Dr. Dennis was great!! I’ve had a strange cough for a couple of months and no other doctor could even come up with a plan. Dr. Dennis devised a plan that made sense and he explained it in a way that I could understand. Dr. Dennis is also very nice, listened to ALL my symptoms and let me read notes from my phone regarding my symptoms and onset. Dr. Dennis is also cognizant of insurance and costs and doesn’t want you to pay out of pocket without a need. I also love that I don’t need to make a follow up appointment, just call with an update; not saying that is the standard but that was my experience and worked for my particular concern. Reception was also very nice and even when I made my appointment, she was apologetic about not getting me in faster but to be honest, the time frame wasn’t bad at all and I was satisfied with the appointment day and time. Would recommend anyone who requires an ENT to make an appointment.

This was my first visit to this office. I was very pleased with how I was treated. I was given a thorough exam, explained what they found was my problem, gave me options to correct it, and all my questions were answered. Everyone was very nice.

Dr Dennis is the best. He “listens” to the patient. My issue is so much better because he listened to me and my GI Specialist who highly suggested he scope my throat area. This was my first time going to this practice for sinus concerns. Everyone is really nice and knowledgeable and the office was welcoming. They explained everything, asked questions and listened to me. And we made a plan moving forward. It was really efficient. Highly recommended.

The staff are all friendly, in and out quickly, Dr. Clark is good with my son who is 10 months old. Tube insertion went well, they explained every step of the way & even let me see the tubes in his ears after they healed.

I have not had the best experiences with ENTs in the past. I just never felt like they were truly listening to what my issues are. After having my allergies worsen and my sinus headaches increase, I decided to give it a go again. This time was completely different! Dr. Ramakrishnan actually listened to what I was experiencing. I did not feel like he was rushing me out the door. More importantly, he has a game plan to get to the bottom of what is going on. This is the first time I feel like things might get better! All of the nurses and support staff were wonderful, as well!

Staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Covid protocols in place. Always an excellent experience at this office. Dr. Clark is exceptional, knowledgeable and caring. I always get great care at the Garner office, feels like family!

I had a nice experience with Raleigh ENT. They were very friendly and took great care with the issue I was having.

The staff have been professional and flexible with my schedule, and are personable in asking how Im doing. They are timely in asking each time if there has been any issues with the previous allergy shot, and are consistent with ensuring that I have an up-to-date epi-pen in case of an allergic reaction during a shot.

The experience with the two doctors that I saw was outstanding. The patient portal and the handheld computer that I was given when I entered the office to fill out more information were ridiculous. I understand that they had just installed a new system on Monday and they were having glitches. I can certainly vouch for that, they were having glitches. You needed IT there to help you through it. Again, the doctors were great but not their computer system.

Garner location Capitol ENT is excellent! Dr. Hueman was very knowledgeable and personable. Her nurses were excellent in making my 2 year old feel comfortable and kept a smile on his face. He was not afraid and asked to go back to the doctor office after our visit was done. Highly recommend Raleigh capitol ENT.

This place is hard to get through to for scheduling surgery. We have been calling for weeks and even after leaving voicemails no return call. In the meantime my daughter cannot hear out of ear. Which has been going on for months.

The ease of calling and scheduling an appointment is wonderful, you get to speak to an actual person and they work with you and schedule at your convenience. Dr.CLARK is wonderful with any age patient.

Capital ENT is excellent. Dr. Dennis is awesome with children and has handled both of my babies with ear tubes and tonsil and adenoidectomy’s! I would never consider using another ENT!

My daughter who is 7 had to get her tonsils and adnoids out. Dr. Wilkins did an awesome job and blue ridge surgery center where he did it was awesome but the day they called to check on her I had questions and the nurse was in a hurry and didnt take the time to answer my questions but her visit was great. The doctors were great and the nurse that took her back to get her ready was awesome. I would use dr. Wilkins again if needed in the future. Highly recommended

What made my experience great is the fact that I did not have to wait more than a few minutes upon being seated in the waiting area. When I was escorted to the exam room I was asked a few questions and told Dr. Clark would be right in...and he was! And the staff all were so pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed with the entire visit.

Ive been seeing Dr Clark for years and I simply love him. I get tubes in every other year and I know I can count on him to vacuum out the sludge in my inner ear and get the tube in right every time.This is not a simple process as he does it with only a local anesthesia for me and it sounds like a shop vac inside your head, but I always hear so much better afterwards.Ive never had a billing issue or any issues with balance billing.

We absolutely adore everyone at this office. Both of my children see Jennifer DiNunzio for speech each week and the staff welcome us like family. Appts are always on time, the staff is always pleasant, and the waiting room is always welcoming. The doctors have seen my children for hearing exams and are always friendly and approachable. I highly recommend this office!

I was immediately greeted upon coming in the door of the office. Everything went very smooth during the check-in process. I was arrived about 40 minutes early for my appointment. I was taken to the room & seen by Dr. Price and his nurse within 10 minutes of my arrival time. Dr. Price took the necessary time with me, diagnosing my problem, explaining what his treatment plan would be and then answered any followup questions I had. I have been a patient at this practice for 20+ years and would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone. Most other medical practices should follow the example of this one. In & out on time, but spending all the time necessary for the complete diagnosis, treatment and any follow up questions necessary. Dr. Price & all the staff from the front desk, nursing staff and checkout are very professional but personable.

Dr. Clark took his time to listen and wasnt in a hurry. He explained everything that he was going to do in advance. That made me feel more at ease. The nurse also explained how to take my meds. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. Many thanks to them!

The staff are great. Dr. Clark performed surgery on my neck in 2011. I recently saw him about another condition. My primary care physician said that Dr. Clark is the best ENT doctor in the Triangle. I agree completely. If you want the best ENT care, choose Dr Clark.

My daughter had her adenoids removed by Dr. Brown. The whole process was as pleasant as it could be given the circumstances. My daughter loved the staff and her recovery was quick.

What a pleasant change from the medical offices Ive been to recently! Though the reason for my visit was unpleasant, the desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and the Dr. was very professional, cordial and human. I didnt feel like just another patient on the assembly line! Though I waited a little bit in the exam room, I could hear the Dr. next door taking the time to listen and talk with another patient. I knew that probably meant he would do the same with me, and I was correct. He took the time to listen to my issues, then proceeded with the treatment, which he explained at every step, to ease my anxiety. I will definitely recommend Dr.Dennis!

Dr. Price is excellent! He is always to the point and gets the job done and takes care of my condition with the upmost certainty. I know whatever is wrong when I arrive and leave the Garner staff as well as the Dr. will make me feel like everything is going to be ok.

Called this afternoon to make an appointment since I have been to my regular doctor and am still having pain and hearing issues a week later. I was told the next available appointment in Garner was in 2 weeks but if I could wait a week I could be seen at the Lake Boone Trail office. Either the person who answered didn’t understand what warrants a quicker appointment or if she did it seemed like she didn’t care. Called another provider and have an appointment first thing tomorrow morning.

I got there early to complete the paperwork. I didnt wait very long to be called back to an examining room, maybe a couple of minutes past when I was due to arrive. A nurse came in and finished entering my paperwork into the computer. I waited a couple of more minutes and Doctor Price came in. I was out of there in 20 minutes. That may be a record for me at a doctors office.

Dr. Brown explained the procedure beforehand, putting me at ease. He addressed my primary concern which was the possibility of something bad causing my hoarseness. I trust his advice and I am trying to avoid clearing my throat and I am drinking more water.

Dr. Mark Brown was, in my opinion, exceptional. He was very pleasant, caring and explained fully what he needed to do. The procedure he had to do was uncomfortable but he was very patient and apologized and was comforting too. I would definitely recomment Capital ENT and especially Dr. Brown to anyone.

The staff is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo helpful and realizes that I know when I have an issue and do not treat me as a first-time patient. I usually can get an appointment as quickly as I need (most of the time). My biggest complaint is busy, busy, busy phone.

I have had a bacterial infection in my throat since February and the only help that I have got was from AVANCE CARE in Garner they swabed my throat and found it then referred me to Raliegh ENT In Garner to see. Dr.David A. Clark and all he did was look at my throat with a light and toung depressior and said it looks a little red but no infection. I never knew that they could just look at my throat and know that I dont have any kind of infection. I WISH DOCTORS WOULD DO THERE JOB THEY GET PAID ENOUGH. If you smoke dont wast your money seeing this dr. he will blame everything on smoking period. Some doctors forgot All ABOUT THE OATH THEY TOOK. Thank you very much dr. clark for wasting my time and money.

Dr. Dennis is one of the best doctors I have ever experienced. He put my fears and my daughters fears to rest with his humor and genuine answers to any questions we have. Because I am eight months pregnant and was really stressed about the surgery, we decided to just come in for a consultation and do the surgery at a later date. After meeting Dr. Dennis, we decided to go ahead with the surgery because we knew my daughter would be in excellent care. Although she had a reaction to the anesthesia, the staff at Capitol ENT went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Capitol ENT to friends and family. If I ever need an ENT doctor in the future, I will return to Capitol ENT.

Absolutely the worst dr. Visit I had probably lyrics ever had. I went in to get my sons lip-tie looked at because he couldnt flip his top lip out at all. It was stuck flat. After explaining to the dr. The breastfeeding problems and bottle feeding problems Ive had feeding me 2 month old he then sayshe to me well we have had alot of moms coming in saying their kids have tounge and lipt-tie because people are blogging about it or whatever they do so he pretty much blew me off. And I promise I am a very nice person and was very sweet to them. So he lifts up my sons lip once and is like nope he doesnt have it, took his gloves of and walked out. I WAS FIERCE.So today I went to an ENT by Rex and he was amazing. He listened to what I had to say, he looked at the lip tie in a different way and said I dont understand how anyone can say he doesnt have it, its pretty in your face there not even 2 seconds of looking at...
