the load in the entrance to my driveway blocking me from being able to get my vehicles into the driveway and drove away. The owner states because he did because he did not successfully make it up over the log that its no harm no foul and they are at no fault. Very disappointed. Picture us after I had filled in the main hole, but manager assured me they have pictures of the hole so if they feel I am being inaccurate they are welcome to post the picture.

Mr. Corbin just dropped off 10 cubic yards of large pine mulch! Never met him but felt like I’d known him my whole life! Backed up to the tarp with his truck and trailer and dumped it beautifully. This whole experience went flawless and I highly recommend Corbin and his crew at Triangle Landscape Supplies!!

I called last week to see about getting some Red Designer mulch to add to our home, and I knew that due to the quarantine, the wait times would be long before they could get to us. However, I got a call back within a couple of days. They gave me an estimate of about 10 days for delivery, but then called me back and said they were able to move up their schedule and could deliver that very same day! Both Corbin and the driver showed up and were able to dump 10 cubic yards exactly where I needed it. It was a very professional experience and great prices to boot! What a fabulous experience I had with this company! I was in desperate need of just the right amount and color of flagstone. Corbin took me just the right pallet, Michael (I like to think of him as Hurculeas) was about to strong are the stone into the truck and Alexis was super professional and prompt. Great experience with TLS. I needed 10 CF of hardwood bark mulch and their pricing plus customer experience was fantastic! I received the mulch within just a couple of days. It is very good, triple shredded mulch and I’m looking forward to how my yard will look. Very easy to do business with and the delivery was timely and very quick - placed exactly where I wanted it.

First of all the initial customer service was fantastic- everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of products was great and I had a difficult time narrowing down my choice- ultimately it was the gorgeous red mulch for the win. The drivers were very skilled and were able to deliver the mulch exactly where I needed it in spite of a few logistical difficulties for the truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at their Garner location. Mulch was delivered the same day! Site manager Corbin was able to give us some advice for other projects that we are thinking about doing. We will be going back for our next project for sure! Incredible experience at the Garner location. I have been updating my yard and garden and have been back and fourth to the Garner location at least a dozen times with great help and care as well as great prices. I have an F-150 and picked up a total of 20,000lbs of rock thru my numerous trips and each time the staff showed the up most care when loading my truck which can be difficult loading large rocks in the smaller bed of the F-150. I would give zero stars. Had a delivery set up for today and when the truck arrived because I have a tree next to the drive with some low hanging limbs he would not dump where I wanted because his truck would rub the limbs but said he would dump in driveway. He called his boss and did not deliver. Never had this problem before with any delivery.

I cant attest to the quality of this companys product because we could never manage to get it delivered. My husband ordered triple shred mulch online to be delivered one Saturday, AM delivery preferable. Someone called to confirm earlier in the week and left a voicemail on my husbands phone. My husband called back at his next available opportunity and left a message confirming delivery for that Saturday. When Saturday arrived, we waited and waited for the delivery all morning. No one came, no one called. My husband finally managed to get someone on the phone who said no one would be coming to deliver our mulch since they never received confirmation of delivery, although my husband had left a message. That tells me that this company cant be bothered to listen to their messages. No big deal...my husband rescheduled for the following Friday, since we both had the day off work. Considering the previous weeks disappointment, my husband called the day before the scheduled delivery to check the status. At that point, he found out that we would indeed not receive any mulch from this company. Although we received assurances the previous week that they would deliver on Friday, when the time rolled around, there was no one available to make the delivery. Not to mention, they werent even going to call and let us know that no one would be coming to deliver, since my husband had to initiate the final communication. I have to say, this is some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. So glad we were able to get a mulch delivery from a much better company (in just a few hours after ordering) after the fiasco of trying to work with this one.

I have been a regular customer of TLS for many years. I purchased 12 yards of screened topsoil prepaying for its delivery (in two loads). The loads were basically common fill dirt, full of large clay like chunks and lots of decomposed pieces of wood. It was tarped before we had any rain. It never got wet before spreading it.This was not the same product we purchased in the past. Spreading it made a huge mess. Large clumps everywhere that need to be broken down. turning the job into a money pit.I brought this to the young managers attention & he said he was going to notify the owner. No response on that. The manager was condescending and defensive. I am a disabled Veteran & deserve better treatment.

They came out when they said they would, and dropped the soil where I asked them to. What I received is exactly what I expected. If I would have went to the local hardware store to buy soil it would have cost me several times more and several trips back in forth with my pickup truck.I only wish I would have worked with triangle landscape when I started my garden. Thank you!

Have gotten no less then 20 yards can usgand run and Lord knows how much compost and 50/50 and I can be more please with the service!

I specifically spoke to the driver after the first 2 truckloads of gravel were delivered about staying in between the logs in our driveway and where specifically I wanted the 3rd load of crush and run delivered as I would be at work by the time they could deliver it. I dont understand how he could fail so miserably, go over the logs (which he did) during the 2nd trip, while I was there and I had to scream for him to stop....then blame us for their negligence and dump the gravel at the end of our driveway again AFTER I made it absolutely 100% clear could NOT happen since we live right off the Highway...the manager did everything to deny their fault and made excuses without offering any way to fix this! I was never referred to, informed of, or provided to sign any policies. I scheduled and paid over the phone. My husband spent 4.5 hours until 11pm shoveling the crush and run from where they dumped it enough to where we could get our cars through. Unbelievably AWFUL service! The crush and run is more dirt and less rocks and I am amazed at how inconsiderate and uncaring they were about it all. It is extremely dangerous to back out onto Hwy 42 from our driveway even more so with kids. Above everything our main frustration is the fact that they didnt make the smart choice to reschedule delivery instead of blocking us out of our driveway.

Good products and selection but the service is never friendly, they act as if they are doing you a favor to let you buy from them

Great prices on dirt but they have a minimum delivery fee that is absolutely ridiculous. The least they will deliver is 5 cy. Most people dont need that much for their garden. Then anything less than 10 cy they charge a $69 delivery fee. Talk about highway robbery. So unless you need 10 cy or more you are better off going somewhere else.
